We couldn't be more thrilled with the team at Top Gunn! We had a flood in our FL home and Jason, Dave and their team pulled off a miracle to complete the job within our tight timeline. We ended up doing more of an extensive remodel than originally planned and they were compete pro's. They managed the project from start to finish while I was on the other side of the country and did a beautiful job. Everyone I talked to (Steve on the drawings/design, Tara on the finishes and design, Dave as project/construction manager, Giselle in the office) were fully aware of the project details and they all worked together to meet the deadline. I've managed many homebuilding and remodel projects and these guys were a joy to work with! I highly recommend them.

I contracted with Jason Gunn in late September for a complete kitchen renovation. At that time, his schedule was booked until January. Too my surprise, he was able to begin in early October! Even with a delay in tile availability, the job was completed well before Christmas. Jason had some great design ideas to enhance the functionality of the kitchen workspace and update my bathroom vanity as well. Jason has an excellent team of employees and subcontractors who are professional and deliver quality workmanship.I love my new kitchen and bathroom and highly recommend Jason and the entire Top Gunn team.

My wife and I chose Jason to do our kitchen remodel after comparing estimates with other local businesses/contractors. To my surprise his quote was less than a “discount” cabinet business so we were able to have him include a custom buffet to the design for the same price. Tara, the office manager, helped my wife pick out subway tile that dramatically enhanced our kitchen design. Everyone associated with Too Gunn is top notch…and very professional in both their work and demeanor. We loved our kitchen so much that he just completed a total redo of our master bath. And it is as beautiful as the kitchen. It’s rare that I post a review of anything but to me it’s a complete “no-brainer” if you live in the Spring Hill area and are wanting to remodel your kitchen or bath. Jason and Top Gunn should be the first you contact. We’ve recommended to a couple of friends already who are also having him work for them and we’ll continue to do so. His work is terrific, he’s a soft-spoken man of his word, and the people around him are the same. Plus, he’s one of the few contractors I’ve dealt with that has actually become a friend. My husband and I were looking for a contractor to remodel our kitchen. We heard about Top Gunn from the Home Magazine. We interviewed several contractors and decided to go with Top Gunn after meeting with Jason Gunn. We were immediately comfortable with him. He listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions, and quoted us a fair price. The quote we received was accurate and whenever any of our choices went above the quoted price, this was communicated with us and there were no surprises. We could not be happier with our new kitchen. Very shortly into the project, we knew we had chosen the right contractor. Jason and his entire team are professional and responsive. Everyone at Top Gunn was wonderful to work with from Steve who helped us design the kitchen layout, to Tara who helped us choose the finishes, and Dave, the Project Manager, who oversaw the entire project. Steve was so helpful when we were choosing our cabinets and searched tirelessly finding cabinets to fit what we wanted. Tara has an exceptional eye for design. We described our vision for our kitchen, and she guided us to an absolutely stunning result. The team of contractors Jason uses for the electrical and plumbing work, cabinet installation, tile and backsplash were also top-notch. They are true craftsmen who take pride in their work, and they did a beautiful job on our kitchen. We were so impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and attentiveness to detail from all the craftsman. From demolition to completion there were no delays. The project went very smoothly. Dave, the project manager, truly went above and beyond keeping the project on schedule and resolving any issues. He was present and involved throughout the project visiting the site frequently to check the progress and workmanship. He was so responsive anytime we had a question and he always kept us informed about the schedule and who would be working at our home. We are very pleased we chose Top Gunn for our kitchen renovation. Jason is an honest man and all the people working with him are the same. Jason and his team go above and beyond to please the client. Top Gunn has provided top notch service. The teams they have in place to do the work were professional and talented. I can’t say enough about their expertise and how they explain any issues they might encounter while doing the job and how they planned on moving forward to fixing it. This is important especially for homeowners to know. We were told in the beginning the remodeling would take about 6 to 8 weeks to complete. There was someone at our home just about every day and they moved right along to keep us ahead of schedule, the entire work was done within 5 ½ weeks and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. They remodeled our kitchen exactly how I designed it, they took some of our ideas and brought them to life, some wasted spaces we had before are now beautiful usable spaces/storage spaces. Top to bottom it was a great experience “which is not always the case in kitchen or any remodels” and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. Thank you, Jason, and the entire Top Gunn team! Top Gunn did an amazing job on my kitchen renovation. From Jason’s first visit, we knew he was a straight shooter, fair, and a good person. It was a complete delight working with Tara on the design and all of the selections. She has excellent taste and is very knowledgeable! She understood my vision completely, gave me great choices and helped me pull it all together. Steve, Giselle, Dave, and Logan were also a pleasure to work with. We heard about Top Gunn from a neighbor. We were planning a renovation to our kitchen and two bathrooms. We vetted several companies but decided on Top Gunn after meeting with the owner, Jason Gunn. Through our planning with Jason and his team we expanded our renovation to include some work in our master bedroom, removing popcorn ceilings, removing tile and carpet and running LVP throughout the entire home and painting the interior walls, ceilings and doors. We were no strangers to whole home renovations having completed one nearly a decade ago on a 1925 Tudor we owned in NJ. That renovation ran well over schedule and budget. We lived through much of the dust, noise and disturbances of having workers in and out of our home. Never again we promised each other. Once we agreed to a game plan with Jason and his team, we set off in our motorhome to the FL Keys where we communicated with Jason on FaceTime, through text, on phone calls reviewing photos, plans, and making design decisions remotely. Jason was fastidious in keeping us apprised of his team’s progress. We received countless photos and detailed texts of the progress and upcoming plans. The entire renovation was seamless for us. Jason and his team finished ahead of schedule with phenomenal results. We couldn’t be more pleased with the craftsmanship delivered by Top Gunn Kitchen & Bath Consultants. The other aspect of our experience with Top Gunn is the quality of the people we dealt with. Jason is just a great person. He is honest, forthright and looks to please his clients. He is direct and will tell you if he has a concern or can’t deliver the result you expect. His team, including Tara, Steve, and his subcontractors that handle plumbing and electrical work are top notch. They are excellent at what they do and they went the extra mile for us adding a few surprises to our renovation that we absolutely appreciated and loved. Happy to share our delight with the results of our total home renovation experience with Top Gunn. From our first meeting with Jason Gunn we knew we had the partner we wanted to work with. He provided us with a quote in our first meeting, and a few months later as the huge project was finished - that was the price! Jason listened to our ideas, added his considerable expertise and suggestions and then we proceeded to work with his excellent team - Steve for the detailed designs, and Tara to help us select all the flooring, cabinetry, colour schemes, tiles and so on. Everything was in play: 2 complete bathroom renovations including expanded showers, 2 bedrooms turned into beautiful spaces, popcorn ceilings throughout the home all redone in knockdown (including cathedral ceilings!), new lighting and electrical, some partial wall removals, new flooring & doors throughout and installation of our designer kitchen. Like all major projects, there were a couple of hiccups along the way and Jason and his team were super responsive, getting on these immediately, owning them, and keeping everything moving forward. Shout out to the Top Gunn Team! They recently finished our kitchen remodel which included replacing flooring and removing the popcorn ceiling. We couldn’t be more happier with the work and professionalism they displayed from beginning to end. All workers were very knowledgeable and professional. They all worked very well together. Most of all, once they started, they were here every day till the job was finished. They estimated 5 weeks to finish the job and they held to that timeline.
