Carlos and his crew at Simply Tiles did an amazing job. Their work is impeccable. They’re reliable and definitely know what they’re doing. There was very little waste. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Taty in the office was also very professional and helpful.

Simply Tile was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. This is our second project with them after they remodeled out kitchen a few years ago. This time they did three bathroom remodels for us. Taty is so patient in helping us design a modern looking bathroom and her attention to detail and color tones delivers extra design value others do not provide. Christian, Jorge, Arturo and all the other workers are respectful, friendly, and attentive to details. Arturo was particularly patient to redo some tiles that were initially slightly offset to make it just right. We really appreciate their responsiveness by email and text, keeping us constantly updated to progress and issues as they came up. We highly recommend Simply Tile and would gladly use them again for future projects.

Simply Tiles remodeled our kitchen, which was all original from 1956 when the house was built. Carlos was very professional and thorough from the start. After our initial meeting, he brought Hector, the cabinet guy, and Jorge, the plumber and electrician, to have a look before providing a quote. The contract that Carlos prepared was simple and clear. We did make a change to the flooring plan while the work was in progress. With the exception of that change, there were no hidden costs or extra charges. Carlos’ team is top-notch. They were on time every day, reliable, clean, and the work was seamless. They take pride in what they do, and it was evident in the quality and workmanship. Carlos was on-site frequently and communicated any issues that needed to be addressed, both to his team and to me, or to let me know if there would be delays. He was prompt with returning calls and texts. A special thank you to Taty for her kind help and professionalism, particularly with helping me select a unique backsplash. The remodel took a bit longer than anticipated, but the wait was worth it. I am absolutely delighted with the kitchen. I highly recommend Simply Tiles and would not hesitate to hire them again for any future projects.

I've worked with Taty and her team for over 10years with most of our custom hillside ground up projects and still have not found better people to work with than them. Not only do they have a huge selection of tile and finishes but their professionalism, quality and customer service is what keeps us working closely together. They go above and beyond to make sure we get taken care of when construction doesn't always go as planned. The experience we've had working together gives us full trust in keeping our clients and projects happy and moving forward with them. We are grateful to have people we can confide in when design needs to be improvised and appreciate what they do for their customers. We've worked with many showrooms and distributors in LA over the years and still they are our #1 highly recommended source and don't see that changing any time soon. :)

We recently had a complete remodel of our bathroom, and are extremely happy with the final product. We found all the workers involved in the project to be very good at their respective craft, on time, and very neat. A special mention for Taty who provided excellent guidance in making decorative choices. Would highly recommend Simply Tiles.

I 100% CAN NOT recommend Simply tiles. We had them install our bathroom several years ago. The shower wall tiles started to crack and now I found that the toilet had been improperly installed and has been leaking sewer liquid under the floor for years. I now have to 100% remodel the entire bathroom that was just remodeled 5 years ago. This involves the poor craftsmanship of the installation. Prior to COVID Carlos had agreed to fix the tiles, then COVID hit and everything stopped. Now Carlos doesn't remember our agreement and says he only provides a 1 year warranty anyway. Lesson learned, always keep EVERYTHING in writing since Carlos does not honor his word. We trusted Simply Tiles to redo our bathroom and paid them handsomely for it, now every bit they touched has broken 5 years later. I would STRONGLY advise looking for another vendor. I now have to pay yet again to fix Simply Tiles $12,000 mistake. Posted by a real person, who used Simply Tiles, and got screwed by Carlos (the owner!)
