Based on a recommendation from a friend I used Stonecrafters for a vanity project in my home. I was directed to a remnant piece of quartz by Ali, who worked with me to get the right piece at the right price. Matt then took the lead by getting the best measurements, and then Eddie came to the house to install and do some on site additional cutting to ensure the proper fit into my un-square wall. My wife came home happy to see the quality job that Stonecrafters did for us. It's not often I feel cared for and valued as a consumer, so the extra effort put in by the fellows at Stonecrafters goes a long way. I recommend this business without hesitation.

This company hiresires the people that stand outside of Home Depot who are not licensed or certified. The employees work under his permit. They can’t even speak english! I had my home remodeled and needed new flooring. I looked online and found this business and thought I would give them a try since they have pretty good reviews. It was just overall horrible experience from not being able to communicate with the workers who couldn’t understand or speak english. Then the way to the secretary or receptionist kept apologizing without resolve, all the way up to the owner of the business. He was very rude and disrespectful, and I will never do business or referred anyone to this establishment. Before it was all said and done the owner finally decided on offering 40% off for the garbage flooring that I had to end up paying someone else to pull the flooring up and have it redone by a new company .

This business has been very professional and has shown experience in their work. They have been patient while there has been delays with delivery of material from other companies.

Tried speaking to Matt about a potential project. When asking about an estimate he snapped started yelling and said I’m not doing this and just hung up the phone! If you don’t want to do business why are you in business? Or is it because I’m a woman speaking with you? How rude and unprofessional! If you don’t want to be dealing with people then find another job and spare us your poor manners.

Had a great experience with Stonecrafters! From picking out the stone all the way to installation, it was smooth and professional. There was even a little piece that we forgot and they immediately were able to get it cut and installed in a few days at no cost. Will use again and definitely recommend them!
