Very professional experience from start to finish. Very efficient and timely in getting the job done. Would recommend! FYI, you must disconnect and reconnect the faucet and plumbing yourself which was not an issue for me.

I have had such a great experience from everyone at Stonelink. They have such a great selection of products. Once I made my choice they gave me an estimate quickly and came out and did the template. My countertops were installed within 2 weeks from template being done. The installation took less time than I expected. The guys installing it were great. They tolerated my question and my dogs checking everything out. Love my new countertops. Before and after photos.

StoneLink just finished up installing Taj Mahal quartzite in our kitchen. They were so easy to work with. Francine was quick to respond and patient with my many questions. Their pricing was best by far, which at first made me pause, but as you can see they have many many many amazing reviews so we went with it and are thrilled! The process was quick once I picked a slab and they arrived on time for install. I highly recommend them and would use them again without any reservation. Our cabinets are being refaced in the coming weeks but our new countertops elevated the space so Much. I am super grateful for all their hard work.

These guys are very professional and very responsive. Materials they use/ offer are versatile and have great look. Price for labor and materials are very reasonable. Before I purchase anything I do research and check the reviews. They are based in Worcester but they don’t have problem to come busy Boston area. I do appreciate all the great work they have done so far for me.

We had a wonderful experience with Stonelink. By far the easiest part of having a new home built! They even opened on a Sunday for me to come check out the slabs because that was the only day I could make it in. Two days later, they were up in NH for a template, and a week after that they did the installation. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Francine was so helpful to work with as well!

I put my Granite countertops out to 4 bidders including Home Depot and Stonelink won the bid. Everyone was so friendly! I went to the showroom in Worcester and picked out a stone. About 10 days later a very professional crew did the installation. They cut the sink hole on site.....super accurate. They vacuumed and cleaned up. This is a super company and I highly recommend them.

I was recommended to Francine at StoneLink by a friend. She is absolutely fantastic. There wasn’t a single phone call that I made to her that wasn’t answered. She was responsive, she was kind and her service is unbeatable. First of all, I called looking for a certain type of quartz. She sent me a general quote based on dimensions provided. 3 days later, she had a technician out to my home to measure. The install happened one week later. Their speed was impressive especially given that I live 75 minutes from their shop. Aside from the great service from Francine, I found the pricing to be extremely fair, transparent and reasonable. Thank you, Francine and your install team! You guys are amazing.

Pros: Quick, inexpensive, very responsive, helpful and works around your schedule and the person that installed our counter top was very nice, a perfectionist and very professional and did a good job. Fran also answered the million questions I had and I feel like even after hours she was responding to my questions. Cons: most of the samples are out of date and not available/discontinued from the company they order from. Which I know is not their fault but just a warning as I found myself choosing a counter top then being notified it’s not available. Another warning is that I had to do alot of hunting around myself and calling companies for a product that is available. I am happy with my selection and the way it came out and I have no complaints but 2 things that made me very unhappy and that is 1: a big section of the counter top is white with no design, i would have hope that a this blank section would have been avoided when cutting the slab but then again I am not sure if it is possible to avoid and what do I know about cutting quartz. I also have a few chips here and there on my counter top and a few orange measurement marks and darker spots on my counter top, along with what i think is either glue or some product on my counter tops that i cant seem to wipe off. 2: I cannot use my two drawers that are in front of the sink (which held my sponges) anymore because the sink was not installed to the measurements that it was previously. They were supposed to get back to me on this and figure out a way to fix it but never got a call back. I was originally told that it was because their sinks are different but when i told them that it was my sink not theirs, i was told they will figure it out and get back to me and never did. I inform them on how important this is to me as i bought the house brand new and made sure that was installed, now I have 2 drawers that open but are useless…

Truly a 5 star experience! We got multiple quotes for our kitchen and Stonelink was by far the cheapest (a third to half the cost of some quotes). We picked out our slab and the measuring and installation process was very smooth. I really appreciated how they made the cuts so the grain went diagonal across the island and corner, I didn’t request it, but it couldn’t look any better. Highly recommend, it has been almost 6 months and we are still obsessed with how our counters turned out!
