Without a doubt one of the best vendor experiences I've ever had. Working with Dennis and his team was smooth and he added his seasoned experience to every part of this project to help us get exactly what we wanted. Since we needed to coordinate the installation of the countertops in concert with the cabinets and the other trades, we gave him a tight window of dates we had to get the project done by in order to succeed. Dennis communicated reached back out every time I texted him with a question, came out to do measurements and templates as soon as the cabinets went in, and helped us make key decisions to stick to our dates. Communication is INCREDIBLY important for us, and no one has done a better job. On top of it all, he delivered faster than I could have hoped for and the installation was smooth and painless. They finished the install just a few hours ago and it's beautiful and perfect (pictures included, just ignore the unfinished parts of the kitchen). Thank you again to you and your whole team for an awesome job.

Absolutely amazing. Dennis has a wonderful thing going here with Stone World. Dennis arrived to write up a template same day I called. He had the stone shipped to his fabrication facility from Mystic (the supplier we selected). The stone was cut and ready to go in less than a week of the template. The old marble was out, new was in within two hours. They removed the ugly old marble backsplash, which had to weigh roughly 250lbs, with ease. Just an absolutely wonderful company. StoneWorld is a very professional company! They suggested I look at 3-4 other granite stores to find a cheaper similar slab. They showed up on time and communicated well. They came early the very next day to shave one location where I thought when my kids opening cabinets quickly the granite would hit. They cleaned up their work and were very respectful. I am very happy and would highly recommend this company.

Just a quick update/review, I had Dennis from StoneWorld update my kitchen with new cabinets and countertops in April 2023. In October I noticed that five of the cabinet doors were cracked and peeling. I immediately texted Dennis and he did not respond. Called him the next day and he hung up on me and subsequently never returned any of my calls or texts. So buyer beware. He was great at first, but once he gets his money, he's gone.

Had counter tops installed by this wonderful company. If I could, I would give them 10 starts. They were fast, professional, did an amazing job. Cleaned after themselves. Priced very fair. After being so in love with my counter tops, I asked the owner to create some unique shelvings for my business. And that was the best decision I made. Everything came out just perfect!! Highly recommend Denis and his company. Couldn’t be more happier with everything he has done!! Don’t look anywhere else. Call these people!

For smaller projects they have a great selection of remnants. They had a beautiful piece for our laundry room. They were fast, skilled, a pleasure to work with and reasonably priced. Oleg was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the installers were great too! We could not be happier!!

Deciding on a kitchen re-model can be a challenge but if you go to the proper professionals, it can be an extremely rewarding experience. We added cabinets to our kitchen from Lowe's but when it came to our countertops, we just couldn't find what we wanted. We had a very short timeframe to get things done so we were beginning to panic when I went to Angie's List, and chose a highly rated review. After dealing with Dennis at Stone World, I know why they are highly regarded. I can't say enough good things about the help they provided and guided us in choosing a countertop. They were right on time with their installation date and the job is absolutely perfect. We are extremely pleased.

BEST company ever. Just used Stone World for the second time (remodeling yet again - this time a fireplace surround, last time a complete kitchen makeover) and cannot be happier. Dennis and his crew are right up front (and very competitive) with their pricing, the installers very professional,, courteous and neat in their work area in my home, and completely cleaned up before they left. Stone World has tons of countertop options at a variety of price points and Dennis stands behind the quality based on his knowledge of the industry. Dennis is a wonderful guy to work with! From the first point of contact, he sent me a text message with a lot of information as to where to go to choose my countertops. Upon choosing the countertops that I was interested in, he immediately shot me back a text message with a quote. We arranged for him to come out and measure the cabinets and we hired him on the spot. Less than one week later, the countertops were installed and we are very happy with them! His staff that installed the countertops, were very pleasant, friendly, courteous and they wore masks the whole time. They also went an extra mile and moved our garbage can over to the neighbors so that the garbage could be picked up, since they blocked the driveway. That right there, if that's not five star service, I don't know what it is! We will be using him again for a couple of our bathrooms and I will be referring him to all of my friends and family looking for a fabricator. I did a lot of research and his communication and the way that he does business, was my top choice. Try him out! You will not regret it!

If you need granite, go see Dennis at Stone World. He didn't have the piece of granite we wanted at his shop, so he sent us to a couple large granite suppliers. We picked out the granite, they delivered it to his shop 2 days later and his cutters were working on it that week. In just over a week, we selected the granite, Dennis measured, his guys cut and polished and installed it perfectly. We had him do our guest bathroom two years ago and were so impressed that we went back to him again. Stone World is THE BEST! Dennis is a pro and a perfectionist, so you are guaranteed to get outstanding work.

I HIGHLY recommend Dennis at Stone World! We just gutted our entire home. Finding counter tops can be frustrating and kind of a mystery--slab stores won't give you pricing, then you don't know how much fabrication will be on top of that. But Dennis solved all our problems with his honesty and up-front pricing. He tells you precisely how many slabs you need, where you can save money, what material he suggests and what his prices actually are. And all the slab stores around love working with him--which says it all.

The best service around for granite. Dennis is fast, immaculate and the price is great! I called to get measurements and he was there the following day. I had my granite installed 2 days later. Beautiful job. Just completed another project and Dennis never ceases to amaze me with his craftsmanship. He and Oleg put an island in for me with quartz, so large that I needed 2 slabs. We could neither see nor feel the seam! Excellent work Stone World! I will never use another company for granite or quartz.

Am disappointed with the lack of after care service. Have tried to contact a few times by email and phone but not received any response. Had kitchen counter installed which was mostly great, except for some issues we noticed afterwards. Measurements weren't completely accurate, making us have to pay our contractor to fix the mistake. Some corners and cutouts of our counter are not perfectly smooth and ridges can be seen. One edge of our island is slightly rounded, not perfectly straight. The general 'finish' in some areas wasn't the exceptional quality I thought I would get (visible seams and poor caulking). Dennis has not responded to any of these issues, has ignored me completely. Shims have even been left under the counter inside cabinets which I don't know what to do with - I don't think shims are supposed to be just sticking out inside cabinets after countertop is installed. Cut out for my pop up outlet was also cut in the wrong place, so I had to buy a new outlet that would work. When they came they seemed to be in quite a big rush, I didn't feel like I was getting quality work or finish at all. Didn't notice the mistakes until after but didn't think getting hold of Dennis and him sorting the issues out would be a problem. About 4 months later and no response from him. I even gifted him some alcohol before they left as it had seemed like they had done a good efficient job! But it seems that this company are not really interested in aftercare or sorting out their errors. After paying so much money for Quartz you expect nothing less than a great finish and great quality of work. I didn't get this and have been ignored since.

The most unprofessional company. Do not use. This company missed their at home appointment with me. 45 mins after the end of the appointment time I texted saying how disappointed I was they failed to show or let me know they wouldn't make it. An hour or so after that text message I get a call from someone at this business, I told them they were unprofessional and the man started getting up set with me for their failure. I told them I'm not doing business with them. Now they are sending me threatening text messages and threatening to come to my house. I have contacted the local police department. BE AWARE - if this is how they act when they loose business think of how terrible a job they will do inside your home. DO NOT CALL! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. You will not be safe, they are dangerous!
