I just got my cabinets and granite installed and I'm loving my new kitchen look. I was referred to Sylvia by a friend and she did not fail me. From beginning to end Sylvia was the epitome of customer focused. She provided all the information I needed at my first visit, came to my home and gave me some ideas and designs for how I could reconfigure my kitchen. Further, she patiently answered my phone calls/texts every time and did everything within her power to give me good information on product and scheduling. Frankly, I could have gone other places for my cabinets and granite, but Sylvia won my business with her ever friendly smile, great customer service and patient hand holding. Sylvia is awesome and is what makes this review a 5 star rating!

I bought my cabinets and granite from these guys and am so pleased with everything! Ask for Sylvia, she will take care of you. She helped walk me through all of my options, made suggestions, came out to the house and really worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with every detail. Their prices are really awesome, the cabinets are better quality than IKEA, roughly the same cost, but that cost includes installation, for install of IKEA cabinets through their in house referral company we were quoted $3500! All the cabinets and drawers are soft close. They were able to get our granite installed within about five days of doing template, which is unheard of. My wife was very pregnant and we had a deadline of amber due date to be done and they did everything they could to make that happen. I have a 1930 house and my kitchen is small and ha some weird corners but this didn't phase them, they took care of business and did an awesome job, plus they smoked everyone on price, including Keystone and Marble Center, but more importantly, they treated me really well. I highly recommend!

Great experience. My daughter was looking for granite counters for two bath vanities. Sylvia was very helpful and showed her granite and quartz slabs. She eventually went with the quartz. It was a small purchase but was treated as a valued customer none the less. Thanks Sylvia!

I’ve been coming here with my mom for years now, they are always really helpful and friendly! We were just shopping around and they ended up being the best price, too by 150$ (Which is like 40% off—small project). Shaun is even trying to help us get it in time for our Christmas party, a couple days earlier than it was scheduled for. We will definitely keep coming back!

This is an efficient and amazing business! I have worked with them on two separate houses to install countertops for my homes. When I first visited the store I honestly did not know what I was doing and Shawn walked me through the process and helped me multiple times (I needed it!), on site I needed to change something in the order and they were able to do so. This company has been so helpful and I look forward to my next project with them!

First issue.. when the granite counter tops came to be delivered, they were not what I picked out in the store. second issue,. apparently I got scraps laying around. I have a seam going down the cabinet about a foot from the sink., third issue they had to come back out and re drill the holes that weren't big enough for the faucet to fit in., oh and the holes are not lined up as they were suppose to be, and best of all I save for last. they installed my island top 1'' off, and had to return that day to rip off the top along with ripping up the new hardwood flooring around the island.. so I have a mess of glue around the top of my cabinets from them having to cut it off and reapply it. Not even an apology for the huge inconvenience.. my floor is snapping together around the island still. oh did I mention I had new cabinets installed that now have gaps in the corners where the trim meets from them ripping my island off the floor... also the tops were very scratched up looking. in my opinion very cheap granite. I would of gave no stars if I could have. very unhappy customer, I recommend buying elsewhere, I know two other people that used Silverstone and was not happy with them either. Buyer Beware

I love working with this company, they help you as soon as you come in the door and really talk to you about the project your doing and your different options depending on your budget. The install process is seamless, efficient, and timely. I can't wait to work with them again!

We purchased our kitchen countertops from Silver Stone and they are absolutely stunning. This is the first time we have remodeled a kitchen and purchased granite countertops. From start to finish, we had an excellent experience. Shawn was incredibly helpful - from designing, choosing stone, implementing support structures, scheduling, answering our multiple questions, and calming our worries. Friendly crew and very skilled crafters. Super careful with installation. And great job cleaning up after the job is done. Price is fair and I don’t expect anything less with this quality of work. They went over every step before the installation. But MOST importantly, the wife is super happy.
