All the staff at Stoneworks of Augusta are efficient in making sure your renovation is how you want it! They have friendly staff who have amazing communication throughout the project updating you every step of the way. Dianne at front desk walked me through all aspects of the product lines, choices, and installation process. Chris (Owner) came to home to take laser measurements. Work areas are cleared, here goes the upgrade.

From my first appointment, everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about countertops or their design. I was given a tour and much needed information on what would go with my choices and how my counters would look with the sinks and designs. This is the 2nd time I have used Stoneworks for a home update - the 1st time for installing granite kitchen countertops, and this time, installing a granite double vanity in our master bathroom. First, let me say that Dianne was wonderful – she was very informative and helpful during my showroom visit. Also, she quickly led me to exactly what I was looking for in their slab warehouse, based on my description of the color scheme in our bathroom. She also provided speedy, professional e-mail responses to ALL of my questions, and quick callbacks to schedule taking measurements and setting up the installation. When I told her that we would very much appreciate it if all workers would wear masks, she said that it would not be a problem at all. When the person arrived to take measurements (right on time, and wearing a mask), I noticed that on our file there was a big reminder note that said “PLEASE WEAR MASKS.” Thanks for being so on top of things, Dianne! As a bonus, because the installers happened to be in our area a little earlier than the original projected installation date, the install was completed a few days earlier than we had hoped! Yay! When the installation crew arrived, they were wearing masks, and they were extremely professional and kind. They were probably in and out of our home in about 30 minutes! Lastly, for the installation of our new faucets, I enlisted the help of a plumber that Stoneworks referred, and he was also excellent! I love my new vanity! I just can’t say enough good things about Stoneworks! I am a loyal customer for life!

I had a GREAT experience with Stoneworks of Augusta. Finding a company willing to install a new sink into an existing granite counter was difficult, but their chief installer, Charles, was up to the challenge and did a fabulous job. The customer service provided by Diane was exceptional. I just can't praise them enough. They made a trying situation easy!!
