Great things come in small packages! Even though they are in a smaller showroom located in a business complex, their selection of materials is first class! We are in the process of completing our kitchen remodel with a modern glass tile backsplash. After shopping around and visiting other tile showrooms in the South Bay, we are so happy and glad that we found Sognare Tile, Stone & Sinks in Orange County! We can't say enough about Salima and her service. Salima is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She is awesome with follow up and provided us with a great price on our Glazzio glass tiles. Since we live in Torrance, Salima went out of her way to make sure delivery of the tile was as convenient as possible. We are from Houston, Texas. While vacationing through Costa Mesa, we decided to stop and see some showrooms to help us get some design inspiration for our upcoming remodel project. We recently bought a 4,300SF house in the Houston, Texas area. The house had good bones but needed a complete overhaul in terms of look/feel! We decided to repaint, gut all the floors, gut the kitchen, and gut all five bathrooms. We knew it was going to be a lot, we had no idea what we were signing up for! We walked into Sognare Tile expecting to see some kitchen and bathroom vignettes, we walked out with a dream team of design, construction, sourcing, and style consultants!! Over the course of the next six months, Ameen, Salima, and Rabia helped us with every facet of our remodel! We were so fortunate to find a vendor willing to take so much interest and investment in our project. They weren't just trying to sell us tiles, stone, etc., they treated our project like their own and went above and beyond we could have ever expected. They helped us with construction, furniture, paint, and checked in with us repeatedly. Despite the fact they were in California, we felt like they were local here in Houston to us! One of the most challenging parts of our remodel was the kitchen. Our kitchen was shaped oddly, dated, and needed a complete overhaul. Ameen is a visionary! He saw a series of videos/pictures of our space, came up with great ideas about closing off some walls, moving other walls, moving plumbing lines, and then showed us beautiful 3D renderings bringing the vision to life! He spent countless hours with us configuring our cabinet layouts and design. His ability to focus on big picture design concepts with us while handling all the many little details like trim pieces, spacers, etc., was so impressive. He also did not simply pass the baton after cabinets were ordered, he checked in frequently, spoke to our contractor directly to work through construction issues that popped up multiple times, and was always available to us even when dealing with issues unrelated to services he provided us. He was a true professional in every sense. The most fun part of our redesign project was working with Salima! Salima is very passionate about what she does, she took such an interest in our project. On our first day walking into Sognare, we spent HOURS with Salima looking at engineered flooring samples until we found the perfect floor for us. After a while, everything started to look the same. Salima helped us focus on what we cared about most and find good value. When we picked something we liked, she showed us an alternative that was substantially more affordable--it was clear she was looking out for us and not trying to just make as much money as possible. We ended that day sharing with her some inspirational pictures and talking to her about what we wanted to accomplish in our foyer, living, kitchen, and all of our bathrooms. She told us to come back the next day and she'd have some ideas for us. We came back the next afternoon and were shocked--Salima had vignettes ready for us for every room with flooring, counters, plumbing, cabinet hardware, design ideas, and even paint samples to consider! We were blown away. We spent the rest of that day refining what she chose for us until we had everything we wanted. We accomplished so much with her over two days, we would have been so lost without her help. We love our home! I am not sure where we would be without the support and investment from Sognare! Our partnership with them is also still ongoing, we have enlisted Salima with interior design!! She's continues to be fantastic to work with. Every tile, fixture, hardware, flooring, etc., in the pictures below came from Sognare! One stop shop for everything!

Rabia SAVED me!!! I had ordered some tile for a bathroom remodel and it took forever to get to putting it up. It was two years after I had ordered it that the contractor started to lay the tile. He was close to the end and ran short. I placed an order with a different company online for the few sheets I needed to finish the project only to receive an email the next morning telling me my order had been canceled due to the fact that this line had been discontinued!! I was so scared I wouldn't be able to find the right tile to finish my project. We were going to have to rip out several hundred dollars worth of work and start over with something else! I called around for literally hours trying to find some pieces of tile. That's when I came across Sognare. Rabia said she would do her best to find me some tile and I let her go to work, honestly with very low hopes. I had been told no so many times. One company I spoke with said she contacted the Glazzio representative and he checked every warehouse in the US, comimg up with nothing. Rabia emailed back and said she found them!! I was so happy I cried. This experience and the glowing reviews from others is making me really think I should be hiring them for my upcoming kitchen remodeling project even though they are in California and I'm I'm Wisconsin. Ameen and Saleema gave my family and I the best service anyone could offer. If I could rate them with more than five stars I would! Redoing your kitchen is a very hectic task and I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me. They have a wide variety of cabinets, countertops and bathroom tiles. I will probably come back to do my bathroom with them as well. Every time I visited them they were accommodating to my taste and budget. They weren’t keen at selling me anything I didn’t like! They were willing to go the extra mile until I was comfortable with my decision. I was thoroughly impressed with the time they invested in me and my vision for our kitchen. Ameen and Saleema have in-depth knowledge and expertise in this business and I would recommend anyone to at least check them out. I promise you won’t find many people that make this job feel easier and will accommodate your budget better than them! I must say they have skillful people for installation Especially countertops . This was a great purchase, the faucet had to be ordered and it arrived much more quickly than estimated. Joshua Sanchez was my sales associate and he was very helpful and explained everything fully. I received an email saying that it was shipping and then had another followup today with the exact window and timeframe that it was arriving from USPS. All around a great experience! What a great find! I was looking for beautiful tiles and this was the place! I had ordered Porcelanosa tiles here as well as the Porcelanosa showroom before but this experience was so much better! I wasn't rushed, wasn't waiting for service and everyone here actually seemed happy to be helping! With my latest order of tiles there were some shipping mishaps - on the Porcelanosa end. Both Josh and Salima were awesome in handling and resolving the issues and making sure I got my tiles when I needed them. Both my contractor and myself were so thankful that they went above and beyond to help us met our deadline! Definitely recommend this place!

I first came to Sognare in 12/2022 looking for materials for our kitchen remodel- countertops, sink, and faucet and Josh was able to help procure everything I was looking for- some beautiful dekton, a large 15g stainless steel kitchen sink with accessories, and faucet. When it came to remodeling a guest bathroom in June we got all our major supplies from Sognare- large 30"x60" tiles, vanity, faucet, shower system, toilet. The showroom has a large collection of samples of tile and hardware, but they have access to lots of other options/materials as well that are not on site. We shared our timeline with Josh and he was able to find what we were looking for and have everything ready for our project. We did end up having to get additional tile and Josh helped us expedite the shipping. Our experience with Sognare has been excellent. Josh is patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. We would highly recommend checking this place out!

When we shopped locally to compare pricing, Sognare was somehow always cheaper. Honestly, I was shocked by how competitive their pricing was! We love our home! I am not sure where we would be without the support and investment from Sognare! Our partnership with them is also still ongoing, we have enlisted Salima with interior design!! Sognare is unlike any other! The absolutely best! Excellent customer service and if they don't have something you are eyeing, they will find it for you. What really makes Sognare stand out far beyond the others is that, due to the owners excellent relationship with vendors, we were able to get absolutely gorgeous tile and other fixtures that we initially had to pass on at other stores either due to long lead times, excessive cost/mark ups, or limited stock availability. However, Sognare made it happen! We got all our dream products without delay and without excessive markups. From San Diego to LA (that was our search field for tile/appliance/ fixtures for our kitchen, living room, dining room remodel), Sognare was the best, no question. I highly highly highly recommend!

I had very great experience purchasing tiles from Sognare Tile. Due to the lack of materials and inventory in the state where I was, I searched online and found Sognare tile. Rabia was super helpful in taking photos and videos of the tiles that I was interested in and she even tried to use her displayed faucets to try to give me an idea of how the tiles' design, color, faucet color would look like for my future bathroom. When I received my tiles, there were many broken pieces (the tiles were mailed directly to me from the wholesaler store on the east coast), Salima and Rabia were very quick to put in a claim so that the wholesaler immediately sent me the replacements. I would come back to Sognare Tile for any of my tiles needs in the future, and I highly recommend Sognare Tile to anyone not only because of their great service but also their fair and reasonable price.

From start to finish, Sognare Tile has demonstrated why they continue to have 5-star reviews. Salima and Rabia were so quick to respond to all of our emails, phone calls, and text messages when helping us get our quartz countertops purchased, fabricated, and installed. Sognare Tile may be a small family business, but they carried one of my favorite tile manufacturers, Porcelanosa Tile. We were able to see the sample that we wanted to see in their showroom and they were very timely in ordering our large format tile. I was remodeling the bathroom myself and picked up the tile from their location on two occasions, getting expert help loading the heavy boxes into my SUV. Sognare deserves TEN stars! We are completely grateful to the Sognare dream team that us Salima and Ameen. They work as a team. Salima is in charge of design and style (all complimentary and no charge!), and Ameen is in charge of structure and layout. They work together to make sure that your final product will be seamless. They coordinate your project for you and save you from alot of the headaches of trades people who don't show or flake on you or do shoddy work. We built our house from scratch and were overwhelmed as we did not have a good grasp on the final vision for our home. We didn't know where to start as our contractor was useless. When I had read all of the prior reviews for Sognare about how they work together and complete your project when you just need your project saved, it is all true! Salima is amazing. She helps you narrow down your style as well as picking tiles, finishes that will work for your lifestyle. She's also honest. If you have a price range, she works within your budget to keep you closer to your budget and finding alternative options. If she doesn't really like what you picked, she will be honest and still polite by letting you know why it may not worn together. We have 5 beautifully done bathrooms. All bathrooms have a very different feel from the others. Our kitchen is modern and yet classic. Despite having many questions and feeling indecisive about some of my choices, she has always been patient and helpful revisiting the same ideas and thoughts over and over again. They are also the most honest company and group of tradespeople that you will work with. We had ordered a tile from them. The tile company changed the producer of this and so the tile Pattern was significantly different. Although the tile was already paid for AND halfway installed, they agreed that the tile pattern was not the same as what I had seen in their showroom. They ate the cost of the tile and installation. This is how honest they are. Ameen has his own team of installers. If you choose tile from Sognare and choose Ameen and his crew to install, your headache will be nonexistent. Since it is from the same team, the delivery and installation is all coordinated. You save yourself the headache of being there when tile is delivered, scheduling the floor installer, scheduling the plumber etc... Ameen also has many ideas about layout, and also offers solutions and design layout from a structural standpoint while Salima offers the design from colors and patterns standpoint. We have referred many of our friends to them and will continue to refer them. We have a beautiful home because of Salima and Ameen. If you are not happy with something, they will work with you to see how they can remedy the issue. In addition, Salima is able to help place orders with major furniture companies such Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware etc... when there has been any issue with the furniture, since it was ordered by a designer, these companies are a million times more receptive than if you were just a basic customer ordering. My husband and I renovated a 1961 original home. This home needed work, to say the least! We spent months shopping around "tile row" in Anaheim and when you're renovating an entire home (bringing it to the studs) with 4 bathrooms, it's really easy to get overwhelmed with all the options - too many choices, too many colors, too many design opportunities. In my mind, I knew what I wanted our home to look like, but narrowing down the choices was the most daunting part. When we stopped by Sognare, we were warmly greeted by Salima. She and her husband, Ameen, own the shop and immediately you could tell that they stood out from the rest. Salima took the time to get to know us and understand what our renovation project entailed, the timeline we were working with, and even took the time to learn about my design style and preferences. Their shop looks small, but they have multiple rooms for tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, etc. It's a mini labyrinth with many, many options for everything you could ever need for a remodel. They also helped us save $ at Arizona Tile where we wanted to purchase our kitchen quartz slabs! - Sognare goes above and beyond for their customers. Midway through our master bath shower install, we discovered the GC did not measure correctly and we were short a box of tile. Unfortunately, at that time (and during Covid), the tile had been discontinued. Salima spent an entire day calling her network to find me the last box we needed. She somehow located it on the east coast, purchased it, and shipped it straight to us so we could finish our bathroom! If I could give Sognare 10 stars, I would! Sognare, Salima, Ameen have been such a blessing to us. If I could give this small business 10 stars for customer service, I would!!! Salima was fantastic. Above and beyond!! I needed tile for a kitchen backsplash on a project with a very short timeline. My contractor indicated that he was having trouble getting through to the company to place the order. I called the company, the call was answered on the second ring and Salima confirmed that the product was in stock and could be delivered in about three business days. My contractor is a great guy who does terrific work but, like many, he has a million things going on. Salima agreed to call HIM to facilitate placing the order AND AGREED TO CALL ME BACK ONCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED, just to put my mind at ease. Outstanding? Yes! Exceptional? Yes! Sognare Tile did a great job transforming the look and feel of my kitchen. My house came with an ugly stock granite countertop and backsplash. Ameen and team replaced the countertops with white quartz, and did a waterfall design for the island. They also replaced the backsplash with a white subway tile. Sognare didn't have a fancy wide open show room like the others in the tile district but don't let the marketing fluff distract you. They have quality products and a great selection. Porcelain tile, hardwood, Vinyl, SPC, WPC etc; flooring can be overwhelming with choices but their knowledgeable staff can help you narrow down your selection. I took my time going back and forth between different flooring and designs but the staff was extremely patient and made sure I was happy with my choice. No pressure at all! In addition to the new flooring project, I was also looking for matching a tile I currently own. I contacted the distributor the tile was last purchased from and they did not have it. I also contacted 5 other places with no luck. Fortunately I checked with Sognare and they had the same exact manufacturer and brand! I ended up buying the tile and was surprised by how great the prices were. I assume their operating cost is lower due to their no frills, straight to the point showroom. They probably pass the cost savings to the consumer. I picked up the tile and it was very effortless. The tile was packed very securely and they had a forklift place it in the truck. Unloading the heavy tile at home was another story. Overall great experience and will definitely do business with Sognare again. We bought pre-fab quartz countertops from Sognare and just could not be happier with the result! 1. They have great prices and are very good about directing you to the kind of material you want. 2. They know you can't really choose a counter from the sample all of the time. They look SO DIFFERENT in the full size! So, they'll connect you would wholesalers to choose your countertop. We got to choose the *exact* pieces we wanted for our kitchen and they look gorgeous. 3. Their communication is so fast! 4. Their installers are real pros - they are quick, but also so careful and experienced. They were able to offer ideas about placing the seams in our counters that made them less visible, kept them away from fragile places on the counter, and saved us counter material (we had enough extra to do two vanities in our bathrooms!). After we finished our kitchen, I searched for counter material again for a bathroom project. I looked around, but ended up coming right back to Sognare. They are the best!
