Just got our counters for our new build. Everyone was so lovely to work with from the ladies in the front to the guys who came out to measure and install. We are so thankful we went with a local business that has been around for a long time. They helped us fix some issues we had with our cabinets as well and the counters are beautiful!

Worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. The owner came out to take measurements for our outdoor kitchen and took them incorrectly. When the stone was delivered the sink hole was completely off. We called them several times to have them come fix the problem and never did. I had to call them several times just to get back the sink they took from us. Met with the owner who said he would be out in a week to fix and install the counter top never heard a peep again from them. Now were stuck with an expensive piece of uninstalled stone that was cut wrong by him. Save yourself the hassle and find another company.

Pat in the front office was very helpful and a joy to work with. The owner Rick personally came out to give us the estimate and also made the templates for our kitchen. The stone cutters did a fantastic job highlighting the best features of our granite and the installers also did a great job. They were polite, efficient and respectful of our home. My kitchen looks beautiful. Thanks RIK!

After a little unprofessional behavior from the lady in the office, Rick called me to apologize. The counters are stunning, I will definitely return for my other bath and laundry room needs in the future. By the way the install guys were awesome.

I am so thrilled with RIK Enterprises! They did a beautiful job on my new quartz's counter tops.The guys were friendly and so polite. They made sure I was happy and answered any questions I had. I called 3 other places for quotes and I was shocked what they wanted me to pay! RIK Enterprises had the best prices and were here within a couple of weeks! They didn't try and sell me something I didn't want or play any games with me. This company is friendly and so wonderful to work with. I will be calling them to do both my bathrooms soon! I wouldn't trust anyone else!

This is the second time that we have used RIK for home remodeling, the first time being over 10 years ago, and once again...we were NOT disappointed. Not only did our granite arrive EARLY, it was installed so professionally, and the price was affordable. The quality of the granite and the knowledge of the owner and staff is amazing. If you're remodeling your kitchen or bathroom, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any countertop needs.

We purchased our Fantasy Brown outdoor counter top at Stone N Counters. Their service and installation was beyond outstanding. We have a long countertop (and backsplash). As a result, we needed a seam. The seam matches the veins perfectly. The installation was simply flawless. Great work!

We just had our kitchen remodeled ... and had a FANTASTIC experience. Had to wait for cabinets to come in (about 6 weeks) but from start to finish on installation - 3 weeks! No kidding! The installers were artists ... working hard to make everything perfect. We wanted to do the backsplash ourselves (to put our thumbprint on the project) and that is not finished yet so it will be missing in the pictures below ... but look at the huge peninsula shot! One seam at the sink makes that quartz look like a million bucks! I highly recommend Stone N Counters on Pine Island in Cape Coral!

If you need new countertops RIK Enterprises is the company for you. They installed new quartz tops in my kitchen . I had the old two tiered countertop(Bar height one side). Wanted the newer looking all one height which made the kitchen appear more modern and open .Not only did they replace the top but they also cut down the wall , unhooked the plumbing , moved the electrical outlets , patched the drywall matching the knock down finish!, and cleaned and hauled all the demo mess with them. The employees were punctual, professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Attention to detail was exceptional .They were always checking with me on different items like exact location to drill the faucet hole, whether the color of the caulking was acceptable , etc... Just to point out there desire to please the customer, I had contracted Rik to use the old kitchen granite that they removed and fabricate a top for the laundry room. Well upon arrival for the installation in kitchen I was informed that Rik made the decision to make the laundry top out of the same quartz as the kitchen!! WOW . no charge...they just did it!! And the work was great , his crew was professional , neat and extremely clean . Total respect for me and my house. Great job and I highly recommend this company .. A real surprise for Florida .
