Don’t waste your time here. Just drove 45 minutes to come here because we thought it had good reviews. We walked in and the guy at the front didn’t even look up or greet us, we had to ask where to go and he barely answered us. Then we walked past about 10 workers hanging out in the break room and walked in the back to take a look at their inventory. After walking around for about 15 minutes with absolutely no help, we decided we would go try our luck somewhere else. They obviously didn’t need or care to have any business today.

SCAMMERS! BE AWARE! They charge a different price to the contractors versus if you walk in. They charged almost triple price for the same materials and same quantity. When I called them out on it, they had nothing to say and kept on making excuses. They are FULL SCAMMERS. There are much better countertop and cabinet stores in the city of industry. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Quality is always garbage! Much better places elsewhere with better prices, service and quality!

This place is fantastic if you are looking for white quartz! They have an abundance of it! I walked in as a public person buying a slab of quartz with no contractor and they were able to sell it to me. I picked which one I wanted and they let me look through the stack of slabs to pick the one I wanted and loaded it into my trailer. Everyone was extremely nice and really helpful. I also got a square sink to go with my bathroom remodel. Will for sure be back with any more remodels!

I was referred to this location by my installer. They are a new business but are very friendly. Carlos was amazing to work with. I walked in a little before closing and he was willing to wait for my wife to show up to see the product. He walked us through the warehouse showing us all the quartz tops that he had that matched our liking. We ended getting our counters, sink and faucet there, prices were great and the service was top quality. Highly recommend.

I went to Home Depot to get a quote. They wanted $50 up front before a firm quote. I got upset and found this store on Yelp. Visited the warehouse and talked to B (that's what they called him), got a pretty good deal with better quality product. I'm elated. Thumbs up for this business.

Bee Hu is very forgetful and does not communicate well with his staff or contractors he hires. Installers don't speak enough English to understand. We met him at stone depot when looking for countertops. We spoke to him for 20 minutes about not wanting a seam in our counter. We would have needed to purchase a slab. He talked us into getting 2 prefab tops and said they we put the seam on the far side of the kitchen and would not be noticeable. They put the seam in the middle of our kitchen. Thanks Bee.

I would love to know who the owner is. I would be interested in knowing if they know one of their employees talks to their customers. The company won't go very far with poor customer service. Management get on top of this now, or unfortunately, you will suffer the consequences.

BE WARNED!!!!My credit card information was stolen by someone at this store. Sure they have nice stone but that's not worth the headache of trying to fix all the charges they placed on my account. I used a credit card that I use only once or twice a year and literally one day after using it at this company someone went on a shopping spree with my account number. Whoever it is sure loves PlayStation.
