Southern Rock Countertops

I love my countertops! I first heard of Chuck while shopping for granite by another customer. I called him as soon as I left the granite store. He came out that same week and discussed with me my expectations and he took measurements. The following week Steve came out and did the templates. After that Chuck called me to the shop to go over my slabs and how I wanted my templates. A few days later they were installed! Jake, Kyle and Chris installed my countertops in just under 2 hours! They were very professional and answered all my questions. I have 1 seam at the sink that you can barely see. This was my first time buying countertops and I am very glad I went with Southern Rock! The whole process took about 2 weeks.

I called this company to give me a quote for quartz counter tops. He didn't show up for the appointment we had last Thursday so he came at 7:30 am the following day. He has never provided the quote and will not return any phone calls.

Few months over due on our review, but we stopped by the shop one day to talk with someone about shower shelves and a shower curb. They helped us pick out what we were looking for and had it made within a few days. They even dropped it off at our work close by because our schedules werent lining up. Will definitely use them for future projects in our house.

Chuck came out when he said he would and was very responsive. He is very friendly and down to earth and pleasure to work with. The pricing is competitive and fair for the market. My countertops turned out gorgeous and I am so very pleased with the work! I highly recommend anyone looking for new countertops to contact Chuck at Southern Rock!

I am thrilled with countertop install. I stopped by their shop on a whim and met with Steve. Instantly knew this was the place for me. He met us two days later at the granite yard to pick out and lay out the cuts for our slab (several places we spoke with wouldn't bother). The next day he was at the house and templated it. And 3 weeks from start to finish, we now have countertops. The installers were amazing.... The best work of anything we've hired out for our remodel. They were professional and skilled, and very polite and accommodating to my pickiness for the teeniest of spots on the front of the slab at the seam. Countertops were my biggest fear of the whole renovation. And I am over the moon happy with how this turned out. 😍😍😍

Chuck is the man for countertops. He took the time to find the rare piece of granite we were looking for, even when it took several trips. My wife and I have waited and saved for this kitchen for almost 15 years, it was just a dream. Chuck and his crew made the dream a reality. It’s even better than I imagined. We asked Chuck to help us with granite for a kitchen table I built. Done. We asked him for granite for our 3 tables in the living room. Done. We asked for a specific pattern with our backsplash. Done. Very easy to work with, very reliable and very efficient. I would recommend Chuck to anybody looking for high quality countertops. Thanks again Chuck and crew. I’m so proud of our new kitchen. Southern Rock was a dream to work with! They were very professional, reliable, quick and installed beautiful quartz counter tops for us! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great fabricator. Also, Chuck was amazing to work with. He was a great help and so kind, it was a very enjoyable process and we are very happy with the results!

NEVER EVER use this company, the work is terrible. Chuck is the owner and he does not stand by his work, left our countertops with chips, gaps & so many seams. He will not come back and fix his work, if he does he will charge you again. The reviews I see on here have to be bogus reviews. HE HAS ALREADY CHANGED HIS COMPANIES NAME ONE TIME before . I wish we knew this before we used him.
