Great experience with Benson Stone from start to finish! Love, love my counter tops and island. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, and not one glitch!

I went with Benson Stone for all the flooring and Quartzite countertops along with having several pieces of our quartzite around our tub and shower unit. We had a difficult layouts and they spent the time needed to get all the dimensions for everything to fit correctly. There were no items that needed to be adjusted. Everything looks beautiful and their install crew did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend.

We went shopping for a granite kitchen counter and visited three different companies. We found that Benson Stone had the best Pricing, the best Selection, and the best Customer Service. Very Professional and very Attentive. Excellent Communication all through the process. Even better, the person measuring our counters and the installation team were incredible. The installers were not average guys, they were true Craftsmen that were able to overcome some of our kitchen irregularities during the installation. Unbelievable results. Beautiful Kitchen! All in all, we highly recommend Benson Stone.

I am in love with the breakfast bar I had installed by Benson Stone. I was able to fin the perfect remnant in their slab warehouse, I gave my ideas to the team on what I wanted and then was offered suggestions for improvements. It turned out better than expected! I highly recommend Benson Stone!

I cannot praise Benson Stone or their granite installers high enough. I could’ve saved myself months of getting nowhere had I gone to Benson Stone first! Upon my first trip, found my granite selection at a much better price! Everything was a breeze. You can’t go wrong with “a one stop shop”! The two young guys that installed my granite we’re professional, kind, respectful and pleasant! I had a positive great experience. The only reason I did not go to them first is they are the Premier stone company in our region. I assumed they would be the most expensive. Hands-down they were the most professional, informative, best experience I have had dealing with my kitchen renovation! (I had gone to the big box stores, to other smaller stores. I had been here, there and everywhere.) They truly are the Premier store to go to for all your home renovation or decorating needs! 5 STARS!!

This was our second purchase from Benson. They did our granite for our kitchen in 2015. So when we wanted quartz for our utility room we went back. We were not disappointed. They were on time and in and out quickly. And they did another amazing job. We live in Wisconsin so this is a trip for us but worth every mile. Thank you so much!!

We had marble countertops installed in our kitchen and mud room. We are thrilled with the job done by Benson Stone. The measurements were spot on and the gentle curves are fabulous. The installers did a great job as well. We’re very pleased. Highly recommend.

Spent over $70,000 here and they delivered and installed an island that did not match my order. I tried desperately to work with them for over three months, and the response was, tough luck. Placed several tile orders only to be told several weeks later that they were discontinued. This delayed the building process way longer than it needed to be if the communication was clear and open, and they didn’t sell products that are discontinued. Everybody messes up once in a while, but it’s how you recover that makes all the difference in a good company. Not good!

My husband and I went in looking at back splashes but weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. River was super helpful, and was great at explaining our options. We are so happy with the tile we went with! The installer also did an awesome job.

We went in thinking prices would be too high we would have to wait a year to get our things. We shopped for floor models and clearance items and found everything we needed. Celi (sell-lee) was awesome to work with. She got her steps today with us. Highly recommend the third and fourth floor crew when ever you go for furniture needs. I was wrong to think it would too expensive. John Otto and his team were awesome.

High quality products. Did have issues with service on a gas fireplace install. I realize Covid was an issue this past year but 6 months an email and three phone calls to get somebody out Almost cost them a customer. Once service done no issue.
