Excellent quality and extremely professional from the moment I walked in the storeroom. Responsive to questions and changes during construction, attention to details, and a competent team of managers, electricians, plumbers and installers. Jose was always available on the phone and stopped by site throughout the process. Thank you Stan (the master builder), Tim and Jason (the cabinet installers and finish work) and of course Jose for making sure the whole process was pain-free.

Working with Stone International was an amazing experience for my kitchen and bathroom remodel. If you are looking for a company that has exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and stands by their work I can’t recommend this company enough. Working with Bradley was fantastic as he ensured all changes made throughout the project were captured and delivered in a timely manner and would even make some suggestions on how things could look better in the design. Great work by Stone International. José was really helpful, explained everything, and showed us our options to do a waterfall island. Being a DIYer myself, we bought our cabinets, and they were more than happy to help me get the countertop. Love that they help people to convert their visions into a reality. My wife and I have had two projects completed by Stone international, Colorado Springs. The first one was about 4-5 years ago which I failed to write a review about (solely due to my lack of follow through). We just now completed our second project. Right off the bat I'd like to recognize probably the best front desk person alive - Brittany!! She has the most incredible personality. I would purposely call the main store number instead of our coordinators number just so I could talk with her! She is a 20 on a scale of 1-10. We were so pleased with our first kitchen remodel project that 4 years later for a new home build, we went back to Jose, even though we had moved 80 miles away. We were so glad we were still within geographical limits to have our work done by them. I don't know where to begin. Our first kitchen remodel project was in our "till we die" home. Jose was so extremely helpful in directing us through the process. We received so many compliments from anyone that saw our kitchen. Besides family and friends, we even invited in the mailman, delivery person, and door to door salespeople to see our beautiful kitchen! Well, when we ventured into a new house build, there was no other option than to go with Jose at Stone international again. Our choice was to go again with the exact same cabinetry in our new house as in the old. We opted to go with different counter tops. Upon having trouble acquiring what counter tops we wanted through usual sources, Kevin at Stone international in Denver located our exact materials at another vendor unknown to us at a cheaper price and a much larger lot. Jose was incredible in helping us tweak the design of our previous kitchen to work in our new home. Because it was a new build, Jose was so patient in waiting on our continual construction schedule delays. He was always available for discussion and input. On both of our projects, Tim was the cabinet installer. Tim was so personable, professional, knowledgeable, efficient,etc.etc.etc. I've stated the professionalism of everyone involved, but greater yet was the personal, patient friendly attitudes of everyone. Never once did we feel ignored or pressured. I can't say enough about this business from top to bottom! I know i said our first project was in our "till we die" home. I hope we are now in our "till we die" home. But, if circumstances warrant our leaving this home (while still alive!), we will not hesitate going back to Stone international. This was my second time working with Stone International. This experience was just as good as the first one. They did my kitchen a few years back. This time I needed a countertop for a custom bathroom vanity and shower. They were quick to measure and quick to install. Everything fit perfectly with very tight tolerances. They're great and I would recommend them highly.

It's not only the large projects that they excel at !!! I bought a new drop in stove and needed an inch and a half removed and polished on the back side of it. VERY reasonable price, well below others I had called. They got me scheduled, showed up, did exactly what I needed and were in and out in no time. HIGHLY recommend !!!!! And you would never know they worked in my kitchen. Outstanding service !!

From the moment we walked in the company we were met by Chris who was very helpful and friendly. We ordered granite for our bar area. The three installers were very cautious bringing the slab in and also protecting our carpet and walls. The installers were very hard workers and friendly. It was installed in one day! The next day the plumber installed our new faucets to the bar sink. Marcos informed my husband how he intended to install the plumbing and asked if he had any concerns. Stone International-Came out TWICE with crooked holes cut for oval sinks and after us not accepting the inferior work, they want to bill us TWICE the original estimate for what they did do in a smaller bathroom-WARNING-Be careful-I would advise going elsewhere and not deal with this company!!!

We are new to Colorado Springs and bought a home that was in need of many updates which included new countertops and a sink in our kitchen, and cabinets, countertops and sinks in three bathrooms. Chris and his team provided WONDERFUL counsel in design, QUALITY products, EXCELLENCE in installation and GREAT Customer Service. The finished products are BEAUTIFUL, and the installation was PERFECT. Chris is a pleasure and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done exactly right to our satisfaction.We have more renovations to do and we will not go anywhere else for countertops and cabinets. Stone International beat all the other estimates by thousands of dollars. They were timely with the estimate and kept the installation date! The turn time was two weeks. The end result is beautiful! The cutout for the sink is perfect. The back splashes are gorgeous! After dealing with many vendors to finish my house, Stone International gave exemplary service coupled with the best price! Stone International is a very professional and great company to buy your countertops - I bought a kitchen and bathroom countertop and they are fantastic !! Shea was my rep and he was so helpful with every step !! Other people were always helpful and professional as well. I checked all the locations in town and Stone Int. was the best price and sometimes less than 1/2 the price as others. No joke !! In addition the owner gave me a price break on the bathroom border pieces just because I was on a tight budget. The 3 installation guys were awesome as well and advised me on some placement decisions are were great !!! The quartz horizon stone was so beautiful and very pleased. Couldn't say enough about how great an experience it was with Stone Int. and with Shea.

Stone Intl has been great so far. Chris has been in constant communication, and he has been a real pleasure to work with. Their pricing was thousands less than the competition, and I didn't feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me with a bunch of "recommended add ons" like the others. The new granite counters go in today, so let's see how the final result is, but so far we couldn't be happier.

Our experience with Stone International was excellent. Their granite countertop quote was better than the other two quotes we received and included more - such as free removal/disposal of old laminate countertops. The entire process was smooth and we are quite satisfied with our new granite countertops. I believe that Onna, Kevin and the installation team are all very experienced and proficient. Can't say enough about the great service given by Onna & Kevin. We wanted new counter tops but had no previous information about the differences in stone. Stopped in one day as we were comparing prices. Even though they were busy Onna informed us about types of granite, prices and pros and cons vs other stone products. Suggested a number of places in town and Denver to see a hugh selection. Once we figured out what stone the installation started with Kevin coming out to do a detailed template. I was so impressed with the two installers. When they left our counter was perfect. Regardless what stone you buy counters are always expensive and we really got our money's worth from Stone International.

Happy until my sink was cut 1/4 inch off. Visually not pleasing. Offer was to cut the side/backsplash in half to make it look like there was more room. No other solutions or compensations were offered. So...what do u do with thousand dollar problems...u suck it up. Also installers left a rusty razor blade on the kitchen floor by the dishwasher-which I approached barefooted several times before I actually saw it. We also have a dog who could have swallowed it. Additionally the installers left dust and chips of granite in the driveway which we had to clean up. The owner said he told his workers about it.
