Had a very unprofessional experience with Rafael Recendiz in the stone department. Despite many attempts over two weeks including a visit to the store followed by reminder calls & messages, and promises to procure a sample for marble I was interested in, I could not get this person to meet his commitment. On my last call with him, he hung upon on me when I expressed frustration with the unprofessional service I received. Glad that I got a taste of the customer experience I can expect before doing business with the store.

This was our 3rd and last time using Stone Age. The installation was sloppy and the installers very rude. Our job was 2 days. They left our $3500 cook top in the back yard over night, even after I asked them not to. They left our disposal in the back yard over night, even after I asked them not to. I ask them about installing the sinks, they said that was up to us. OK, I hired a plumber and he discovers 2 valves they broke and a drain they broke. I contact our rep and sent photos of all the issue, including the poor quality of the quartz, "splotchy marks", and horrible seams and a spill on our concrete in the back yard. Did I mentioned that It took me an entire day power washing the back yard to clean up after them? Then we had to clean out every cabinet because they decided to (pretend they were vacuuming the drawers). After several text messages with our rep I was told Matt would contact us to come take a look. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no Matt. Very disappointed.

I bought beautiful wood flooring and I used their floor installers to install the floor. They did a nice job except for the threshold. But my Husband did a great job fixing it. But the main thing is , the workers stole my pink onyx sink that cost a fortune that matched the onyx tile floor that I also bought from Stoneage Tile. They are not taking any responsibility for the actions of their workers. So please beware if you buy find your own installers. As nice as their inventory is you can find the same things all along State College street. I am totally heart broken the sink is one of a kind and cannot be replaced. Be very aware buyers.

Very good experience, I had multiple quotes and Stone Age was in the middle, but in retrospect the value was top notch. The estimate was detailed, and changes and upgrades along the way were always communicated in detail. They finished on time and NEVER missed a day's work in 10 weeks. The workers were clean, polite and always busy. The owner, Lou, stopped by multiple times each week to track progress and update the status and make suggestions. Their attention to detail led to quality work and I could not recommend him highly enough. My only regret was not finding him when we did our kitchen 6 years ago.

We had met with Lacy Spano on Saturday 6-18-2022 for the first time since Stone Age fabricated and installed or granite counter tops back in 2010. Stone Age was a pleasure to work with in 2010 and did an awesome job then (still looks great today) but meeting with Lacy today was even more of a pleasure and just as productive as it was back then. She provided us with ideas and options that we were not even aware of even after having been through this process in the past. She knows her stuff !!!!!!!and will be our go to now and in the future. No reason to look anywhere else with someone as competent and knowledgeable as Lacy. Thank you again for all of your help!! The Best !!!

Hatem and his team are amazing. We've always been treated so kindly & felt incredibly welcomed everytime we come. There's an amazing selection of anything you could need for a remodel. Their slabs are absolutely beautiful & it's always so fun to walk the yard and see all the different options. We've had numerous kitchens and baths done with Stone Age and will continue to use them for all future projects. Check them out, you won't be disappointed 🙌

I'm not sure how you can't leave 5 stars for Stone Age. Not only is everybody friendly and willing to help, but Lacy is absolutely the best. Lacy is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at communication. Ari will call you back if you have an issue as well. The installation crew headed by Alejandro is great. He's more than an installer, he's a real craftsman. I highly recommend Stone Age and Lacy for all of your fabrication and installation needs. Definitely 5 stars

Fabulous experience! I worked with both Marissa Ruedas and Lacy and both are wonderful to work with. Always very pleasant. More than that , they get product to me on time, if not early, the pricing is very competitive. And, they make me feel like I am the most important client. And trust me, I am not close to it. It is always a pleasure working with Stone Age. Thank you for your service, smiles and jumping through hoops to make me happy.

Last fall we spent over 2 months, every weekend and some weekdays, visiting all the stone slab yards on State College Blvd. We were starting to feel discouraged in not finding the right colors and pattern we were looking for in granite slabs. We had very specific ideas for what will match our existing kitchen cabinets and floors. We did not want to spend a lot of money in replacing our existing kitchen cabinets and floors, which were in good condition. One day we stopped at Stone Age and talked to a salesperson - Patrick. I showed Patrick pictures of our granite bar counter at home and told him this is basically the color we are looking for. Patrick texted my pics to Rubin at MSI (a highly recommended stone slab yard company on Batavia St. in Anaheim). Within 1 day Rubin found the right granite slabs that we were looking for. Rubin found 2 matching large granite slabs that would be enough granite to do both our kitchen counters and backsplashes, and our master bathroom vanity counter. Rubin was great to work with. Patrick gave us a fair price to fabricate and install the new granite counters in our kitchen and bathroom. Alejandro is a master fabricator and installer. He did an excellent job in making templates of our kitchen and bathroom counters. Afterwards I met with Patrick and other Stone Age employees to place the templates on the granite slabs and decide where to cut the granite slabs to best showcase the patterns on the granite and how to maximize using as much of the granite as possible. Patrick did a good job in this and in being a good project coordinator in organizing our project. Patrick also recommended a name of a very good kitchen sink. We took his advice and purchased the sink. The sink is excellent. On demo day Alejandro, Julian, and Eduardo did a good job in demo'ing the existing counters and cleaning up the mess. On installation day, under Alejandro's leadership and strong work ethic, Alejandro, Julian, and Eduardo did an excellent job installing our new granite counters in our kitchen and bathroom. I made several suggestions to Alejandro in specific areas where I wanted him to make the plywood sub counter stronger in front of the kitchen sink to prevent breakage of the granite. I also made suggestions to Alejandro in making the mounting of the kitchen sink much stronger. Alejandro listened to me and did as I requested. We are extremely happy with our new granite counters in our kitchen and bathroom. It is worth mentioning again that Alejandro does excellent work. Stone Age did an excellent job in fabricating and installing our new granite counters at a fair price and completing the project on the date they promised.

Five stars! I did a kitchen counter remodel, 2 shower and bathroom floor remodels, and 3 bathroom countertop remodels with Stone Age over an 8-month period. I had a great experience with both the sales team and the stone installers. In particular, Rafael in sales did a superb job guiding me through my choices of materials and helping me with critical design decisions. He is delightful to work with and is incredibly knowledgeable, creative, patient, and professional. The 2 teams of installers led by Roberto and Alejandro that I used were very skilled and professional and completed beautiful work on time and on budget. I also appreciated all the helpful support from Ariana, Joelle, George, and Tina throughout the process. I highly recommend Stone Age for anyone looking for high quality work and service at a fair price.

Just want to congratulate Stone Age Tile in Anaheim for an incredible experience for our Granite counter in our first floor bathroom. Rafael was our Salesperson who listened to our budget , timeline and detailed needs. We needed to get the countertop completed in short period of time to help complete the bathroom & make it more useful for my husband who had spinal surgery. Ariana is a master at task planning for the team! Ariana helped coordinate all folks involved in fabrication to expedite the job. Jorge & Jayru created the template and cut the granite to showcase the beauty of the granite. Rafael & Ariana were on top of all tasks and responded to all questions & communicated quickly. Rafael, Ariana, Jorge and Jayru were fantastic team players and a joy to work with. We recommend Stone Age and are grateful for the positive experience they made for our bathroom project. We used Stone Age 22 years ago for of our counters in kitchen and upstairs bathrooms. We are pleased to admit that they have maintained their focus, even after 22 years, to put the customer first & deliver an awesome experience from start to finish. Thanks TEAM!!

First of all, I need to commend Rafael for his recommendations, his attention to detail and his responsiveness. His help has made this project go so much better than we imagined. Second, the variety and quality of stone products is excellent. We used StoneAge for a project before and were so impressed by their variety of product that we knew we'd use them for this new project too. And we know where to go for our next project as well...StoneAge!

We have used them twice now. Once 20 years ago for our kitchen counters and again today. Lacey was outstanding, she helped me find a remnant and get it cut to the perfect size for our remodel. There are a lot of tile stores near state college, but very few that don't try to sell you the whole slab if you don't need it. I would highly recommend going there and checking them out.

Fantastic product and service all around. Patrick (the sales rep) was wonderful, he worked with us and gave us a great price and honest service. Alejandro and crew did an amazing job on the install. We thought we had a problem when a pipe revealed itself in the backsplash area when we pulled out the old counter tops. Alejandro handled it like champ and cut a 45 degree plate right on site. Problem solved. Very, very happy with the quality and with the service. Would definitely recommend over 405 cabinets.

Had a stressful situation looking for the right transition piece. After going to every store on State College, I ended up here. I explained my issue with Lacy and she took our dimensions and needs and had her fabricators whip us up some custom transitions out of granite. Also at a very affordable price considering the work.

This place is great if you need kitchen, bathroom or flooring updates. Please talk to Lacy or Joelle and nobody else. These 2 care about you. They will do their very best to meet your expectations and maybe exceed it even. They are both very hard workers but the very best is THEY BOTH CARE. They are so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. When you walk in the front door, please ask for Lacy or Joelle and you will be pleased. I had a very bad experience with another person but I don't name names. I've had great service with Stone Age and if you get the right people, you will have the great experience.

Hello, I am a homeowner in Irvine. We recently bought our kitchen countertops from Stone Age. My wife was interested in a very specific quartzite stone that was hard to find. Stone Age did a great job hunting down the 2 slabs needed for the job. Next, they did a terrific job cutting, fabricating and polishing the slabs. The installation crew was top notch. They arrived on time as scheduled, brought plenty of workers along to carry the heavy slabs into the kitchen, and completed the entire installation in just 4 hours. They were also meticulous in their job prep & cleanup. Last, we noticed an issue with the kitchen island slab after installation. There was a blemish on the slab that was caused during the stone mining process at the quarry. When we called to complain, we were most impressed that Stone Age VP and owner, Roger, came out personally to care for the issue. Thanks Roger! We're very happy with job. I should mention that this is the second time we used Stone Age. They remodeled our bathroom a few years back. We would highly recommend Stone Age for a job well done!

I am hopelessly in love with my new kitchen countertop. Lacy was a peach to work with and showed me lots of options to chose from. She quoted me a price that was financially digestible. Ultimately, I selected a quartz that tickled my fancy. The guy that came to measure who was the same guy that came to install was super profesh. and nice. He and the other guy that came with him did a really nice job of installing and did not tear up my kitchen to do so. They cleaned up after they were done and made sure that everything was perfect before leaving. This is a video I made of the install. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t53gOIL7T3U Thank you Stone Age!

This company has a wonderful show reline and helpful staff. The amount of surfaces and materials on site is excellent. A great place to go get inspiration and ideas. I also found their prices to be reasonable. Unlike many places, this place has an on-site mill and installation stuff. They seem to be well equipped and ready to provide service and materials for your project and installation needs. So far my experience has been efficient and without any unusual long delays. Wife and I are renovating our kitchen to get the house ready to sell. We stopped by after reading good reviews on Stone Age. We were not let down. The showroom is beautiful and the selection of countertops is amazing. David helped us out and was very patient with our indecisiveness and guided us to an awesome granite countertop that fit our budget. They were very quick on the installation process and the total cost was very reasonable for the value of the product. The workmanship on the stone cut and the installation is immaculate and we could not be happier. Great job Stone Age and thank you for the help David and installation team!

Outstanding. My husband and I worked with Lacy Spano on this marble walk-in shower. From start to finish Lacy acted with professionalism and coordinated everything, keeping close communication throughout the process, roughly two weeks from demo through installation of Calacata oro 3x12 brick overlay. Another week for custom door, so worth the price for thicker glass, clear, and treated so it does not have water spots. The hot mop process takes a day, however please know you need to vacate and sleep elsewhere... gave my husband and I headaches, but our place is tiny.... so if you have a huge house, no problem. Would I work with them again. Absolutely! Special thanks to Domingo, his wife, and Louise, and Leo. They listened to me and worked hard to meet our vision. These guys are true artisans! StoneAge was not our cheapest quote, however they did meet pricing for stone priced from another company. I feel, it was worth the price difference to know I had a contact, Lacy, with an artist's eye, who would make sure it was beautiful at the end, she gave me that confidence, and she was on it, when I texted, I got immediate responses, and she made sure everyone arrived at specified times. With very few exceptions, this happened. It takes patience but we had the best shower last night surrounded by beauty! Thanks so much StoneAge!

We could not be happier with our counter tops. Chris and his crew of guys did a fantastic job from helping us pick out exactly what we were looking for right down to the install. I definitely picked the right place. They were on it right from the beginning and they were able to install the counter tops within a few businees days. We would highly recommend Stone age tile! We had a great experience with our salesperson, Perez. He helped us pick out backsplash for our kitchen remodel. I never thought it would be so difficult to choose one. He listened to us and within a few minutes, came up with some great backsplash for us. We are so pleased! We have gotten compliments on it. We had used Stone Age previously for our bathroom remodels and they also did a great job!!

We had the bet experience with Stone Age Tile. They were professional yet easy going. We appreciated being allowed to browse without the pushy hard sell. They were responsive when we had questions. Their showroom had a terrific selection and they worked with us on a great price for our new countertops. The installers did a great job. Roger even personally came out himself to repair the nick on the edge that I'm sure I made while handling the big pots and pans after the holiday meals. We highly recommend Stone Age.

Stone Age Tile has got to be one of the most elegant and extravagant showrooms I have ever seen. I recently stopped in last Saturday and was greeted by two young ladies at the front who were very helpful in giving me a little more information on product and the store. I felt very welcomed by the employees. This tile shop has amazing products, I will definitely be coming back when I am ready to remodel my home.

What an amazing store! We went back so many times during our project to get educated and to fine tune what we needed. If you need counters or tile, OHAN is your man. He's probably one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet and he has a fantastic eye for design. When we were investigating materials for our project, he helped us to make wise choices on durability and stile. Thank you Ohan for everything! You've been a blessing to our family and we're so thankful for your help!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Jennifer. I did a Quartz countertop, backsplash and waterfall island. Everything turned out perfect without any seams in the cut pieces. Perfectly cut pieces highlighting the veins streaking through the quartz. Working with Stone Age directly has proven to be better than shopping at the big stores.

There are many tile & stone businesses along state college boulevard in Anaheim to choose from. Stone Age has a very nice showroom and backyard to select whatever materials that you may need. The moment you walk into Stone Age there is someone to greet you. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are competitive. The installation crew did an outstanding job and they cleaned up all of the dust and debris using drop clothes and vacuums. The finished quartz tops turned better than we ever imagined. I would highly recommend Stone Age.

I want to tell everyone what a fantastic tile buying experience I had at Stone Age Tile, 1701 S. State College Blvd., Anaheim, CA 92806. I needed to match previously installed limestone title & continue w/380 sq. ft. By coincidence, the distributor that could possible have the tile was in the store the same time as I. He offered to bring tile samples to match my color. BINGO...A MATCH !!! Much appreciation & gratitude to the family owned personally interested staff, Tina Beck & distributor.

Chris designed my kitchen and helped oversee the installation of all the cabinets. My kitchen went from 38 square feet of countertops to over 100. Removed one wall and added a giant island. everything is now soft close and my wife can't complain about storage space anymore. Victor helped me with my wood floors. Light European oak from Ginkgo floors. I'll post pictures soon.

We were introduced to Stone Age Tile through Costco and had the pleasure of working with Lila through the entire process. She made some very good recommendations based on our kitchen plan and cabinet color and we are very happy with our Cambria countertop. It looks fantastic in our new kitchen. Timing was as promised. Lila was very professional and great at communicating status and keeping us up to date. Her install crew did a great job as well integrating the countertop with our farmhouse apron sink. Fantastic! Thank you and will work with again for future projects.

Stone Age has an amazing inventory of materials to select from. Roger, Joe, Ohan and staff and very professional yet provide a friendly and patient atmosphere (even our dog was welcomed). We had many design questions and they guided us every step of the way until we were able get exactly the granite table that we wanted. The quality of the workmanship in fabrication is top of the line. The cost was very competitive and reasonable. We couldn't be more pleased.
