DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY......SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THEM.....genuinely the most frustrating experience of my life. Bought our slab on July 22nd from TEZ MARBLE they dont really let you know that the fabricators are stone empire until after the purchase. Who let me tell you are the absolute worse at communication and time management First red flag- scheduled templating date came and went no one showed. (This will be a reoccuring theme) Second red flag- they would only schedule over the phone everytime they would say they were going to email me my scheduled date they never did. Third red flag- the date they give just changes whenever they want! And best part they never call and ask if the changed date is good for you or even call to let you know it's changed!!! So if your an average person. Who works you take time off to be there for the installation you will be wasting your time off. Was told in July it was it would be a few weeks to get them installed due to templating and fab.. okay cool so then probably by end of August....here we are in October and guess what still no countertops.. my install dates went from beginning of September to 9/15 then to 9/22 then to 10/1.....today as of 10/1 guess what no call no show!!! so I call and guess what they say 10/15 why would I believe that after all the other failed dates??? NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I have been extremely frustrated with my experience that started with Tez Marble & now using Stone Empire as the fabricator / installer for our countertops. After purchasing the slab we have been waiting for almost 2 months, been stood up without communication 5 TIMES by Stone Empire on dates for fabrication and install; and still no installation. Been told they will show up only to have no one be there and no one tell me they won't show up. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. This is not a way to do business, and I caution all before proceeding with them for your project.

I regret choosing this company for my fabrication and installation. My experience has been frustrating from start to finish, with delays, poor communication, and careless workmanship. The original slab was either lost or resold (it’s still unclear whether this was the fault of the seller or the fabricator). What was initially quoted as a 2-week fabrication and installation timeline has now stretched beyond 7 weeks, with the job still incomplete. The originally scheduled installation date came and went with no call or notice. When I followed up, I was told I had never been scheduled. Installers then showed up the next day without confirming availability or ensuring I would be on site. During installation, the team removed an upper cabinet to make placement easier. This step was unnecessary and, worse, they made no attempt to reinstall it before leaving. This has created additional time and cost for me and my contractor. There were also clear measurement errors. The electrical outlet cutouts do not align, despite the outlets being standard and already in place during templating. I was told the issue could not be corrected immediately due to the adhesive curing process, meaning I now need to take additional time for a return visit and further disruption. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor. Calls go unanswered, promised callbacks never happen, and there have been no proactive updates about delays or issues. It feels like the front office, fabrication team, and installation crew are completely disconnected, with no accountability or coordination. Overall, this has been an exhausting and costly experience. I cannot recommend this company based on the lack of professionalism, organization, and quality control.

I could not be happier with my experience with this team. Not only did they accommodate some speed bumps from the very start, they quickly got me from slab to counters and continued to accommodate issues that weren’t their fault. They were super polite, they included me in all decisions and explained everything to keep me in the loop. I would absolutely use them again. The installers went above and beyond, I am so grateful.

Amazing customer service, professionalism and quality. We recently used Stone Empire for the measurement, fabrication and installation of our kitchen countertops - this included a large island (single slab of engineered quartz) along with a few long countertop runs that included both inside and outside corners. Taha and his team provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process. Measurement was scheduled and completed quickly (by Antonio - great guy!) and we then had the option to visit the warehouse to decide how the slabs of quart would best matched against the layout to minimize joins and confirm cutouts, edges etc. Within a few weeks of measurement, the countertops had been cut and installation and fabrication was scheduled and completed. This was a smooth process and the end result looks great. We would 100% use Stone Empire again in the future and highly recommend them.

Hadjer Benjillali provides over-the-top customer service from beginning to end. She drove a few hours to come see the project and discuss with my contractor, went over dimensions and design at least six times to ensure we got it right, and when she had any doubts she always sent me a message instead of making assumptions. Then, when the kitchen shipment arrived, she went through each box and confirmed it was right, found a scratch on one, and had the manufacturer redo the piece. You can't go wrong with Hadjer.

We got recommended to Stone Empire from our contractor and I purchased Calacatta Black Gold slab from their San Leandro showroom. We used the slab for the Kitchen Countertop. The showroom was unique, the salespeople are helpful. Sam helped me thoroughly from finding the right slab to installing in our kitchen. I found exactly what I wanted for a good price.

If you're looking to get ripped off and have your project delayed for months these are the guys for you! After the 1st canceled templating appointment I understood things happen. But then they no showed the next one - I called and complained they said someone was out sick and there was some scheduling confusion and needed another week. The 3rd try the guy showed up 6 hours late. At this point we are mad but need them to finish so we can finally have a kitchen. At our installation date we call and find out they haven't even started fabrication and need another month. At this point I read the contract and realize they charge a "storage fee" of $300 a week after a certain point and realize this is a scam. I fire them and have a new fabricator pick up my stone only to find it's cracked. Not only that but they called and said they swapped the stone because the other one is "cracked" no idea if that was my original stone or not but at this point my new fabricator was able to cut around and salvage it. Cesar the manager was awful to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and look somewhere else

5 stars for some of the most beautiful countertops I've ever seen, especially in porcelain. Unique, reasonable, and salesperson was very helpful. 1 star for fabrication and installation. They are severely understaffed. Took multiple calls just to set up measurements, and even more to set up installation, and they needed separate days for counters and backsplash. Could not commit to a date and delayed the project by at least a month. Was very frustrating for my main contractor, who also had to do stuff for them, at a moments notice, that he had never had to do for any other fabricator/installer. Bottom line--but your stone there and hire a separate fabricator to cut and install.

I needed a custom piece of stone to match a vanity for a shower project ASAP (bad planning on my part) so the tile guy could start. Taha at Stone Empire Fabrication was able to get me the pieces I needed with a perfect match out of their stock in under 24hrs. I came in at 3PM after trying a couple other shops and being turned away and I picked up the pieces the following afternoon! The pieces were true to the dimensions, polished appropriately, the payment was super easy online, pick up was easy, and the pieces were small enough they just gave me the material and only charged for labor. This place is great! They saved my bacon.

Service, selection and fabrication were amazing. Taha was our main lead and he worked with us the entire way to make sure we were satisfied. We needed some particular cuts. They leathered the exposed cut edges to match the top . Precise work...turned out great. Their facility is unmatched. We have several units to remodel and look forward to working with Stone Empire again.

Worked with Stone Empire (Taha and Team) to measure, fabricate and install quartzite counter tops with backsplashes and marble waterfall island. This team was great to work with -answered our many questions and were patient with us throughout the process. We know they were challenged a bit with walls that may not have been completely straight and we are happy with the outcome however there were somethings we think could have been done better. For example where two backsplashes meet in the corner we wish the gap was smaller. They placed seams in correct places which we appreciated. Our materials were very expensive and we were notified that the marble for the island did not come out right after they input the measurements into the computer . This was due to the fact that our marble had one side that was not straight. They were not happy with the result so they got a new piece of the same marble to make it right. Now that is truly service. Our island was custom and design was difficult but the end result is just stunning. We would absolutely recommend them again. We were referred to them from Tea Marble in Oakland.

Stone Empire did an amazing job at fabricating and installing my quartzite countertops, and even let us pick out which pieces of the slab went where in the kitchen. Overall 10/10. Taha was very professional, responsive on text and call and knowledgable, and the kitchen turned out amazing. It was clear that they had a lot of experience doing this. The installers VERY careful (my fear was that our cabinets get damaged but that did not happen at all). I'd highly recommend this company to anyone doing a kitchen countertop remodel.

We are so happy with the quality of the work Stone Empire provided for our quartzite kitchen counters and backsplash! Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful through every step of the process. We have a fairly large counter space and backsplash which Andrew was able to fit into two sabs when every other fabricator we went to insisted on buying tree slabs. The layout process was very fun and Alvaro made sure to showcase the best parts of the stone. Measuring, fabrication, and installation were all quality, timely, and professional.
