Silvana is a gem! She helped me pick out a beautiful stone countertop and porcelain tile to go with my cabinets and floors. I gave her only two guidelines - I wanted a 'timeless and chic' kitchen and boy did she deliver. Silvana has impeccable taste and she made me a very happy customer. If I could give more stars I would. Her team is highly professional and personable from everyone in the office to the guy that measures the space and the crew delivering the stone. Throughout the process, I made a few changes and Stone One accommodated my whims whenever possible. For instance, I changed my mind about the grout color the day before my installer was coming back to finish the job, and Stone One arranged the return of the old and got me the new grout within 24 hours. Now that's service! My experience with Stone One was top notch with excellent service from start to finish and a stunning product to last me a lifetime. Thank you Silvana and everyone on your team for making a deliriously happy customer.

Our experience with Stone One was excellent from the day we stopped into the store to pick out our new counters for our new kitchen to that day of install. Silvanna was super nice and helped picked out the idea of our kitchen details and made them come to life we are absolutely in love with the counters and backspalsh. Jen was also very helpful and helped organize install day and details, thank you Jen! Edison was our installer he arrived promptly and installed our counters in an hour and left them perfect. We would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service and Beautiful quality! Thank you everyone at stone one you all are wonderful!

I was slightly hesitant about Stone One because of some of the reviews I saw online. But I was referred to them, so decided to go for it. I'm really glad that we did. Every part of the process was seamless. Communication was easy. We worked with Silvana to get a quote and to plan it out, Chris for coordinating templating, deposit and for scheduling installation. Dave was our installer and he did an awesome job. Our template person was great too and helped to work out all the details and answer all my questions. Everything was delivered as expected--even better because they got one large 'L' shaped piece in without a seam. Fabrication time took only 1.5 weeks--I had heard from my cabinet person most places were running about 3 weeks. No complaints, I'd recommend them to anyone and I'd use them again. I love my counter tops.

Couldn't have had a better experience working with Silvania and her team for our first home remodel (kitchen + 3 bathrooms). They were very responsive, were experts in helping me to pick out the right countertops for each room and great to work with from scheduling the template/install through the actual installation. We couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out!

I had a wonderful experience at Stone One with Kim for my bathroom remodel. She walked me through the whole process and spent time reviewing all the details! I shared inspo pics with her and I'm so happy with what we came up with. Used stone from the same slab for my countertop, shower bench and shower threshold. Install was seamless and they communicated with my GC the whole time. I would definitely use Stone One again!

Kim Lindquist at StoneOne was incredible to work with. She was very responsive, informative, patient, and I appreciated her honesty about what would or would not work in our space. She had a great sense of humor and had a lot of great ideas. Everyone else we dealt with at StoneOne were all excellent, too. The StoneOne experts who measured, templated, cut, and installed our fragile stone kitchen countertops took the utmost care from start to finish. The end result is absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier with the service and product we received from everyone at StoneOne. I highly recommend them 100%!!

She guided us in the right direction with each piece and co-ordinating all aspects of the kitchen. Their installation crew is professional and does an amazing job. We had our counters and island installed last summer and the workers were amazing; efficient, neat and so professional. Recently we had an issue with a small chip. I contacted the company and spoke with Jen. She was so helpful and arranged for a repair visit. 2 incredibly professional and talented men came yesterday and I am amazed with the quality of the repair. Just had our quartz countertops installed and they are beautiful. We dealt with Kim and she was awesome.. She helped us coordinate our cabinet colors with the quartz colors. Her design expertise shows in her color suggestions. She really listened to our wants and needs. I highly recommend her and Stone One! Installation was also so easy and quick.

Very disappointed in the finished product. The installers measured incorrectly, and I had to wait weeks for the backsplash to be installed. They nicked my undercabinet lighting cord and chipped the cabinet in several places. The seam was placed too close to the stove and the sealant they used disappeared after I boiled water on the back burner. They came and "fixed" it once. I emailed them again when I realized it happened again and asked that they use a sealant that can withstand heat from boiling water or move the seam so that it's not next to the stove. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from the owner. If you're looking for quality work that is backed by good customer service keep looking.

There such professionals. I have a u shaped kitchen and chose Cambria , Brittanica. A very edgy choice but wanted something different. The designer has us come down and approve layout. It is stunning in my kitchen. I get OMG’S all the time. Just returned for a bathroom remodel. It’s a wonderful business to work with.
