We ended up doing more of an extensive remodel than originally planned and they were compete pro's. They managed the project from start to finish while I was on the other side of the country and did a beautiful job. Everyone I talked to (Steve on the drawings/design, Tara on the finishes and design, Dave as project/construction manager, Giselle in the office) were fully aware of the project details and they all worked together to meet the deadline. I've managed many homebuilding and remodel projects and these guys were a joy to work with! I highly recommend them.

I contracted with Jason Gunn in late September for a complete kitchen renovation. At that time, his schedule was booked until January. Too my surprise, he was able to begin in early October! Even with a delay in tile availability, the job was completed well before Christmas. Jason had some great design ideas to enhance the functionality of the kitchen workspace and update my bathroom vanity as well. My wife and I chose Jason to do our kitchen remodel after comparing estimates with other local businesses/contractors. To my surprise his quote was less than a “discount” cabinet business so we were able to have him include a custom buffet to the design for the same price. My husband and I were looking for a contractor to remodel our kitchen. We heard about Top Gunn from the Home Magazine. We interviewed several contractors and decided to go with Top Gunn after meeting with Jason Gunn. We were immediately comfortable with him. We were so impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and attentiveness to detail from all the craftsman. From demolition to completion there were no delays. The project went very smoothly. Dave, the project manager, truly went above and beyond keeping the project on schedule and resolving any issues. He was present and involved throughout the project visiting the site frequently to check the progress and workmanship. He was so responsive anytime we had a question and he always kept us informed about the schedule and who would be working at our home. Top Gunn has provided top notch service. The teams they have in place to do the work were professional and talented. I can’t say enough about their expertise and how they explain any issues they might encounter while doing the job and how they planned on moving forward to fixing it. This is important especially for homeowners to know. We were told in the beginning the remodeling would take about 6 to 8 weeks to complete. There was someone at our home just about every day and they moved right along to keep us ahead of schedule, the entire work was done within 5 ½ weeks and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. They remodeled our kitchen exactly how I designed it, they took some of our ideas and brought them to life, some wasted spaces we had before are now beautiful usable spaces/storage spaces. We heard about Top Gunn from a neighbor. We were planning a renovation to our kitchen and two bathrooms. We vetted several companies but decided on Top Gunn after meeting with the owner, Jason Gunn. Through our planning with Jason and his team we expanded our renovation to include some work in our master bedroom, removing popcorn ceilings, removing tile and carpet and running LVP throughout the entire home and painting the interior walls, ceilings and doors. We were no strangers to whole home renovations having completed one nearly a decade ago on a 1925 Tudor we owned in NJ. That renovation ran well over schedule and budget. We lived through much of the dust, noise and disturbances of having workers in and out of our home. Never again we promised each other. Once we agreed to a game plan with Jason and his team, we set off in our motorhome to the FL Keys where we communicated with Jason on FaceTime, through text, on phone calls reviewing photos, plans, and making design decisions remotely. Jason was fastidious in keeping us apprised of his team’s progress. We received countless photos and detailed texts of the progress and upcoming plans. The entire renovation was seamless for us. Shout out to the Top Gunn Team! They recently finished our kitchen remodel which included replacing flooring and removing the popcorn ceiling.
