A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE and I would HIGHLY recommend this company to others! Today I had my granite countertops/sinks installed. A small job for them compared to others I am sure .. but they didn't make me feel any less important. Communication during the process was great and in the end, no hidden/unexpected surprises. The installers were great as well. They knew the job they had to do and they did it VERY WELL! I couldn't be any happier ... thank you Storia Marble & Granite for being part of my remodeling project!

I contracted with Storia for very high end countertops. Meagan was very helpful in the process! We had one small problem, which they took care of immediately. And then the sub- contractors kept scratching the surface of the countertops. And they came back twice and did not charge me to buff out the scratches. And we had a slight problem with an installation of a blind and Sergio said they would come on site and notch out the countertop for free onsite. This is TRUE customer service!!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and our contractor used Storia for the cabinets and countertop. Samantha was easy to work with and came up with a great design. There were a couple of minor hiccups after installation but they were completely corrected and the follow up by their staff was very good. I definitely recommend them if you’re doing any type of kitchen or bathroom remodeling.

Sergio and his team are awesome! We got quotes from a couple different companies for a tub deck and variety top for our master bath. The other company told us our tub deck was too large to do a single piece of granite and my tub deck would have a seam. Storia however, was able to do the job exactly how I wanted it (no seam) and they were nearly HALF the cost of the other company for the same granite. They did a fantastic job installing everything too. We’ve used them now on four separate occasions and will continue to use them in the future.

Without exception, every person we had contact with at Storia was fantastic to work with. Their customer service is first rate. Our granite countertops turned out absolutely stunning! They met every target date they made and their installers were very conscientious and meticulous. Most of their employees have worked there a long time, which says a lot about the values of the company. The price quote they provided was very competitive with the others we contacted, but looking back, we would select them even if they cost more. We highly recommend them.

Been using Storia Marble for years. They have replaced my countertops in my last two homes and now gonna be doing my countertops in my condo. They just finished installing quartz countertops in my kitchen and bathrooms; the workmanship is beautiful, customer service is outstanding and pricing is fair and reasonable. The owners, Samantha and Sergio, were so great to work with...readily accessible, always responsive and customer friendly. The crew was excellent...on time and efficient with an eye toward quality and attention to detail. They couldn't do enough to make the experience pleasant and painless! We did our due diligence on various companies before choosing Storia to replace our dated granite countertops with quartz counters in our condo in Cape Coral. Their pricing is comparable to other providers, but the attributes that set them apart is they were on time, gave excellent service, the installation is flawless, and owners Sergio and Samantha are genuinely nice people and were a pleasure to deal with. They made suggestions to minimize appearance of seams, and the finished results exceeded our expectations. We dealt with many contractors in our remodel and Storia was the most dependable and easiest to work with.

Sergio and his guys are amazing! When we choose our slab, he check it out and advised us to find another because there were imperfections in it. We finally found one he approved and the job he did was fantastic. They came on time and did a great job, We could not be more please with the work and the price was right. I would recommend them highly for any granite or marble installation.

Tried to obtain a measurement. They rescheduled 4 times! I finally told them to forget it, because they didn't seem very dependable. I was afraid any project with them would go on and on!

I did not have a good experience with Storia Marble. I paid them a $550 deposit for a dual sink marble countertop for our master bath. When they came to deliver the countertop, it broke as they walked up my front path, damaging the walkway. The next day they came back with a new one, but it had major cracks in it that were unacceptable so I rejected it. These cracks went way beyond the normal characteristics of marble used in home countertops. You could run your fingernail inside the cracks. We agreed to part ways and I requested my money back. To this day, I have not received a check, nor an acknowledgement of my email. I would not recommend this company.
