This place Done an Awesome Job with my Bathroom counter top and Shelf. Everyone was Friendly and jumped right on the process of measuring and in few days had it installed and drilled wholes for my Vessel sink and Faucet. Deserves more than A 5 Star. Highly recommend Granite Connection for NMB needs. Less than one week to decide on counter material, template, and install. Great value, courtesy, and performance. I considered several fabricators and they were the best all around. Beautiful job on quartz and sink underlay.

The work was fine but the worker that was supposed to seal the counters told us he wanted to tile the backsplashes. He gave us business cards. When we said we didn't need that he took his cards and left without sealing the granite. More than 20 calls later and this company has stood us up for months to get this resolved. Ray told us he would be there two weeks ago and no showed two days in a row after my 70 year old mother cleared all her counter space for no reason. She is on a fixed income, once the check was cashed they don't care. Do not use this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Once this business has your money, you are on your own!! We have broken drawers, doors, trim missing, etc. I only received a response to my messages and texts after leaving a bad review. They did send someone out to do a few minor things. The owner himself told me if I removed my bad review he would order the parts and come back and finish. The owner made that appointment for this past Thursday and they were a no show and no one called either. The quality and customer service from The Granite Connection are absolutely horrendous!!!!!

Fantastic granite work. Everyone is raving about how nice it is. Top is smooth. Junior the installer was awesome. Would highly recommend.

Used this company for countertops and tile backsplash. Countertops came out beautiful. Tile backsplash is a different story, around window frame above sink tile looks like they used scraps of tile they cut to use in other areas. Pieces are different sizes and grout line is thick in some areas and thin in other. Called several times to have this fixed. Had phone calls returned with promise of coming out to fix but they never showed. We could not recommend this company to several of our neighbors who wanted backsplashes. We ended up having to call another company to come out at the cost of $200.00 to have fix.

Denys was very professional and knowledgeable. He Communicated throughout the process and made sure i was satisfied with the finished product. Denys helped to select best product for my kitchen and provided very useful information.
