Stone Ideas is a great company to work with. I remodeled to Quartz in my kitchen and bath -- it turned out perfect. Stone Ideas had several resources to choose Quartz from and view full slabs during the design process. Mariana was very detailed to work with on getting the best material. Then the install team followed it up with great service, hard work and adding the extra details to ensure it was installed professionally. Work with this company!

Spectacular work from this company! Our granite countertops are finished flawlessly. They have competitive pricing and the job was completed quickly as promised. I highly recommend this company. We chose Super Exotic granite slabs with multiple grain colorations. The one cut they needed to do matches beautifully.

They have a lot of remnants to choose from, and have a great selection of colors. We are working on finishing things up but they have been very good to this point.

I will give the countertop template person a 5+ star, he was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. However, I'll give the rest of my experience a 1 star: The install was scheduled and the installers showed up over an hour early. Our flooring was being completed when they arrived. I told them that they came very early, and was not expecting them. No one called to let me know they were on the way. They said they had to call their boss, then I see them packing up the truck and starting to drive away. I ran after them, and they stopped, rolled the windows down, and said they would be back later. I explained that the kitchen tile backsplash is scheduled for install on Monday, and I was assured they would be back. 4 hours later, no one returned and no one called. Apparently, they'll be back on Monday at 8:00 am, according to my General Contractor. My countertops are in the back of a truck being transported who knows where, and then I guess returned to their office to be stored over the weekend. I'm disappointed in the professionalism and lack of customer service. Very unprofessional. What manager would send their workers away when they arrive earlier than their scheduled time and not have them return to do the job? Being early is great, but how do you know that your customer is really at home? How can you make assumptions and not call first?

Great company with a great owner. Him and his staff have continued to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. A lot of people do not know how to deal with small business owners in this profession and get the wrong impression. As a small business owner myself, I can attest that Stone Ideas went above and beyond to ensure our partnership was a win win. I've worked with Stone ideas on a large scale for 2 months now and consider them my go to stone provider based on the excellent customer service i have received. The owner is passionate and it shows in his workmanship. Keep it up Stone ideas!

These guys were great - all around. Great professionalism up front, wonderful selections and efficient installation. Using them for any and every countertop upgrade in the future.

We used this company for kitchen counter tops. The workmanship was good, but the communication, professionalism, and organization as we went through the process was unacceptable. I would never recommend them, nor would I use them again. To top it off, they failed to deliver our entire slab at the time of instalation, yet they will not buy leftover pieces. It took awhile to find someone capable of picking up and moving the remaining piece, as it was large and extremely heavy. Once we did find someone, Stone Ideas had 'misplaced' it. Apparently it was found, but noone ever called to inform us, we had to call them to check several weeks later. Once they confirmed the piece was found, we were threatened storage charges. The piece would have been picked up weeks before if it had not been lost. They also warned us at that time that they would not be liable for damage to the piece. Who knows the shape it will be in! So disappointed and disgusted!!
