I have been since Dec 13th without a sink/countetop. After going round and round with this company, Lowe’s has agreed to pay the bill for the unlevel counter which was not found when they came to measure. I have had very rude service with MJ and little communication. I waited 7 days and finally contacted them to see what was going on. 8 days of this hassle with this place and informed today that it won’t be until Jan 2 at the earliest to have my kitchen sink installed. Merry Christmas! Poor customer service!

Just got the new countertops installed, and the process was easy as can be. They did an amazing job on the install (I've never seen seams look so good) and kept the mess to a minimum. Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful install of 4 countertops by Chad, Derek, and Phil. (Sorry you had to lug them upstairs because we know they were heavy and in rather tight bathroom areas.) Professional, courteous, and tidy. We were very happy with craftsmanship and product. And thank you for cutting 2 extra pieces for us after the initial job was complete. Also appreciated the cleaner/polish spray which is nifty. Would definitely recommend company and crew! Thank you kindly.

Would NOT recommend getting countertops or backsplash from Toledo Custom CounterTops The worst communication I have ever dealt with along with the trashy customer services. We had them out multiple times before we were “approved” for install. We have to level cabinets, remove old tile and countertops- fine no big deal- We were approved for the laser measurement and install happened a couple weeks after! BUT- after they installed the piece by our sink they told us the level of cabinets were off a little and could raise the sink to make it even- great. We hired a company to do the backsplash and the countertop are not leveledddddd and need to be raised on one side to lower on the sink areaaaa and are refusing to fix this issue- I am heated over this. Do NOT give them your businessssss.

So yes we have “a” hiccup but it wasn’t their fault. Manufacturer sent pieces that had two different shades of white. Savanna, The TCC representative, sent us photos of the slabs and asked us what we wanted to do. She gave us our options and we chose to send them back with the understandin that it was going to be probably an additional 10 to 14 days from the original install date. Savanna would either call me back or send me a text message regarding the status of our order or any changes. She was great to work with. The install team (Jim, Brennan, and Phil) did a great job I feel. The pictures speak for themselves. I put the cabinets in (first time ever) and I made mistakes. They were sloping a bit in two areas and the backs of my corner bases were sloping away. In both cases they were able to work with it and compensate. They explained what they were going to do to remedy those issues and answered any questions I had along the way. TCC was great. The left me a do’s and don’t for my countertops as well as a can of cleaning spray. I have “zero” complains/issues with TCC. I’m glad they are local and I told them I would spread the word and recommend them to anyone who needs this done. Thank you Savanna, Jim, Brennan, and Phil. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. BTW, all items in photos were purchased at Lowes with exception of the appliances. The countertops are the Dekton Entzo Quartz.
