The installers were absolutely terrific! Rod and Bryan were very careful with my new appliances and had a friendly demeanor. They made sure everything looked perfect! I am so pleased! Everyone should ask for them because I haven’t seen workmanship like this in years! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I can’t wait to put my kitchen back together today!

I have to say the countertop install has been the smoothest part of our kitchen remodel! Shawn, Anthony, and Kyle did a fantastic job! We like to play the game with house guests, 'bet you can't find the seams' and they never do! Thank you, thank you for being fast, efficient, and informative!

Solid surface has helped me complete two projects . One was a complete remodel of a kitchen and bath, the other new construction featuring a custom kitchen, a master and guest bath. Their work from templating to installation has been fantastic.

SSD is the certified installer for HD in our area (which for them is a many hour drive). They did a GREAT JOB from start to finish! They followed up to do the measurements within 3 days of my purchase, the measurements were done quickly and professionally and amicably. The guy even complimented my home (which means a lot when you think you have the decorating taste of a slug). They scheduled the install within two weeks and made follow up calls consistently. They gave me a 1 hour window of installer arrival time, and the driver was nice enough to call me and tell me he was...get this..going to be EARLY. Counter tops were installed in only a few hours and look fabulous. I'm sure part of it is the pattern, but you can hardly see the seam. I have to get within a foot of the counter to see it and I know where it is. (hint: its in one of the pictures) A+++ Great experience, great customer support, great people working for them. I almost always do my own work in my house, but I have no regrets from letting the pros do this one! THANKS AGAIN!!

SSD was a pleasure to work with. From the planning stage to the installation they were professional, patient, and helpful. We called and email several times with questions and they always willing to make sure we understood what was going on (thanks Jennie!). The installers were experienced and friendly. They seemed happy to let my wife and I watch the entire process. SSD even cut and polished one of the waste pieces for us to use in another project in our house. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

This company was awesome to work with. Mitchell paid attention to details and clearly passed them on to his teammates to ensure we got what we were hoping for. The installers (Rod and Bryan) were very kind and respectful. They did a good job installing the countertop and did not leave any mess behind. Great experience… will do business with them again!

Professional from start to finish. They showed my son how everything was cut at the shop, when we picked out our granite. Very educated, answered all my 7 year old questions. The guys came out to install, arrived on time. Very nice, clean, worked fast, very polite. Job well done by Tim, Turbo, Anatomy, Danny. Super happy with final product, looks amazing!!

They have horrible craftsmanship and their products are crap! They have no guarantee on any of their products or labor! Horrible experience! Buyer beware!

Purchased the Geo recycled glass countertops 2 years ago through Home Depo. Solid surface Designs was the installer. On the day of install I thought everything was going great until they left & I had time to really inspect. There were & STILL are hundreds of chips in the countertop & the next day the whole bar slab was falling down fast. 2 different guys came back & fixed the incorrectly installed braces for the bar & put super glue on all of the chips, let dry & removed with a razor????? Over $6000 and this was their fix? of course the super glue has wore off & everytime I run a rag across it, it gets caught on the chips. I have contacted them by phone, email & FB messenger & get ZERO response!! NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
