Have worked with Signature Cabintry for over 17 years for all of our Residential and Commercial projects! We have always been astounded at the excellent pricing, customer service and craftsmanship of this company!!! If u want a quality custom cabinet at a great price, this is your place! The designers are amazing at helping you sort thru the daunting task of selecting materials and perfecting your space. I never have to worry that I have forgotten anything! Will continue to use them for all of our upcoming projects!!

I highly recommend Signature Cabinetry for any cabinets & counter tops you need. Just used them recently and will be purchasing from them again in the near future. The showroom is beautiful, the employees are extra knowledgeable & helpful, and delivery was prompt. The installation was top notch. I used Signature Cabinetry for an office area in my home and would highly recommend them. The salesman came up with a great layout to maximize the space using floating shelves and plenty of drawers for storage. Their showroom is pretty and has lot of displays.

I really wish I would have read reviews before. The 4.4 score is generous. I've been working on getting a refund for damaged cabinets and parts that never showed up and I have had zero progress on this. The rep who sold the cabinets from day one said the stain was off and they needed to have Medallion come out and review them. That never happened. I highly recommend just doing custom cabinets. For the price you pay you can get high quality cabinets made custom to your needs.

We were in a pinch to get a countertop for our front desk fast! We called signature cabinetry and they came out immediately and measured. I told them my vision and they had it installed by the beginning of the following week. The quality is beautiful and the customer service experience was exceptional. We also have used them in our home and once again the quality is wonderful and the whole process was so fast and easy! I will continue to use them for all of my cabinet and countertop needs! Alex and the entire team was helpful and knowledgeable to accommodate our needs. They were super easy to work with and the project turned out fantastic! My mom bought from them 5 years ago and still talks about her granite counter tops and how they showcase her kitchen. Best decision ever to buy from here. They know there stuff. They did a great job measuring, installing my kitchen countertops. I had them back to do the utility room.. Also, they are a local business! I had Lowes do my bathroom countertop earlier than I redid the kitchen, and it was a complete debacle. They contract with someone from Toledo and there were delivery and other issues. Thank goodness at least we installed the lowes countertops ourselves. Heard Menard's uses the same contractor. Swore I would never use Lowes again and would only go with a recommended local business. Very professional job.

I went in to this planning experience with a list of very specific things I wanted. I felt that I communicated my list very clearly. The designs that I was sent included all order numbers, so it was impossible to truly understand what was being ordered. I felt that I was being a bother any time I asked questions or for revisions. Once they were installed, the coffee station was not at all what we had discussed - you couldn't even fit a coffee pot in it! Nothing has been made to resolve the situation. Save yourself money and hassle and just order the Home Depot quality cabinets straight from Home Depot or Lowes!

The first counter they installed was completely warped. They came out to install a new one and dropped it while trying to load it into the truck so it broke. They showed up at my home and tried to give me a story about they always install 2 separate pieces which my original was 1 piece. Upon inspecting it the seam was awful and the one side was darker in color than the other side. I told them it wasn't acceptable and I wanted 1 piece the same color just like I had. They then admitted to my contractor that they had actually broken the one I was supposed to get and they were lying to cover their mistake. So they come back today and as they carry the new, one piece counter to my house they drop it again and damage it. We had no choice but to install it while I wait for yet another counter. As they install it we see that this one is warped also. Now I'll be taking a 3rd day off work to try yet again. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable.
