We recently remodeled our living room fireplace. We pulled out the old fireplace and wanted to put a 3/4" thick stone down on the hearth in front of the new fireplace to cover our brick. We had a very hard time finding a stone with this thickness. Chris Neal was wonderful to work with and bent over backwards to help us. He was hands down the most responsive of any of the companies we contacted. I just wish we would have used him for our kitchen and bathroom counters. We highly recommend him not just for the high quality of his product and workmanship but also for for his amazing customer service!!

Chris and his team did an amazing job installing our new quartz countertops that I absolutely LOVE. Amazing customer service and great communication throughout. Chris was prompt to answer any of my questions and was completely honest. His team was well mannered and friendly when at my house installing and made sure my kid's shenanigans didn't bother them one bit. My husband and I had no clue about picking out granite or quartz, which was better, what would look good, or how to match tile, until we talked to Ashley. We called during the Christmas holiday not knowing that most granite places were closed. It was only a few minutes later and Ashley called us back...while on vacation visiting family. She was so helpful and friendly we talked for awhile and made plans to meet up when she returned. Once we met, she walked us around giving us information about each piece of stone. After several visits and phone calls, we finally found the perfect quartz piece. She worked the price into our budget and we couldn't be happier. Top Stone (Chris and Ashley) did a wonderful job for us in remodeling our bathroom, in concluding that having to use two pieces of quartz since our cabinet was 97 inches - and you could not see the seam!! They were professional, gave a great price, timely and great to work with. I highly recommend them.

We did a project with Top Stone early this year that Chris and Ashley were an instrumental part in the successful project. manufacturing of the countertop and POS in the restaurant in Virginia. We are based out of Atlanta Georgia, so finding someone who you can trust on a project that is a couple hundred miles away was essential, but Chris stepped up and his team did a phenomenal job for us at legal Seafood I know and would highly recommend TOPSTONE any day.

Ashley and Chris are phenomenal at what they do and somehow have an even better grasp on customer service! We had a delay in kitchen cabinets and they worked with us to make sure they were available as soon as the cabinets were installed. They were also easily accessible by text or phone call at any point that I had questions. On installation day, Chris did an amazing job and even figured out how to get the granite countertops flush when we realized our cabinets were a little unlevel. It was an amazing experience! I live out of state and he was able to help me pick the perfect color granite for our remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Not only was it a perfect match, he was able to customize our granite tops to be snug against walls. I would recommend him for any job, big or small!
