Ana, Luis and their crew did a fabulous job on new Quartz install in our West U home. Ana suggested Quartz patterns and sink hardware for six bathroom counters and sinks and they look great! That alone saved us more than 10 hours we spent working with a designer when we updated our kitchen and powder room. The crews were very professional and the installation and hook up was perfect! Fit and finish is outstanding! 5 Stars - we highly recommend!

We have worked with Stone Coverings of Houston 3 different times and they always deliver. They recently did a full renovation on our patio home. Ana, Luis and their crew work hard to make sure everything is done right. Even when there are hiccups (as there always are!) they do not hide from the problem or try to make you think you’re crazy and everything is fine. They have always been able to come up with a creative solution that fits our budget.

Ana was incredibly wonderful to work with, as was her whole team. She described it as a family and it truly was. Everyone was respectful in my home and I completely trusted them. The design process was very easy too and I even tapped Ana's design knowledge to help me when I was between light fixtures on the remodel. The work is absolutely perfect and I know they would not have left until I was 100% satisfied. I had two other contractors in my home for other projects and they both commented on the work and professionalism of the team. I have already used them again for another project and I will use again for my bathroom remodel.

Ana was there to greet me when I dropped in, needing a countertop installed asap.. She was knowledgeable, professional, put me at ease (I was a bit overwhelmed with all of my options), and even led me to he perfect slab on site to match my cabinets! Luis was at my house the next day for measurements, and two days later...voila! My countertop is absolutely breathtaking! Our family had SCOH complete a full kitchen facelift. Ana and her team had some great ideas to help maximize the space and add features where we didn't think of. When planning the makeover, her team proposed a budget and timeline, and they were able to deliver both on time and on budget. Her team of craftsman were extremely kind and professional at all times. This was our family's first renovation , and were very nervous about the process, but Ana and team made it a great experience. We get so many compliments on our new kitchen, we love it! We moved across the country from CT and to Houston. While doing so, we put all our trust into Ana and team to do a pretty big renovation on our house in HTX. Since we had a period of time where we were living in CT still and had ownership of the HTX house, we did add on quite a lot of things that "you won't want to do once you move in" kind of thing, and we are very happy with the end result! Ana made sure we had a house to move into. Ana and team also really helped us with design work and navigating decisions of the little things (like, light fixtures.. I hate picking those out!!).. and also, we trusted them to be in the house everyday even though we were like 2000 miles away. Highly recommend Ana.. please feel free to email me if you have any specific questions on work! We did all new doors, bathrooms, wood floors, paint overhaul everywhere, etc.

I'm perplexed by the numerous positive reviews this company has received. My choice to use them was solely because they are a local contractor affiliated with Costco for countertop installations. Initially, Wendy from the company came to measure my cabinets, and everything seemed to proceed smoothly. However, after I accepted their quote, the company's demeanor changed dramatically. They began raising concerns about the suitability of my cabinets, claiming they weren't robust enough to support the countertop I had chosen. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic as they tried to pressure me into purchasing a less expensive material, suggesting it would be more 'appropriate' for my cabinets. I stood my ground and refused their alternative. From that point on, communication broke down. My messages were met with silence, leading me to suspect that perhaps Wendy had left the company or there was some internal confusion. As the agreed installation date passed with no word from them, I reached out again, only to be confronted with further delays. A week later than scheduled, I phoned the company, and this time I spoke with the manager, Anna. Instead of assistance, I encountered more criticism of my project. The conversation ended abruptly with Anna hanging up on me in an extremely discourteous manner. The entire process wasted more than two weeks of my time--a period during which they could have simply informed me that they were unwilling or unable to meet my needs, especially if it meant not capitulating to their upselling tactics. It became clear that their priority was to push a cheaper product to increase their profit margins rather than to provide the service promised and chosen by me. I would advise anyone considering this company for their countertop needs to be wary and consider other options if possible. UPDATES were made after the owner attempted to refute my statements in her response. They did inform me that they had to charge for an entire slab because Costco has its own policy, to which I agreed. This was mentioned in my original review, where I noted that we had an agreement that the countertop project was accepted by them. They even sent me a quote for the entire slab and I said yes, which demonstrates that they were untruthful again in their response to me. I would advise staying away from this business if possible. The manager, Ana, is extremely rude. She hung up on me when I tried to follow up for the last time after waiting for more than two weeks because they had ignored my messages. Initially, I didn't realize she was trying to hang up on me. So I called back twice immediately, but she didn't answer, which is a clear indication that Ana deliberately hung up and ignored her customers because they cannot deceive me into paying for their inferior material. While this store's manager ghosted my messages when I tried to get my project done, she now has tons of time to harass me on WhatsApp after I posted my review. I attached a photo to illustrate how she harassed me!

I called this place and they gave me a list of places to check out the slabs they offer at different locations. I ended up not liking any of them and asked if they could still do my backsplash. They asked for an inspiration picture which I sent and I never got a response back. I also picked out a backsplash and sent my blueprint to get an estimate and the texts showed they read it, but still no response. I guess I will have to go off a list daltile offered me since I wasted my time sending all these information to them.
