I can't say enough about Stonegate. The customer service is excellent. They are responsive, kind and courteous and work hard to make sure each job is done in a timely manner. Was all set to have the stone installed at the agreed upon price of $45.00 a sq ft. Even though this was $9.00 more than two other competitors I wanted to use someone local. In two business days the price shot up to a whopping $50+ per Sq ft. She then told me she could work with my price if I used some stone laying around the shop. Unprofessional! Not even an apology or an explanation for giving me a different price. These people don't want your business. 5 hours wasted going to Westborough to pick out the stone and everything. I should be able to charge them for time wasted.

I've used Stonegate numerous times. As a professional running construction companies for over 30 years, I appreciate professionalism. There installation team is one of the best I've ever used. There are a number of other granite companies in the area that I've used that can't carry Stonegate tool box .I will continue to use Stonegate and refer them to anyone who asks

My elderly father accidentally fell and broke his parents' heirloom marble coffee table that he'd painstakingly moved from place to place for decades. My father was heartbroken. I promised him I would have the marble pieces shaped, polished, and distributed to family members as treasured mementos of our grandparents. The thought filled him with great joy. I brought the table pieces to Stonegate even though this isn't something any marble shop would normally do. Stonegate was warm, encouraging, and supportive of my project. They gave me a fair quote up front and held to it. They did their very best to make as many usable, interesting shapes from the pieces so that everybody could have something to use as a cutting board, or coaster, or bookend, or paperweight. The entire process went smoothly, and the family is just so happy with the results. Stonegate's assistance turned what was a very sad situation into heirlooms we will all treasure and hand down to the next generation. Thank you so much, Stonegate, for all your help!

We recently completed a small kitchen project with Stonegate and from start to finish, they were professional, accommodating, and responsive. Anna in the showroom was extremely helpful, and their installers were pleasant and easy to work with. Their pricing was extremely competitive as well, and we will certainly go to them in the future for any other work.
