Your first call needs to be with Clint ... He is very knowledgeable in the choices available.And I must mention Keith and Easy for contract and installation. If we could give them a 10 star, we would! This is the second time use used Staley's and both times they did a great job. The 3 guys that came were very maticulus with their work and did more for us to make it look good, then what we expected them to do. He even had to show me where the 2 seams were, because I couldn't see them! That's a first for us!!! Thank you again to Clint and your guys. We've used several company's in the past, but you're the best!!!!

This company treated me very well when I used them for a recent flip of mine. They came out, measured, and were on time. The communication was good and I would recommend them to anyone else. I cannot recommend Staley Marble & Granite enough! Brian and his entire staff were wonderful to work with from consultation to installation. Brian personally showed us plenty of options for our tops and actually introduced us to a “leathered” finish that we were not familiar with. We are so glad that he did. These countertops have completely transformed our kitchen! They are also locally owned and operated so they can offer more personalized service and better prices than the big box stores.

Staley Marble and Granite came highly recommended to me from a family member that had used them. I worked with Keith and he went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met and not only met but exceeded! Our bathroom countertops are even prettier than we could have imagined. We replaced our kitchen countertops and wanted to use a company we trust. Staley was recommended by a friend. We had a great experience with Staley from beginning to end. Tyler Staley was gracious to meet with us outside of normal business hours which we appreciated very much. The whole process was easy with no problems. The two men who came out to install were fabulous—they knew what they were doing and had great personalities. Our new granite countertops are beautiful!

Wow! What a difference! I have been slowly working on redoing my kitchen. I stopped by to check out their sinks.(Which are way higher quality than the box stores) After talking to Brian and his crew a little bit I found out upgrading my counter to was more affordable than I thought. After getting a few samples and seeing large size cuts afterward, I made my final decision. They came to my house with some amazing hi-tech measuring tools. The next week the were at my house and done in a day! I didn't even have to clean up after them! My kitchen looked show room quality when I walked in! Keep it local and use a mutigenerational family owned company. I did and love my new kitchen, Thank you Staley Marble & Granite!

First off the showroom experience was fantastic!! Brian and Suzanne were so helpful and super informative. On installation day, the installers showed up on time, worked efficiently and had great, happy attitudes. I am in an old house so we knew there could be some hiccups but the installers were completely prepared and everything went SUPER well. I could not be happier. I would, and will, recommend to any and everyone.

They are a family business, they have super qualified people from sales to measuring, to installing. I highly recommend these folks! I rarely write reviews, but I was so happy with Staley Marble & Granite's price and service that I felt compelled to let others know. We had previously ordered from another granite/quartz countertop company for our newly-built home in Sweetwater, TN. We later found out that the Owner could not fulfill his order with us due to a medical situation in his family. We googled and found another countertop company - Staley Marble & Granite. We were living in Colorado at the time and couldn't fly out to see their inventory. They face-timed with us and walked us thru what they had. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. Their price for the quartz and granite countertops (kitchen, bathrooms) was even better than the previous company. They installed the countertops and they looked beautiful! A month later, we had a little coconut oil ring from a bottle left out overnight on a bathroom counter. They had one of their guys come out and take the ring out and reseal the counter - no extra cost! Staley Marble & Granite have great prices and service! I highly recommend them!

This i s great company to business with fast friendly workers great looking seams tight and even back splash was wrong when they got the top in so they went back to the shop cut it to the right size and installed it same day, i dont know what happened to the persons job in the other review but we could not be happier time has past and everything is great he even gave us a sink to use nice 50/50 under mount and installed the the drain inserts that were not part of the job but did it for us anyway, i highly recommend you using them for your granite job Jeff was great to work with.

Staley Marble and Granite Inc. did countertops for our new kitchen. At first everything was going ok - we picked the granite slab and we picked the sink - Mr. Staley told us he has to order the sink since he does not have the style that we wanted and has to charge us $150 extra from the original quote for it. When the installers shoved up (about 2 hours late without a phone call) the first thing they brought in was the sink. We noticed it was the wrong sink. We called Mr. Staley and told him about the problem, he said he mistakenly took one of his in-shop displays (we repeatedly told him we did not like any of the sinks displayed in his shop)-you be the judge. He took off $150 for the sink so he does not have to redo the countertop. We agreed. After they installed the counter tops we checked the work and were shocked. The sink cut out was too big then we discussed with Mr. Staley and it did not completely match the sink outlines. We met with Mr. Staley the next day and asked him what he wants to do about it. He said he does not see any problem and he wants the rest of his money. We told him he needs to straighten up the cut out to match the sink and we want a discount for the job since it is not done to our specifications. His reply was: "Are you going to pay me or not!" We told him he will get paid when he fixes the job. After that he slammed the door and took off leaving long tire marks on the drive way. In a couple of days we received a letter from his attorney saying we need to pay the invoice in full. BEWARE OF COLUMN C LINE 6 OF HIS CONTRACT!!! We decided to cut our loses and pay him. We hired somebody else to fix the work. The other contractor found other problems that have compromised the structural integrity of the countertop: 1) use of paper/cardboard as shims for the countertop instead of laminate/plastic shims; 2) many places missing adhesive (silicon) or badly adhered to the cabinets. He warned us this could cause the top to flex and even crack in time! He also pointed out that Mr. Staley did not polish the visible bottom front edge of the countertop and that better Companies would do it. Needless to say what was supposed to be the icing on the cake was turned by Mr. Staley into a big nightmare. If you looking for a dream kitchen Mr. Staley WILL NOT DELIVER! AJ
