Walked in-store on a Tuesday, double sink vanity countertop was installed the next Monday. (It could have been sooner, my schedule was the holdup). Countertop expertly and beautifully done, and great, efficient customer service from Sophia. A better price than ordering online and a significantly better product. Will absolutely recommend to anyone and will use for future projects.

We had Everlasting Kitchen & Bath cabinets remove and install brand new kitchen counter tops back in October of 23. We loved working with Sophia who was really helpful and sweet. Sophia made sure our needs were met and she was very accommodating and honest. The counters look great. They are a family owned business and we highly recommend them😊

Sophia and Angela were so wonderful to work with. We spent lots of time going back-and-forth on different layout options, and landed on one that I absolutely loved. They worked endlessly to make sure that whatever we did was perfect and that I was happy with it. They went the extra mile as far as customer service is concerned. Both the cabinets and countertops came in so fast as well and we were able to really start and complete our Kitchen renovation within one month. Highly recommend them! We haven’t completed our backsplash, but attaching a photo of our beautiful cabinets and quartz counters from them!

I had the best experience EVER with Everlasting. They were only were the most fairly priced out of all of the quotes we received, but they literally installed my counters within 2 days of coming out to measure. Installation was flawless, and they were extremely professional and efficient. Wish I had known about them sooner!!! Anyone looking for countertops should go here first. 10/10.

I think some of these negative reviews must be talking about another company. My experience with EVERYONE at Stone City has been stellar. They answer every text and call, always show up on time, go the extra mile, do incredible work, and have an eye for detail (like making sure seams are hidden and choosing cuts that highlight the best part of the design). I immediately booked them for a second smaller job after they did my kitchen and can't wait to have them back for my bathroom project. Multiple neighbors have already stopped by and raved about the speed and quality of this job. Don't hesitate to use Stone City!!

We had new counter tops put on today and we are so very happy with them! The crew was very respectful and efficient. The sales crew came to the house and measured and priced better then other big name companies. The selection was huge and they had no wait list. Stone City provided all the kitchen, Bar and bathroom cabinets and all the countertops and they were awesome to work with. They were so responsive and attention to detail. They use a laser to ensure measurement perfection. We get rave reviews from all our friends who see their work. Definitely recommend and would use them again!

Love, love, love!! Angela and Siong are amazing! They have hands down beat Lowe's and Home Depot on pricing and quality. Their service is amazingly fast as well. Angela told me it would be two weeks from the time my cabinets were ordered before the install, but the cabinets arrived a week earlier and my project got underway before I knew it. The installers are diligent and waste no time. Scheduled to take 3 days, but they are done in 2 days. Now just waiting on my countertops and it will be a done deal. Which by the way, they matched Lowe's price on the countertop! I couldn't ask for better people to work with on my remodel!!!

Stone City redesigned and installed all new cabinets and granite countertops for us. Their work was fantastic. The three guys who install worked together amazingly as a team. The cabinets are very good quality having real, solid wood construction. The granite was custom cut to fit to our exact dimensions. All in all they did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was shocked to read these reviews @ Stone City. I had no problems with them from estimate, measuring, or installation. People were all pleasant and professional. Only thing forgotten was my cutting board from the remaining sink material. So far no complaints and they mentioned UP FRONT @ the need for sealing and warranteed it for 15 years. My working area was clean and prepped so all they needed to concentrate on was installation. Thank you and would definitely use again.

Mixed experience. We were ultimately satisfied with our new granite kitchen countertop and the installers were all great, but we had issues a few times with the office communication and scheduling. In the end, a pretty good value, but it came at a trade-off of time lost and many phone calls unanswered.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Had a girl Brooke come out to do an estimate for my kitchen. She told me to go to cosmos pick out the granite and then she would send me estimates on the pricing for the granite I liked. Called 4 times and emailed her to get a quote and never even responded to me. I also called stone City to get someone els to help me and the refused and told me Brooke would contact me when she had the chance. NEVER happened.

The primary reason I gave this company 1 star is because zero is not an option! Stone City is that bad!! My first experience with them about a year ago went pretty well...until I discovered they had sold me a quartz counter top when they clearly knew I wanted granite. Even so, I gave them another chance just being wary to ensure I truly got the granite I wanted. I did get granite...along with lies and deceit! At every turn they were changing the agreement, all the while tacking on extra fees. Most of the employees were upfront and honest...but not the owner. Quite the opposite! He is not only dishonest, but acts childish and throws temper tantrums when you point it out to him. He wouldn't give me anything in writing because he didn't want to get caught in a lie. There is absolutely no way I will ever do business with this company again and definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to any one else!!

These people ran a Facebook add that sAid if I bought a cabinet I would get the granite for the cabinets free of charge. I screen shot the add and went down there were the set up an estimate and measurement appointment at my residence. A short time later after getting the estimate I was surprised they were charging me for both the cabinets and granite. I asked them about the sales promotion in the add and they asked me if I had a copy of the add (remember that part). I said I do, so they asked me to come by. While driving there I checked the Facebook market and they removed the advertisement. I got there and spoke to rachel who told me they would not honor the add even though I had a copy of it. The best they could do if offer me a choice between two single unit cabinets I had no use for. I am upset they used bait and switch sales tactics to get me in the door. These people are shady, do not trust them. They over charge you. I found out the cabinets they "build" are actually ready to assemble cabinets that they mark up 300%. BE SMART PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

WARNING. The reason they are cheaper than everyone else is because they are selling sheets of polished stone and NOT SEALED Countertops. We paid $3,500.00 and within days we noticed dark stains coming up. Turns out the material isnt sealed and you honestly cannot leave a glass of water sitting on the counter for more than 5 minutes. A spill will ruin the entire countertop We called them and they even acknowledged it was not sealed and said we should have asked for sealed material. You can't make this stuff up. Thats like saying you really shouldve asked us for a cloth covering for that sofa. We've spoken to several other local companies that have been in the business for decades and they've never heard of unsealed material used for counter-tops. We're now having to replace them and we wished we had checked the reviews before-hand. Its a scam and the other 1 star ratings on this page are REAL.

DO NOT USE STONE CITY!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it was possible to give this company ZERO stars, I would have. Working with Stone City was the most stressful experience I have ever had! They came to install my marble countertops two weeks ago. When the 3 gentleman arrived, they didn't speak to us, they came into our house and started kicking our things out of the way. One of the guys picked up our osculating fan and tossed it on the floor. After speaking with the owner, I learned that none of the men spoke English so he had to translate. That was extremely frustrating. I didn't just find their presence quite rude but the countertops were cut wrong #1 they didn't fit and #2 they rounded all the corners when I specifically said I wanted sleek, clean lines and square edges. They took the countertops back, I had to drive back out to the supplier to choose another slab for them to cut (taking time off work to do so). They told me they were going to use the other pieces of countertops they had already cut (that had rounded edges) and just "try and square them off." I told the owner, I didn't think that was going to look right and he said it would. The story gets better...and by better, I mean worse...They came back the following Saturday and on the way in stepped in dog poop and tracked it into my house. I told the man who had it on his shoe and he said sorry and I was left to go around cleaning it up off the floors. They brought the largest slab in, and it was WRONG YET AGAIN. I spoke with the owner and another man in their office and they were very rude and told me I was asking for the impossible and that if I don't like the countertops to get a lawyer and try and get my money back from them. They also hung up on my a couple times. The pieces of countertop that they reused and just tried to square off the edge looked terrible and like a 3 year old did it. They blamed me multiple times for THEIR mistakes, have very poor attitudes about the customer who is paying thousands of dollars for a product and their work is sloppy and the quality is unacceptable. I beg anyone and everyone reading this to look elsewhere for countertops!

They told me it would be installed while at work (small kitchen using 43 sq feet), and it has taken two trips and they just can't get their act together to finish it. There was also damage left by them that they say "happens." Now I have to find someone to fix the damage they left behind.
