A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE and I would HIGHLY recommend this company to others! Today I had my granite countertops/sinks installed. A small job for them compared to others I am sure .. but they didn't make me feel any less important. Communication during the process was great and in the end, no hidden/unexpected surprises. The installers were great as well. They knew the job they had to do and they did it VERY WELL! I contracted with Storia for very high end countertops. Meagan was very helpful in the process! We had one small problem, which they took care of immediately. And then the sub- contractors kept scratching the surface of the countertops. And they came back twice and did not charge me to buff out the scratches. And we had a slight problem with an installation of a blind and Sergio said they would come on site and notch out the countertop for free onsite. This is TRUE customer service!!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and our contractor used Storia for the cabinets and countertop. Samantha was easy to work with and came up with a great design. There were a couple of minor hiccups after installation but they were completely corrected and the follow up by their staff was very good. I definitely recommend them if you’re doing any type of kitchen or bathroom remodeling.

Sergio and his team are awesome! We got quotes from a couple different companies for a tub deck and variety top for our master bath. The other company told us our tub deck was too large to do a single piece of granite and my tub deck would have a seam. Storia however, was able to do the job exactly how I wanted it (no seam) and they were nearly HALF the cost of the other company for the same granite. They did a fantastic job installing everything too. We’ve used them now on four separate occasions and will continue to use them in the future.

Without exception, every person we had contact with at Storia was fantastic to work with. Their customer service is first rate. Our granite countertops turned out absolutely stunning! They met every target date they made and their installers were very conscientious and meticulous. Most of their employees have worked there a long time, which says a lot about the values of the company. The price quote they provided was very competitive with the others we contacted, but looking back, we would select them even if they cost more. We highly recommend them.
