Amy, Scott and Lee were extremely helpful and professional. Amy was such a big help in my choice of laminate- she guided me through the selection process without pushing me. She went above and beyond with the sink selection-I couldn't decide on a color by looking at the samples. When one came in she called me to come check it out in person. How considerate! Scott did an excellent job from start to end. He was very attentive to detail. We have no seam and he finished off all of the edges with no sharp corners. From a sales perspective, Amy is great. Very easy to work with, responds to email, etc. I was not happy with the Installer. One piece was measured wrong which I didn't make a big deal about because they were going to fix it. Our laminate tops had the laminate curve underneath for the edging. Underneath several spots were scraped up. I called and talked to the Installer (Owner?) and he basically said it's normal and that I shouldn't be looking under countertops anyways. Definitely came off as rude and treated me like I was stupid. I wouldn't go with them again. No offers to fix it or give me a discount. If I bought a new car and it had rust underneath, I wouldn't think that was OK.

Nothing but the highest compliments for Scott and his crew. Updating in an older home in Shawano and Spectrum took on the job and delivered on time and with superior craftsmanship. It was obvious Scott and his crew knew what they were doing. Couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend Scott and Spectrum Surfaces for any of your countertop needs.
