Top Shop Stone was the perfect choice for my remodeling project. I cannot imagine going anywhere else based on my experience. They helped me with a whole house renovation. I could not be happier with the final product. They installed a waterfall island in my kitchen and all new countertops in my bathrooms. Becky helped me tremendously with sink selection and every important detail. Jay flawlessly planned the installation in a 4-story townhouse, which was a little tricky. Install crew was also top notch. I am so impressed with this level of professionalism. They far exceeded my expectations!

Top Shop Stone has a large variety of product to select from. Their customer service is excellent. We discovered that the countertop for our island was not cut properly after it was installed. As soon as we notified Jay, he worked on finding a solution quickly. He met our expectations 100%. The install crew was fantastic!

While I do feel my experience wasnt necessarily the worst, it was one of the biggest wastes of my time. I sent Becky very detailed drawings of the space I was getting fabrication for. Upon receiving the first estimate I approved not realizing Becky had missed a full waterfall edge from the original drawings. After having a subsequent conversation where I clarified needing the additional waterfall edge she sent me another estimate, not far off from the first but still met my budget. Once the tech came out to template for fabrication and my check was deposited, Barbara calls to tell me the project grew and they finally added the waterfall edge that we had previously discussed, adding 3000 dollars to the budget. I had no problem with the increase as I understand having to pay for materiality. It was the lack of accountability that frustrated me. Becky called and shifted blame to me, despite having full scope drawings with dimensions, from the start of the project. How someone miscalculating the need for an additional slab, despite having all necessary information upfront is beyond me. But I certainly wont do business with people who cant hold themselves accountable for they're incompetence.

Top Shop Stone is Santa approved. They did an amazing job on Quartz countertops for our 2 kitchens and master bath. Jay was extremely easy to work with and very communicative every step of the way. The team Jay sent to do our install was fantastic. They were very professional and the process was seamless. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Top Shop Stone.

We had such a great experience working with Becky and Jay. We were definitely a bit indecisive and Becky was so patient and went out of her way to make sure we found exactly the right color stone for our bathrooms and laundry room. The process to measure/template and install was seamless and everyone who came in to our home was professional and easy to work with. We are so happy with the finished counters. While it’s difficult to have every job come out 100% correct. The way to judge a company is how they handle issues that arise. We had a project performed by Top Shop Stone thru a local retailer. The job, the material and the installation were all top shelf. We discovered an issue a couple months later, regarding fabrication. Thru our retailer, I contacted the owner “Jay”. Originally, I was concerned my delay would be a convenient excuse not to rectify our complaint. Jay stepped up, he gave us several options to rectify our issue. He was 100% paid at this time, and he resolved the issue to our full satisfaction. He was available via cell, he didn’t dodge our calls. They may not be perfect, but they take full responsibility for any issues that arise. We would recommend Top Shop Stone, without reservation, and gladly re engage further tops with them. It may be interesting to note, the employee who caused the issue is no longer employed by Top Shop Stone. I feel Jay has no tolerance for work that doesn’t meet his “High” standards.

Unbelievable recovery from interior flooding in my kitchen. I contacted Jay and Becky at The Top Shop. They did an amazing color coordination and design that everyone who sees it says "WOW are you Kidding? This is beautiful" Their crew was polite, efficient, on time and as professional as any contractor I have ever used. If you need a kitchen or bath countertop, don't bother calling anyone else!

Top Shop Stone deserves way more than 5 stars. The process start to finish was fantastic. Not only is their sales team knowledgeable and transparent (shout out to the amazing Chas!), but their template and install crews are super talented as well. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are their priorities. Don't bother looking anywhere else! Top Shop is truly the best out there.

Make no mistake this post was intended for Top shop Stone located as listed: 1075 Huff Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. Becky, or Barbara (770.568. I wont list the rest) and Jay were servicing me. Becky was the name we used but I was initially told your name was Barbara. However in this you prove my point. You are not the best at accepting accountability. You had my drawings from day one and decided after templating and processing my check, to tell me that the project grew, when indeed the project was the same scope from the first day I sent you drawings over a month prior to templating. Even after discussing having to add a mitered edge you still did not update me on the new estimate until after your guys came to template my kitchen. You proceeded to tell me that because I was in the AEC industry that I should have known the numbers were off. Instead of acknowledging your error you chose to diminish my ability to do my job when it appears you Becky also have some short fall. Let me be clear. I got your contact and was getting a trade discount. As a professional in this industry I know that pricing for stone fluctuates and is not always consistent from one vendor to the next, but what I know is that measurements are. And you were not detailed in assessing my project like you should have and chose to shift blame for the miscalculation. This is all and only fact. I can accept foolishly trusting that even after discussing with you, for a second time, the need for the additional mitered edge that you missed, that you would calibrate accordingly, but if you knew these things before the guy came to template and wasted both our times then why could you not have told me then that I would need an additional slab, sending my project out of budget.

Michael at top shop is absolutely no. Responsive. They won't confirm timelines or installation they did a partial installation and left because it was late. They made an excuse they didn't have clips to install the sinks. Later found out clips are in the box with the sinks. I can't get them to say when they'll be back to finish they are holding up my plumber. This is an ongoing job. Do yourself a favor and run far away from this company!
