Just got our counters for our new build. Everyone was so lovely to work with from the ladies in the front to the guys who came out to measure and install. We are so thankful we went with a local business that has been around for a long time. They helped us fix some issues we had with our cabinets as well and the counters are beautiful!

Worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. The owner came out to take measurements for our outdoor kitchen and took them incorrectly. When the stone was delivered the sink hole was completely off. We called them several times to have them come fix the problem and never did. I had to call them several times just to get back the sink they took from us. Met with the owner who said he would be out in a week to fix and install the counter top never heard a peep again from them. Now were stuck with an expensive piece of uninstalled stone that was cut wrong by him. Save yourself the hassle and find another company.

Pat in the front office was very helpful and a joy to work with. The owner Rick personally came out to give us the estimate and also made the templates for our kitchen. The stone cutters did a fantastic job highlighting the best features of our granite and the installers also did a great job. They were polite, efficient and respectful of our home. My kitchen looks beautiful. Thanks RIK!

After a little unprofessional behavior from the lady in the office, Rick called me to apologize. The counters are stunning, I will definitely return for my other bath and laundry room needs in the future. By the way the install guys were awesome.

I am so thrilled with RIK Enterprises! They did a beautiful job on my new quartz's counter tops.The guys were friendly and so polite. They made sure I was happy and answered any questions I had. I called 3 other places for quotes and I was shocked what they wanted me to pay! RIK Enterprises had the best prices and were here within a couple of weeks! They didn't try and sell me something I didn't want or play any games with me. This company is friendly and so wonderful to work with. I will be calling them to do both my bathrooms soon! I wouldn't trust anyone else!

This is the second time that we have used RIK for home remodeling, the first time being over 10 years ago, and once again...we were NOT disappointed. Not only did our granite arrive EARLY, it was installed so professionally, and the price was affordable. The quality of the granite and the knowledge of the owner and staff is amazing.
