Very happy with our shower remodel! Vince managed the project, assuring our complete satisfaction. Ben, was very precise in his work and asked for our input on the finest details. Great tile and granite selection offering a good match to the surrounding tile, wall color and existing granite.

Vince and Chris and the whole team at Tile Outlet & Granite were great to work with. They provided a lot of helpful information about the planning process for selecting our countertops, paying attention to small details that are important to know. And the installation process was handled with attention to detail, as well. Measurements were spot on. The one seam we have completely blended in and is imperceptible. The counters look amazing.

We hired Tile Outlet & Granite to do two showers and to fabricate & install our kitchen & bathroom countertops. They did an excellent job. The people in the store were wonderful to work with and very responsive to my many phone calls. The people who did the showers and countertops did gorgeous work. I’m very happy with all of it and highly recommend them.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Marco and Vince to arrange for new countertops and backsplash. Vince was patient with us while we debated products, even though he knew the right product for us before we did! The team was prompt and responsive regarding install and willing to go the extra mile to make things look great.

We used Tile Outlet to supply a bunch of different materials for a bathroom and utility room remodel last August (completing in early October). Vince was extremely helpful in educating us about the seemingly infinite surface types and guiding us towards pieces we like. We ended up with a big piece of granite for the two countertops and three different ceramic and porcelain tiles for floors, shower floor, and shower walls. Unfortunately, the installers weren't quite as skilled as the sales staff on the floor and the section of granite for the utility sink dropped, cracking the front perimeter in several spots. My contractor was thoroughly ticked they didn't support the huge section they were cutting out onsite, but they'd cracked the piece before he was on site that morning. After it was clear they couldn't epoxy the broken sections back together, Marco stepped in (Vince was off that day, if I recall) and had a new counter from a neighboring chunk of that Brazilian stone cut, polished, and installed two days later. My contractor noted the back of the second stone had fiberglass reinforcement all over it, something the initial piece lacked (a remnant from a job from all the way back in 2008 or so). They also supported the cut and didn't let it drop like the first one. The smaller counter and sink were installed perfectly, it was just the six-foot slab that gave them trouble. We had some supply shortage issues that Vince and team were able to work through, but I was surprised to find out during that back-and-forth that we could have purchased some of the tile directly from Bedrosians for less money than Tile Outlet. With my contractor's discount, it was basically a wash, but I'll keep that in mind for the next project and be sure to shop specific pieces around first.

I was looking for a granite or quartz remnant to build a coffee table for my living room. These guys have a very nice selection of remnants. They were friendly and responsive to my need and even provided some structural design ideas. Even though my project was a small job for them, they were quick with the fabrication which was also flawless. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I wanted to update our bathroom, and we received several proposals, most of which were shower inserts. Due to the high cost of these options, we contacted Tile Outlet and Granite and received a very reasonable bid to replace the existing shower with tile and glass doors, and add tile a tile surround on the tub. When the job was complete, we were extremely happy with the results. If you're interested in updating your bathroom, pass on those "one-day" shower replacement companies and contact the outstanding people at Tile Outlet and Granite. Tile Outlet and Granite offers impeccable design advice, great products, outstanding installation personnel!

Be extremely careful about what you are getting in quantity. I learned the hard way. My receipts showed the supposed square footage, not the boxes. My contractor picked up 83 boxes which contained 7 tiles, equaling 14 square feet. The total pickup was 996 square feet, not the 1200 listed. This was also evidenced when I ran out of tile. This also happened on a small order where I did the math for what I needed , added 10% for waste and was still 2 boxes short. The receipt does NOT show boxes, so you do not have recourse once you leave the store. Phil is argumentative, and although Marco seems decent, this has not been resolved so this is my PSA. This has cost me over $1500 in materials and trips back to the store for more tile. It was Florida tile so part of the issue is probably with the supplier too. Count the boxes AND the tiles. Sorry guys but that is the truth. Otherwise, good selection and customer service.

Such an amazing team to work with! Set my first backsplash and the staff at Tile Outlet helped me select the tile, schluter and recommended the perfect color epoxy grout. They have knowledgeable staff that took the time to provide helpful advice on how to do a herringbone pattern and walked me through the epoxy grout application process. While completing the project I called the store a couple times with questions and they gladly took the time to provide answers and additional advice. They wanted their product to look great in my house and did all they could to ensure my success. Phil, Vince, Marco and Lisa went above and beyond to help me! Thank you Tile Outlet!!

We gutted our laundry room with attached powder room and wanted a 1" white , hexagonal tile for the floor, (with black accent, and charcoal grout) which isn't as common as a floor anymore and I am so happy with their expertise and installation, as it is a tricky product. Mischa the tile installer was fantastic and Vince in sales took wonderful care of the special order, and I gladly look forward to using them again on future remodel projects!

Phil is the worse employee I have ever seen. His employee messed up and tried to charge me and my husnand for it. We told him you never charge the customer for your mistakes. He was talking super loud to talk over me and my husband cause we were saying that is unethical. He was super rude and I would never use them again!! There work was good but they need help on there customer service. Phil also treats you different if you want to install your own counter tops which shouldn't matter. He puts you at the very bottom of the pile and when he has time is when you will get yours if you don't use his people to install it.
