Thomas Rose and Jeffrey were fantastic. Thomas helped us select the right baseboards and was upfront about everything. He answered all of our questions to satisfaction and made sure we were happy when the job was done. Jeffrey worked quickly and did an amazing job on our stairs. We originally wanted to also remodel the kitchen but we elected to wait until after summer. My wife and I were most happy that they did the job in the time they said they would and the areas were spotless when they left. We highly recommend Thomas Rose Construction.

Tom and Jeff installed new baseboards in our entire downstairs of our home. They did a fantastic job, it was done efficiently and for a great price. He doesn't cut corners and even installed baseboard in our small room under the stairs and behind my washer and dryer. And he was kind enough to fix a closet door hinge that was loose. Definitely recommend his company and work!

Thomas Rose updated our kitchen and it was such a great success. We still love everything almost a year later. First of all, he's got a warm, sincere demeanor that makes you feel comfortable working with him. He is honest, communicates clearly, organized and timely. He's clearly experienced in this business exemplified by the quality of his work. However, the best thing about working with Thomas is his fairness. I was just so impressed. Seriously he's the best. Thomas Rose did a great job with remodeling our bathroom a few years ago. The shower he put in came out perfectly. The stonework was beautiful! We will definitely be calling again for our next project!

Hands down Thomas Rose Construction is top in his field. I had him come out and give me a quote to install an outside door. He gave us a quote, told us when he could do it and how long it was take him. The door is perfect, the wife is happy, I'm happy, everyone is happy! Tom also gave me a great deal on base boards. The ones I got from Tom priced out at Home Depot for $1.02 sq ft. I bought from Tom at 1/2 the price for the same base boards. Any future work that needs to be done, I am calling Thomas Rose Construction.

Tom and his team were great. They completely remodeled our kitchen along with our fireplace and they look amazing! Tom and his team showed up everyday ON TIME and kept my husband and I updated about what exactly they were going to be doing everyday. Also Tom was excellent when it came to figuring out ideas whenever we came across a problem. We even were impressed with all the little fine details Tom and his team put into our kitchen and fireplace. Lastly we were very happy with his pricing. His pricing is extremely fair. My husband and I felt 100% comfortable with Tom and will use him again in our future projects. If you want a contractor you can trust then Tom Rose is your contractor.

I would highly recommend Mr. Rose for any remodeling projects you are considering. He was honest, accurate, on time, and fair during the course of our kitchen remodel, start to finish. He has done everything he said he would do, starting with his estimate. We considered other contractors, and Mr. Rose was definitely the most thorough, and kept the timelines he presented us with. All the work was completed on time, and with attention to detail. Mr. Rose completed a full top to bottom kitchen remodel for us, and a new tile floor in most of our house. My husband was overseas during the remodeling process, and he even made sure to include him, and made the process as easy as he could while we remained living in our home during the remodel. He, and his employees were gracious and kind to my family, and children while in our home for almost a months time. He accomplished everything we wanted done and a few extras along the way while staying on budget. We hope to work with him again on future remodeling of our home.

Thomas Rose construction came out to remodel our bathroom last summer. We've been very happy with the results. During the process Mr. Rose and his business partner showed up on time everyday and cleaned up everyday. Finished the project on time. This year I had a small issue with the grout, Mr.Rose came out to the house the same week I contacted him. Fixed the problem easily. Thomas Rose construction is a excellent reliable company

We would happily recommend Mr. Rose as your go-to general contractor. More than his ability to get the job done, is his honestly and integrity. No job is without problems, but those problems allow you to see whether you are dealing with a reputable contractor. This is where Tom shines. All the workers are capable and responsive to customer's interests. Attention to detail is always priority 1! We are very satisfied with the outcome of multiple jobs and give Thomas Rose Construction a thumbs up!

Tom Rose is honest , patient, up front, and by far the exceeded any expectations we had going into our project. We added a room addition to our home, and Mr. Rose worked patiently with my mother-in-law to address her needs and requests. He gave us accurate ideas of costs and expectations. The only delays we had with our project was with the city, having to jump through their loopholes. Once we got the okay to begin, Mr. Rose and his crew worked hard, and the quality shows! I would recommend Tom Rose for any construction needs! We will definitely be contacting him for our next project!

When you need your home improvements done right the first time... Thomas Rose Construction is the company to use in Southern California. We had Tom add another master bathroom & indoor laundry room in our home that is a single story with a concrete slab floor. Needless to say this required extensive demolition to the concrete floor to run all of the needed drain plumbing. After that was all done, Tom and his crew did an excellent job of putting it all back together so our marble tile floor looked the same as before the demolition. And the new finished bathroom & indoor laundry room came out beautiful, and is very well built to last for decades. Tom and his crew always made sure things looked great and were up to code. We had everything permitted and inspected, and the city inspectors even thought the work was well done. He always communicated with us well at every stage of the project, to let us know what was going on. And when he said a certain amount of work would be done that week, it got done.
