Tile Outlet & Granite

Tile Outlet & Granite is super! We've been remodeling for 1.5 years now and feel like we are playing Russian roulette with contractors. We spent a year getting to know our prime. Choosing TO&G was a bit by chance but we really feel like we totally lucked out with the quality of work and service they provided. I will convince my prime to use TO&G in the future. The service (especially the clear communications) and attention to detail from the beginning to the end of the countertop procurement and installation process was seamless. Again, in this world of remodeling craziness, it is refreshing to work with a highly competent and professional company that really seems to care about their clients and craftsmanship. Cheers! We had a great experience working with Tile Outlet & Granite to replace our kitchen counters and install a tile backsplash. Vince & Phil took time with us to help figure out what would work best in our space, and the crew's attention to detail was excellent. We love how everything came out & would definitely work with them again in the future.

We were very impressed with the service. The staff was very helpful as we picked out a beautiful piece of granite. Then Marco went above and beyond in expediting the measurements by coming to our home after the order had been misplaced. His measurements were exact, and the final product fit perfectly. Tile outlet was amazing to work with for our bathroom renovation. Chris and Vince were super helpful in picking out the right tiles and Basili did amazing work installing the tiles. They went above and beyond to make sure our project turned out how we wanted it. Will definitely be using and recommending them for any future jobs.

Tile Outlet and Granite (TOG) did an awesome job for us. We were looking for new countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, along with new backsplash tile in the kitchen. We were also looking for a complete solution; that is, we wanted every component of the countertop and tiling procurement and installation to be managed by one service provider. TOG was willing to take on the entire project and successfully managed everything, including stone and tile procurement, fabricating, installation, plumbing, and drywall. They sweated the details, including a tricky installation where our quartzite countertops had to be hoisted using a reach lift into our kitchen on the second level. The final result is fabulous, and we couldn’t be more pleased! We extend our special thanks to the TOG team of Marco, Vince, Chris, Tyler and all the tile setters, fabricators, installers, plumbers, and others that made this challenging project successful. Last but not least, the entire project came in on budget and schedule!

The whole team at Tile Outlet & Granite is amazing. They are so understanding and extremely helpful. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new counter tops and tile. Great job and keep up the good work.

Only needed a small piece of granite for bar top. They have a large selection of very nice remnants at great prices. Very helpful, received beautifully finished piece ahead of schedule. Highly recommend Tile Outlet & Granite.
