I absolutely love my beautiful new Kitchen quartzite Peninsula, waterfall, Counter top, and Backsplash!!! I can not say enough good things about my experience with Stone Empire. Iris, Senior Account Manager, was wonderful. She showed me a great array of gorgeous, unique slabs to choose from. Measuring for template and actual installation of the stone I chose was flawless. I highly recommend Stone Empire, hence my five stars!!!

Three things I felt made a significant impact in my decision to write this review: price, product, and customer service. After many months searching for a stone for my renovated bathroom, I found Stone Empire to provide an unmatched price for the quality of stone that I acquired. Their selection of stones is second to none. And their customer service is fantastic. When they first placed the stone I noticed there was something different in the color scheme of the stones that I had originally selected. I did a complete bathroom renovation with Stone Empire and all I can say is they are the absolute best. I am a perfectionist, every line, tile, level has to be perfect and with this crew, I didn’t have to micro manage. From getting my estimate from GUI who is great to deal with to speaking with Tomas every day… it was a wonderful experience. Tomas is smart and knows his craft! No ask was too big and above all, he was always kind and professional. He’s awesome. Danilo is the masterful, tile guy. He did such an amazing job, because he too, is a perfectionist. My bathroom tile is level and the seamless transitions are that of an artist. I know this is a long review, but I’ve spent the last 6 years renovating my house and this was by far… the best experience. Thank you Stone Empire.

I chose stone empire to fabricate my counter tops in my home and couldn’t be happier , . Giu was very involved with the whole process as I wanted to make sure he chose the part of the slab that was the most vibrant. I had Stone Empire fabricate the countertops in my kitchen, office and the laundry room ,The men who came to install were very professional & detail orientated. .Giu has a huge selection of slabs to choose from as well . MY EXPERIENCE WITH SANTOS STONE DESIGN WAS TERRIBLE!! To start, I understood that it takes time to cut the stone but when I asked why the long wait, I was told that they have 4 other big jobs and can't get to mine right away. Why wasn't this told to me before I paid my deposit? However, I really liked the stone so I waited. When the install date finally came the guys were halfway through finishing when THE STONE BROKE! This is after its already been glued in place. What if this happened after they had left? (If I could post pictures I would). This was unacceptable. So I called the owner to see how he would rectify the situation. His responce was "we'll have another piece cut for you in a week". That's it? I refuse to wait a other week. He replied with.. "I'm not going to discount you anything". I mentioned to him that I took off from work and will have to do the same again. He could careless. So with that being said. I had my money refunded and him take his stone back. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

I want to thank you for helping to make our new kitchen such an amazing space. We love it so much. I have to admit, I have been in the tile, stone and counter top business in New York for 37 years. That being said, I am one of those persnickety customers. Stone Empire did not disappoint in the product, professionalism and concern shown by all staff in every department even though I took up a lot of their time. Honestly, we did have one issue with the sink cut out being too small. All involved at Stone Empire had only one thing to say, " we'll make it right". And they did. It was cut back again and polished on the jobsite which is no easy task. Impressive. There are issues with so many businesses . I know stuff just happens. How you deal with it to make it right is what sets you apart. That was top notch! Stone Empire is who I will refer to my clients, family and friends. Thank you all for a beautiful outcome. Stone Empire was used by our contractor and we were very excited, however a corner piece or our quartzite had to be cut at an angle to fit against the refrigerator. It was well noted by the person who measured. It had to be recut. When they returned, it was in two pieces not one. I was told it had to be that way as there was not enough of the slab left to make in one piece. Gui said that he thought someone had told us they said they would have to buy another slab if we didn't like that (of course they hadn't). I told Gui that we wanted it in one piece. He told us it would be weeks before it could be done, but if we would accept it, he would compensate us. As we couldn't wait we agreed. Of course he never did. they also made a mistake at my neighbors. I would certainly recommend someone else.

What a joke. Went to Stone Empire for a quote on a small kitchen granite countertop. Francesco, the sales person, gave us a verbal quote while we were there of around $1400. Of course, once home and a written quote arrived, it suddenly was over $2800. This included $450 to remove a 21" x 90" piece of butcher block. And $500 plumbing charge...we have no dishwasher or disposal to disconnect/reconnect, just a simple hookup to a faucet. Needless to say, we will try elsewhere.

FORCED TO CHOOSE A STAR RATING, OTHEWISE THERE WOULD BE NONE! THIS IS FAR TOO EXPENSIVE A PROJECT TO RISK USING AN UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING, SCHEMING COMPANY, WHO WOEFULLY LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AND ACCOUNTABILITY. We met with Guy of Stone Empire Granite to discuss replacing a top mount cast iron sink with an undermount stainless steel sink, which may have required replacing all the granite on our kitchen island because the original cut in the granite was not for undermount sinks. Guy said we should order a dual mount sink and we would not have to replace all the granite on the island just to install the undermount sink. We signed up and gave a 50% deposit, and the installers came to take the granite countertop to fit the new dual mount sink we purchased. In doing so, THEY BROKE THE GRANITE IN TWO PLACES, IMMEDIATELY AFTER HAVING ME SIGN A DISCLAIMER THAT THEY ARE NOT LIABLE IF THE GRANITE BREAKS DURING REMOVAL. So we had to replace all the granite on the BI-LEVEL island countertop, after going twice to their offices to choose another stone. The stone we chose was marble, which Guy recommended as good for kitchen counter, and THE COST WAS $1,200 MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. On December 19th the new marble was installed and other than the gray silicone seal in a beige stone, we were pleased. Two days later we noticed that there were also watermarks on the marble, which was quite unexpected. They could not be removed. We asked that the gray waterproof silicone seal be replaced with a matching silicone seal or clear seal and that they buff out the water marks from the marble and have it adequately waterproof sealed. During the first week of January, the installer returned with clear seal that was not enough to complete protecting the crevices, to replace the gray silicone seal, which he had to scrape and dig out of the crevices, and he buffed out the water marks in the marble, leaving splash white marks all over the kitchen cabinets. He told us to purchase more clear silicone to complete the process ourselves and he also told us to purchase a Dry Treat dense stone sealer for the marble stone, which should have been applied by Stone Empire before the installation. WELL AFTER THE INSTALLER LEFT, WE FOUND 2 CRACKS IN THE MARBLE, EACH STARTING FROM THE CREVICE OVER THE SINK WHERE THE SILICONE SEAL HAD JUST BEEN DUG OUT AND REMOVED TO BE REPLACED. BOTH CRACKS RAN DOWN INTO THE SINK, ABOUT A FOOT TO THE LEFT OF THE FAUCET. We immediately contacted Guy, who has been MIA since hearing of the 2 cracks and had his rep inform us he was out of town while we were looking at him entering the building from the parking lot. I reported to Better Business Bureau when weeks went by and all I kept hearing from his rep was that the work schedule would be checked to see when someone would come and look at the 2 cracks in marble that cost $2,200 to install less than one month prior. I also complained to the FL Consumer Affairs Dept. Guy has not responded to either entity in over one month since he was contacted. ONCE YOU PAY THESE HEATHENS, THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN CORRECTING ERRORS, OR EVEN RESPONDING TO THEIR CLIENTS. A $2,200, ONE MONTH OLD MARBLE INSTALLATION IS NOW CRACKED IN TWO PLACES IN THE AREA UNDER AND ONE FOOT LEFT OF THE FAUCET AND STONE EMPIRE IS INCOMMUNICADO. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM Stone Empire and Granite.
