We can not say enough good things about Tintas! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and Christine went ABOVE and BEYOND to give us our dream kitchen!! The granite that we chose had the most beautiful pops of blue in it but due to the location on the slab, we weren't sure if we were going to be able to use it. I told Christine that I had complete trust in her to lay out our countertops and backsplash in the way that she thinks it would look best, even if that meant we couldn't have the blue. What a surprise it was to see that beautiful blue show up on my backsplash as well as on a beautiful lazy Susan that they made for me! Thank you so much for your amazing work and attention to detail, we are thrilled with our new kitchen!!

We have been so pleased with every step of the way getting our countertops for kitchen and bathrooms. From the minute we walked in the door and were welcomed, to the installation. Christine is very knowledgeable and so personable. David’s crew ( Jose, Hugo, Saif) for installation has been so easy to work with and all so respectful. We liked the people we worked with at Tintas and the product choices we had at their office. The remodel process took several weeks, but we think it was time well spent. Our remodel involved removing the garden tub and shower with a door, and replacing with a larger shower area with no doors and very handicap accessible if needed in the future. We also had the countertop and sinks replaced, removing a split level countertop and installing a single level one.

We had a great experience working with all of the staff at Tintas throughout our kitchen and pantry countertop remodel. They had an extensive selection of products and the staff was very helpful in assisting us select the most appropriate materials and develop our design. Thank you Tintas TEAM! We added new countertops and a big sink❣️(did I say I love it all but the Big sink is worth the money) Tintas made this transition very pleasant. Monday Johnny was there as planned and demo the kitchen. Johnny was personal, friendly, and all about making the customer happy. He made sure we had a sink till countertops were ready and left our kitchen as clean as when he got there. Tuesday they did final measurements. Friday they called and asked if we were good to go next Tuesday. Someone’s cabinets were not ready so we were moved up and our countertops were ready to go on that short notice, Amazing work, (Did I say love the new look) Hugo and his partner came and finished the job in a timely manner it looked amazing. While doing a little updating to our new home, we had issues with other contractors showing up for appointments or rescheduling at the last minute: Let me tell you how refreshing it was that we had Tintas do our new countertops. They called for a scheduled time and they were there on time when they said they would. Two trips to my home, one to measure exact, and one to install. The workers answered all my many questions and did fantastic work and cleaned before they left. A great experience!!!!!

Since Tintas did our counters in our home, we decided to use them for our RV as well. We looked all over for RV fabricators and found one in Mesa. We liked the fact that Tintas was willing to do it at their facility in Surprise and since we used them before, we were excited that they agreed to do our RV. They did an outstanding job, as usual. Their communication and installation was professional and exceptional. Gabriel did such good work--he had done similar work on his own van and treated our Class C as his own. I highly recommend Tintas if you need work done on your RV! See pics below.

My husband and I visited Tintas looking for flooring and countertops for our church restrooms. We were greeted by a kind young woman who directed us out to their yard to look at countertop materials. A man came out whom we thought was a salesman, but he was the owner, Bill Tintas. We told him what we were looking for, but that we need to choose the floor tile before we choose the countertop. He showed us some tile that we could choose from for a reduced price. After we chose what we wanted, which was very beautiful, good quality porcelain, we asked him how much it would cost. He said that he wanted to donate it to our church. We were so surprised! We never met him before and our church is Clarkdale Baptist Church in Clarkdale, AZ. Not his church. He assured us that is what he wants to do and was very helpful. He said he would throw in the thinset and grout for free as well. Bill Tintas is a very kind man who has worked hard to build up his business. We are beyond thankful!

Recently, I noticed a chip in the kitchen granite counter top that Tinta's installed for me a few years ago. I sent an e-mail to their customer service team and they were immediately on the case! Tinta's sent out someone to repair it when it worked for my schedule, and everything was done within 20 minutes! If you are looking to replace your countertops, look no futher than Tintas Granite & Flooring. They are a locally owned business that does not sub contract out and does all their machining in house!! Everyone that we encountered were professional, courteous, and their customer service was above and beyond. Shanti was at the reception desk and she was always so friendly when we talked, she emailed a detailed schedule of what and when it would happen. She always did follow up calls. Each of the following contractors were on-time, professional, precise with their work, courteous, and never left a mess: Johnny & Ailana - they did the demo of taking down the old backsplash and leveling the step up bar behind the sink. This couple was fun and friendly!! Gabriel & his partner - they came and measured and than made the templates for the new countertops. They explained everything to us and how the completed product would look. David & Jesus - they took off the old countertops and installed the new countertops. They were just amazing and so friendly!! Daniel - he was the plumber that showed up within an hour after the countertops were installed. He hooked the stove back up and installed all the plumbing and faucets. Very efficient and cleaned up great!! We can't say enough about each and everyone of the team members. Bill, you should be very proud of the people you have working for you. It has restored our faith that there are really great people out there that do take pride in their workmanship and their customer service, which is very hard to find today. Also Bill, thank you for taking us into purchasing the 2 slabs of the exquisite quartzite, we absolutely love it!!

We looked at so many places for granite and talked with many fabricators. In the end, I am very happy that we ended up choosing Tintas. To my knowledge they are the only seller who also fabricates their own stone. This gave us peace of mind throughout the process since they would be able to help in replacing the stone if something happened during the fabrication process. If you buy elsewhere and have to go through a third party fabricator, things can get complicated if the stone breaks or anything else happens during the fabrication. All of the staff at Tintas are so friendly and helpful. They were always offering help and advice which we really needed since we have never done a natural stone counter before. The installers that came out were very friendly as well and were very quick. We couldn't be happier with the counters and the whole process. Thank you!!!

They have done several previous projects For us in course of four years Remodeling our home. We always seek out competitive bids but wind up returning to Tintas. Ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, cabinet facing, etc. As usual their bid included Everything. Finished cost is always same as their bid, no surprises!! Wow this place is great. All the granite we got installed was custom cut by machine, not by hand! They are professional and they have the latestest CNC equipment, the owner was nice enough to show me, my pieces getting cut, which was amazing! They use laser templates which makes for a perfect fit and match vein cuts. We have had many compliments on our new kitchen granite and the master walk-in shower done out of quartz calcuta natural. We have had an amazing experience with Tintas Granite!

Tintas Granite & Flooring performed a superb job in our master bedroom, along with a few other areas in our house. They have the absolute best inventory of marble, granite and quartzite in their slab yard that we have seen in the greater Phoenix area. Bill Tintas (owner) took us through the slab yard and explained each type of stone and brought out each slab we liked so that we could carefully inspect them before making a decision. It would have been so much easier (cooler) in January rather than August, but that was our choosing. We chose Quartzite -Fascination. Alisseo and David fabricated and installed the quartzite slabs in our large shower, master bath vanities and tub area. They are master fabricators! One of the slabs in our shower area must have weighed 700-800 lbs! These slabs were carefully delivered and perfectly installed. Joe did a fantastic job in preparing the shower floor, beveling it so the drain now works perfectly. Tibby installed the natural stone on the shower floor and it looks beautiful. We purchased all the plumbing from Central Arizona Supply. They have a sizable showroom and Bryan Gover spent a good deal of time going through all the fixtures and best options. Daniel is the plumbing master who installed everything and we can't say enough about his expertise. Bill actively supervised the construction to our satisfaction and takes a great deal of pride in his company and employees. Kat was our office coordinator, is super sweet on the phone, very accommodating and very prompt at returning our calls. We live in Sun City Grand and saw Tintas' trucks at many homes in our area since we moved here last year. We decided to go to their store and see what they offered. Upon entering the store's showroom, we were greeted by the owner Bill and staff, the nicest folks ever. Extremely professional and courteous, from the beginning to end. We had Tintas install quartz countertops in our kitchen and two bathrooms, along with new sinks and backsplash in the kitchen. We feel blessed we used Tintas. The staff gave us recommendations and suggestions. Anytime we called or went to the store we were always greeted with kindness and professionalism. They answer the phone and/or return calls promptly. The owner, Bill, came to our house and made sure everything was going smoothly and to see if we had any questions. Great guy! Shout out to David and Israel for kitchen / bathrooms counter installation, they did a great job. We would also like to give a shout out to Daniel who installed the kitchen tile (backsplash), he takes pride in his work and is excellent at what he does, we really enjoyed getting to know Daniel. The plumber, David, did a great job hooking up all the faucets and other kitchen sink items. Kat is a sweetheart and is always a joy to talk to. Colton helped us in the showroom and came to house twice to measure because we made a last-minute change, which was no problem at all, the nicest guy, always a joy to talk to. Tintas did a really amazing job on the granite install for the small utility sink area near my laundry room. The builder of my home had placed this cabinet as renumeration for an unrelated oversight but nothing more (sink/countertop etc). From the initial sales meeting to the time the location was measured to the install, I would say took about three weeks. They were able to match my existing granite and countertop "eased edge" in the kitchen. I had a special request to move the sink slightly left to accomodate my supplies and they were happy to show me how it would all look. In addition, their team even cut the hole for me for the faucet. Delighted with how this project turned out and for what I would consider a reasonable price considering the time labor and size of the cabinet.

Tintas just completed a remodel of our master bedroom. We purchased the house in Arizona Traditions in 2003 and we decided the bathroom needed updating. From start to finish I could not be happier. Austin was my sales rep. He was very patient answering all my questions and concerns. We went back to Tintas showroom to make certain we made the right choice. They had hundreds of samples. The stone we selected is called Fantastico. Joe was and is a master installer. We also wanted under the cabinet lights. Johnny the electrician was sent to handle my electrical changes. Johnny was able to install the LED's under cabinets. All prices charged was more than reasonable. My friends and family now looking at the finished product, takes their breath away. I had three estimates and Tintas price for service was most reasonable. I would recommend Tintas granite to anyone. Make certain you request Joe for your back splash installation. He has over 20 years of experience. His cleanliness and concern for quality really made the difference.

I was able to look thru their huge stock of granite at their showroom and found the slab I wanted. They even have a great sink collection for that flawless finish. I am so pleased with the finished product! My new countertops and backsplash look "Beautiful!" I feel like I have a new house! Christine helped me to find just the perfect piece of granite and sink to match. The crew that took out my old countertops and installed the new granite tops and backsplash did an excellent job! José, Jesus, and Juan worked very well together! Jose noticed that the main piece of granite was missing the bullnose finish on one side, so he said, "No problem" and brought it back to the shop and had it correctly finished that same day. There was a 1 inch gap between the finished end and the wall, so Jose quickly extended the bull-nose finish on-site. Then there was another problem because the backsplash behind the sink was 1 foot too short. José and Jesus cut and made the perfect piece. And they blended the seam perfectly so that it's invisible! Juan is an expert at grouting! Bill, the owner, was my salesman. He talked me into using the same granite as a backsplash over my stove instead of the grouted material that I had picked out. I am so glad that he did because I love the look! He forgot to measure the backsplash for the stove so that created a problem, when it arrived, it was two and one-half inches too short. But they quickly made another one. Daniel was the plumber who installed the new sink, garbage disposal, faucet, soap dispensers and dishwasher. He did a very professional job! People are not perfect, so sometimes there are errors and problems, but this company stands by their work and will give you a professional looking finished product! I would definitely use them again. I used Tintas to replace my kitchen countertop. All the people I dealt with there, Colton, Austin, and especially Jose and Juan were excellent. Colton and Austin helped us pick what we wanted. There was never any pressure to buy. On the day they said the would install, Jose and Juan were there bright and early. Every thing they did was handled in a professional manner. The install was perfect and they even saved me money by telling me I don't need the extra braces I ordered. During their install the owner of the company came by to insure everything was ok. Very impressed. When Jose and Juan left, the kitchen was spotless and my wife and I have a beautiful new countertop.

Tintas is customer friendly and has top quality products and workmanship. The entire staff was extremely helpful. Fernando answered all of our questions and assisted in choosing the perfect pieces of granite for our kitchen. We were never rushed or pressured with our decisions. George came to measure for the template and had several great suggestions for our counters and island that we would not have thought of. Our installers, Chris and Jose are true craftsman. They did a beautiful job and had on the job suggestions which were spot on! They made the end results better than expected. Daniel came to hook up the new sink an hour after the counters and sink were installed. Our plumbing fittings had to be replaced to accommodate the new faucet and beverage server we had purchased. He also installed the new soap dispenser. Everything was done perfectly. We are more than pleased with Tintas. Job well done, thank you all. We are so glad we found Tinta's. We went in looking for a granite top for an island furniture piece for our kitchen. We were shown the granite area and Fernando was introduced to us to help us. He was very patient and helpful and answered all of our questions. It was huge for us to not only get his thoughts and input but that we never felt rushed. When I wasn't sure what color sink I wanted, he brought both out to show us the color's next to our chosen granite. When he came out to the house to measure, we ended up adding more areas for him to measure and he was very kind and courteous about it since it wasn't in his initial appointment. The install with David and Jesus was perfect and professional and again they gave us some helpful suggestions. We will continue to use Tinta's for our next projects. I am submitting this review on behalf of my parents, Jack & Sherry P. who don't have a Yelp account. We recently purchased and had installed granite counter tops and glass backsplashes from your company, which had been highly recommended to us. The whole experience was incredible. We started out with Colton and Christine with help from Bill, the owner. These guys were incredibly patient; wanting to make sure we got just the right look. Colton came out to our home to measure the counter area and next came George, the template maker who measured and laid out a template that proved to be right on the money. Johnny and Ben came next as the tear out crew and did a great job tearing out the previous tile counter tops, a really ugly job, with virtually no damage to the walls or counter. Christopher and Jose installed the granite counter tops, new sink and two granite back splashes. Elicio came next as the touch up guy to make sure everything was smooth, shiny and flawless. Daniel, the plumber, connected all the plumbing, as well as the new sink fixtures. The 2 remaining glass backsplashes proved problematic, since my wife wanted a particular look. Colton and Christine were most patient with her and my wife's choice proved remarkably beautiful and complimentary to the granite counter tops. Finally Santo came in to install the gorgeous glass tile back splashes and his craftsmanship was remarkable. The whole process went well and all of the guys who worked on the various parts of the install were NOT installers BUT detailed CRAFTSMEN who took enormous pride in their work and the finished product. i had 3 to 4 chips in my granite countertop. The granite was installed by a different manufacturer. I did not know where to turn for repairs. Tintas friendly staff ,Bob, Colton, George although they dont usually repair other companys work went above and beyond and took care of my chips the next day with ease. They were excellent and recommend them anytime for home remodel needs!!!!!!!!

We were very pleased with Tintas in all phases of our project to install countertops. The salesman knew his job and estimated fairly the costs. The workmanship of seaming the counters was superb. I guess that 32 years ago yellow "cultured marble" with shell shaped sinks was considered great because it is everywhere in my neighborhood. Well, it's now gone in my home! I checked with other contractors and Tintas was competitive and seemed more professional. Based on prior experience I was prepared to live in a mess for at least a month for the remodel of my two bathrooms. After all, we were doing granite counter tops, tile shower and floor in one bathroom and countertops, new tub, tub surround, and floors in the other. Here it is only two weeks from starting and they are finished! There was really no mess. The installers made sure to cover the floors and cleaned up before leaving every day. Including their outside work area. Joe was amazing in how meticulous he was from preparing the wet areas for waterproofing to installing the tile and grout perfectly. The granite looks beautiful and thanks go to Daniel for figuring out how to stop the water pipes from banging without tearing any walls apart. We are very pleased with Tintas and their crews. They all came in, got the job done and were professional and good at what they do.

After many years in our home, we decided to pull the trigger and shop for granite counter tops to replace the Corian in our kitchen. We initially shopped at the big box stores. Friends of ours used one of the big box stores for their granite and were not pleased with the process. (Our friends actually felt like the contractor because they had to coordinate with all the sub-contractors). At first glance the big box stores seem to have decent prices, however, when you sit down and look at the details, there is an up charge for almost everything, including the edge cut on the granite, plumbing, demolition, and haul away. We saw an advertisement for Tintas Granite & Flooring in the West Valley Star magazine and decided to check them out. After walking through their doors we felt like we were a valued customer and were given all the time we needed. Colton took the time to show us all their granite and was very knowledgeable about their products. It was an easy decision to select Tintas for our kitchen remodel. Our experience with Tintas exceeded our expectations of what working with a contractor should be. We had a single contact that checked in with us during each step of the process. The cost of our project was at least 20% less than the big box stores, no up charges and there is no doubt the quality of the work was superior. Throughout the process Tintas insured that all work was done correctly and made any adjustments to insure we were completely satisfied with the final outcome. They stood behind their work and product and we will not hesitate to go to them again for our next project. We would easily recommend them to anyone for any home improvement project.

On the recommendation of 4 friends, we contracted Tintas to tile our house plus re-do two bath showers. From the 1st day we walked into the showroom, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who followed through in a timely, professional manner. We have bought granite counters for a few properties now and are never disappointed! The quality of the work is great and the customer service is wonderful! You can see design ideas in their beautiful show room and pick out the counters that work best for your project. They take their time with their customers, are very courteous and always deliver beautiful work. They were able to do slabs in lengths other companies said were impossible. My husband and I first had Tintas come out and replace the countertops in the kitchen of our Arizona home. They had a nice selection of granite to choose from and we were very happy with the finished work. We then decided that we wanted to replace all of the existing flooring in our home with porcelain tile. Alex and his crew were very responsive to our questions as the work progressed and the quality of their work was outstanding. Everyone that we worked with at this company was extremely helpful. Just finished 2 bathroom remodels (Master Bath and Guest Bath)... LOVE THEM!!! Everyone was great to work with, estimates were more cost-effective than other companies, workmanship was extraordinary. The primary installer was very courteous, conscientious, and meticulous. The quality of work was impeccable...and the care and attention second to none. Every effort possible was made to minimize impact during the remodel and to ensure minimal dust in the house and even in the garage where saws and tools operated. In this house and a previous one, we also have had Tintas Granite & Flooring install granite throughout the homes as well as tear out existing flooring and install new tile, wood, and carpet. We are going to build a new home in the next year or so and will definitely again look to have Bill Tintas and the team at Tintas Granite & Flooring help us upgrade the home.
