Claudio and his team were amazing!!! They worked around my crazy moving into a new house schedule. They finished our countertops a day early and were willing to come take out our old countertops install the new ones for us because they were early. The crew was very friendly. This is the second time we have used countertop guy and would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

I was so impressed with Claudio and his team. We needed to do a quick kitchen remodel in our investment property before the new tenants moved in. I contacted several companies and were given lead times of 3 to 4 weeks. I contacted The Countertop Guy on a Friday morning and countertops were installed ten days later...AMAZING!! I was not only impressed with their lead times but also their responsiveness. It's rare to find a contractor that responds to you in a timely manner. As for their quality of work, they more than met my expectations. I highly recommend The Countertop Guy!

Wonderful experience working with Claudio doing my quartz and granite counters. They look fabulous! He was reasonably priced, on-time, and the result is fantastic! Will use again.

Claudio and his team were prompt, precise, competitively priced, and met and exceeded my expectations in everything. The whole process was easy. Claudio let me know he had a certain product on sale, we chose it, he measured, we scheduled an install date, he got me a good deal on the sink we needed, they installed it all with no mess and minimal disruption, I paid them, they left. Now I’m writing this review sitting at my brand new countertops. I’d have paid 20 grand more for my house if the previous owners had done this before I bought it. It made an enormous difference. 10/10 would recommend this crew to anyone.

We purchased counters from them back in 2017. We our sink unfortunately dislodged. I called them and they were here within a few hours helped us repair it at a fair price. We absolutely recommend them!

Claudio helped me with a granite remnant and his workers, one Luis and couple of others installed. It is beautiful and I love it. Plumbing isn’t part of installation though, but other than that they did an amazing job.

They installed a full kitchen, one bathroom vanity, and fixed a marble vanity where the corner had broken off. The marble fix was done so well that the crack nearly disappeared altogether. I am surprised and delighted with the level of service from The Countertop Guy and will return again and again! Don't hesitate to call!

We had our quartzite countertops installed 10-6-2021 I then texted him and asked if they had broken my bar and said they had not,but it has been clearly broke and glued. We immediately contacted Mr. Castro to have him come out and look at it to determine the best way to proceed. He denied it was broken even though I sent him photos and he refused to come to the house and look at it. We have had a couple of other professionals check it out and they agree that it was broken and poorly glued back together.Mr. Castro to this date will not even give us the courtesy of coming to our house and working with us to fix the problem. I would not recommend this guy or his company.

customer service is superior they are very professional, knowledgeable, timely, honest and friendly they backup their work and the product they install they will help you with the entire process I had a defective quartz countertop that became noticeable 3 three weeks after installation they took care of the situation with the wholesaler with no additional charge for the issue and removal and installation for my new granite counter top this ordeal took 2 months always helpful and friendly with the situation. *** unheard-of *** the counter top installation of course was perfect they deserve a ten I will refer them thank you nick barila
