I could not be happier with my experience with this team. Not only did they accommodate some speed bumps from the very start, they quickly got me from slab to counters and continued to accommodate issues that weren’t their fault. They were super polite, they included me in all decisions and explained everything to keep me in the loop. I would absolutely use them again. The installers went above and beyond, I am so grateful.

Hadjer Benjillali provides over-the-top customer service from beginning to end. She drove a few hours to come see the project and discuss with my contractor, went over dimensions and design at least six times to ensure we got it right, and when she had any doubts she always sent me a message instead of making assumptions. Then, when the kitchen shipment arrived, she went through each box and confirmed it was right, found a scratch on one, and had the manufacturer redo the piece. You can't go wrong with Hadjer.

We got recommended to Stone Empire from our contractor and I purchased Calacatta Black Gold slab from their San Leandro showroom. We used the slab for the Kitchen Countertop. The showroom was unique, the salespeople are helpful. Sam helped me thoroughly from finding the right slab to installing in our kitchen. I found exactly what I wanted for a good price.

Amazing customer service, professionalism and quality. We recently used Stone Empire for the measurement, fabrication and installation of our kitchen countertops - this included a large island (single slab of engineered quartz) along with a few long countertop runs that included both inside and outside corners. Taha and his team provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process. Measurement was scheduled and completed quickly (by Antonio - great guy!) and we then had the option to visit the warehouse to decide how the slabs of quart would best matched against the layout to minimize joins and confirm cutouts, edges etc. Within a few weeks of measurement, the countertops had been cut and installation and fabrication was scheduled and completed. This was a smooth process and the end result looks great. We would 100% use Stone Empire again in the future and highly recommend them.

I needed a custom piece of stone to match a vanity for a shower project ASAP (bad planning on my part) so the tile guy could start. Taha at Stone Empire Fabrication was able to get me the pieces I needed with a perfect match out of their stock in under 24hrs. I came in at 3PM after trying a couple other shops and being turned away and I picked up the pieces the following afternoon! The pieces were true to the dimensions, polished appropriately, the payment was super easy online, pick up was easy, and the pieces were small enough they just gave me the material and only charged for labor. This place is great! They saved my bacon.

Service, selection and fabrication were amazing. Taha was our main lead and he worked with us the entire way to make sure we were satisfied. We needed some particular cuts. They leathered the exposed cut edges to match the top . Precise work...turned out great. Their facility is unmatched. We have several units to remodel and look forward to working with Stone Empire again.

Worked with Stone Empire (Taha and Team) to measure, fabricate and install quartzite counter tops with backsplashes and marble waterfall island. This team was great to work with -answered our many questions and were patient with us throughout the process. We know they were challenged a bit with walls that may not have been completely straight and we are happy with the outcome however there were somethings we think could have been done better. For example where two backsplashes meet in the corner we wish the gap was smaller. They placed seams in correct places which we appreciated. Our materials were very expensive and we were notified that the marble for the island did not come out right after they input the measurements into the computer . This was due to the fact that our marble had one side that was not straight. They were not happy with the result so they got a new piece of the same marble to make it right. Now that is truly service. Our island was custom and design was difficult but the end result is just stunning. We would absolutely recommend them again. We were referred to them from Tea Marble in Oakland.

Stone Empire did an amazing job at fabricating and installing my quartzite countertops, and even let us pick out which pieces of the slab went where in the kitchen. Overall 10/10. Taha was very professional, responsive on text and call and knowledgable, and the kitchen turned out amazing. It was clear that they had a lot of experience doing this. The installers VERY careful (my fear was that our cabinets get damaged but that did not happen at all). I'd highly recommend this company to anyone doing a kitchen countertop remodel.

We are so happy with the quality of the work Stone Empire provided for our quartzite kitchen counters and backsplash! Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful through every step of the process. We have a fairly large counter space and backsplash which Andrew was able to fit into two sabs when every other fabricator we went to insisted on buying tree slabs. The layout process was very fun and Alvaro made sure to showcase the best parts of the stone. Measuring, fabrication, and installation were all quality, timely, and professional.

Stone Empire did the fabrication for my quartzite countertops and they turned out gorgeous. I love it more than I thought. The slab I picked out required seams and they cut them perfectly so the two pieces come together seamlessly. Also they found the best parts of the slab to make sure that they are showcased. The installers were also quick and clean. I highly recommend them for any of your fabrications.

We purchased kitchen cabinets from Stone Empire for our remodel. We went in having somewhat of an idea of the color scheme, but not much else. The designer, Sally, was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process from choosing colors, to measuring, ordering, and following up with minor finishing touches needed by our contractor. Sally provided various options, materials, and price ranges at each step and stayed in regular communication with us as we made decisions. We had tons of questions and requests, and Sally was so helpful and always very kind and accommodating. Once all was decided upon, she provided an outline/layout with measurements and images, and was very clear when it came to shipping time-frames and costs. We are so happy with the outcome and would highly recommend working with Sally!

Sam, our sales rep, was great from start to finish. He was patient in answering all of our questions and walked us through every step of the process. They have some of the best fabricators and installers. On install day, one of the countertop pieces that connected to the waterfall was cut a little too long. This was realized after the countertop has been glued on. They came back a week later, brought in their master fabricator, Armando, who re-cut it onsite perfectly so that the waterfall transition is seamless. Also, living on a hill in SF, there's unevenness to our walls which meant that the matching backsplash would have a visible gap on one the side of the wall. Jose, their installer did an amazing job filling in that gap using some of the leftover stone. Their templating and vein matching of the Calacatta Nuvo Ceasarstone was truly a work of art. --one would never guess that 3 slabs were used. The seams are almost invisible. We would've of course preferred fewer seams, but because of our tight stairway it was impossible. I love how they just made everything work. They're probably our best experience with our entire kitchen/living renovation project. We will go back to them in a heartbeat for any future stone projects--highly recommend!

From the first day we visited the showroom, Sam & Mary were very professional and super helpful in helping us navigate our natural stone buying. She was fast getting our quotes, scheduled our measure and install on our kitchen & bathroom countertop within days and called to confirm appointments! The installers were on time, professional and did a fantastic job! They wore masks the entire time. We've used two other granite companies and stone empire fabrication was by far the best!

I had a great experience with these folks. I was in the market for a stone fragment for a furniture piece. Sam helped me pick a great piece of marble and charged a very fair price. We had a small IKEA "island" that we were looking to dress up to fit in with the rest of our kitchen. It was hard to find a place that had scraps that fit our aesthetic, but Stone Empire did! The process was so quick and easy. Sam invited us to stop by that very day, gave us tons of scrap options to choose from, and worked with us to fit our budget. The piece is stunning (photo doesn't do it justice!) and vamped up our IKEA creation even more than we expected! He gave us great advice on how thick the piece should be, cut section, as well as the finish (matte!). Wonderful experience, thanks so much!

I walked into their showroom feeling a little defeated because I had already been turned away by a few stone and granite fabricators for the reason being the cut and finish I needed was to small. I was quickly greeted by Sam, who worked with me and helped me find the perfect slab of stone that fit my needs. After doing hours of research and getting bids from across the bay, I ended up picking Stone Empire to do the fabrication and installation of my quartzite kitchen counters. From start to end, the customer service I received was more then phenomenal. I was given an accurate timeline for my project's completion from day one which allowed me to accurately allocate schedules for other work to be done around the house. This was something not many other companies were willing to offer. When their template guy came to the job site to take measurements, he was very kind and explained every little detail and made sure that we had full customization of how we wanted our counters to look. He also did an excellent job explaining where we needed to have our contractor do additional work to make sure that the stone seats in perfectly. The day after the templates were taken, they invited me into their amazing showroom and warehouse to do an in-person template layout on my stone. They informed me that this process was very crucial as it would be the final design before the cutting of the stone. I could tell that they were very knowledgeable and helped me design the layout of my kitchen, adhering to both my desires and the constraints that they had with making sure everything fit into the stone. After the templating process, their office team did an amazing job keeping up with my project and making sure that our timelines matched for the installation. While other companies said that the process takes 2-3 weeks, Stone Empire was able to do it in a week and a half! While the installation did take the whole day, I was very happy with how detail oriented the team was and they made sure that everything was done perfectly before leaving. My overall experience with Stone Empire was amazing, I will surely be recommending them to my friends and family!

This company and staff are fabulous. Within a couple of days they had received our Granite from TEZ Marble in Oakland, came out and measured for the template, and they waited for our sink to arrive and cut the hole for the sink as soon as we delivered the sink to them.They brought it to our house the next day and installed the countertop. They knew we wanted the job done by Christmas and they continued to contact us to keep the job priority while they waited for our sink. It is a beautiful granite and they cut it in one solid piece to fit the corner sink. We couldn't be happier with the service and the employees that helped make this happen for our holiday season. Kudos to Serena who was so supportive of our mission and stayed with the project to the end.

We couldn't be happier making the decision for them to fabricate our island. We do remodeling for custom houses and new constructions. However, for this particular project, we were remodeling our own home. Naturally, we were a bit nervous choosing the fabricator for our island, wanting something that would be a show stopper. And after seeing the final result, we were extremely happy with our decision. The finished product looked very polished and neat. Many house guests commented on the eye-catching piece and marveled over the workmanship. Mermet, in particular, handled our business very well, professionally and swiftly. All staff members were very prompt and emphasized the importance of clear communication. Thus, it goes without saying that we were extremely satisfied with both the service and workmanship. We ordered bathroom cabinets from Samantha. We spoke with her in person 3 times to make sure she understood what speciations we needed for our cabinets. Ultimately when we received our cabinets they were not what we had asked for. Samatha had very limited knowledge of the product and unfortunately ordered the product with incorrect details. When we pointed out it was not what we wanted they said we could not get a refund on the fully paid cabinets and very rudely said they could not do help us. We will never recommend Stone Empire to anyone.
