Very professional experience from start to finish. Very efficient and timely in getting the job done. Would recommend! FYI, you must disconnect and reconnect the faucet and plumbing yourself which was not an issue for me.

We had a wonderful experience with Stonelink. By far the easiest part of having a new home built! They even opened on a Sunday for me to come check out the slabs because that was the only day I could make it in. Two days later, they were up in NH for a template, and a week after that they did the installation. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Francine was so helpful to work with as well!

I put my Granite countertops out to 4 bidders including Home Depot and Stonelink won the bid. Everyone was so friendly! I went to the showroom in Worcester and picked out a stone. About 10 days later a very professional crew did the installation. They cut the sink hole on site.....super accurate. They vacuumed and cleaned up. This is a super company and I highly recommend them.

I was recommended to Francine at StoneLink by a friend. She is absolutely fantastic. There wasn’t a single phone call that I made to her that wasn’t answered. She was responsive, she was kind and her service is unbeatable. First of all, I called looking for a certain type of quartz. She sent me a general quote based on dimensions provided. 3 days later, she had a technician out to my home to measure. The install happened one week later. Their speed was impressive especially given that I live 75 minutes from their shop. Aside from the great service from Francine, I found the pricing to be extremely fair, transparent and reasonable. Thank you, Francine and your install team! You guys are amazing.

Pros: Quick, inexpensive, very responsive, helpful and works around your schedule and the person that installed our counter top was very nice, a perfectionist and very professional and did a good job. Fran also answered the million questions I had and I feel like even after hours she was responding to my questions. Cons: most of the samples are out of date and not available/discontinued from the company they order from. Which I know is not their fault but just a warning as I found myself choosing a counter top then being notified it’s not available. Another warning is that I had to do alot of hunting around myself and calling companies for a product that is available. I am happy with my selection and the way it came out and I have no complaints but 2 things that made me very unhappy and that is 1: a big section of the counter top is white with no design, i would have hope that a this blank section would have been avoided when cutting the slab but then again I am not sure if it is possible to avoid and what do I know about cutting quartz. I also have a few chips here and there on my counter top and a few orange measurement marks and darker spots on my counter top, along with what i think is either glue or some product on my counter tops that i cant seem to wipe off. 2: I cannot use my two drawers that are in front of the sink (which held my sponges) anymore because the sink was not installed to the measurements that it was previously. They were supposed to get back to me on this and figure out a way to fix it but never got a call back. I was originally told that it was because their sinks are different but when i told them that it was my sink not theirs, i was told they will figure it out and get back to me and never did. I inform them on how important this is to me as i bought the house brand new and made sure that was installed, now I have 2 drawers that open but are useless…

Truly a 5 star experience! We got multiple quotes for our kitchen and Stonelink was by far the cheapest (a third to half the cost of some quotes). We picked out our slab and the measuring and installation process was very smooth. I really appreciated how they made the cuts so the grain went diagonal across the island and corner, I didn’t request it, but it couldn’t look any better. Highly recommend, it has been almost 6 months and we are still obsessed with how our counters turned out!
