Thank you Sembro for such a painless renovation journey! We knew when we bought our new house that the kitchen would need a glow up. We had a specific vision for what would functionally work best for our family. The initial consult with Paul was thorough and he answered all our questions. The design consult with Mariya was so fun! She took our inspiration photo and ran with it, taking into account all our must haves. The Cleveland showroom is BEAUTIFUL and extensive with options. Originally the project was quoted to last 6 weeks (average duration), then we were told probably 8-10 weeks, and the team actually finished in about 4.5 weeks! Ivan was wonderful with the construction and tweaking our little requests. I called SemBro on a referral and I’m so glad I did, thank you all again for the kitchen of our dreams!

In a nutshell, our kitchen project consisted of removing old flooring, leveling the concrete floor and replace with luxury vinyl, remove our 20 year old Corian countertops and replace with the latest Quartz, add new style backsplash tile and finally replace faucet, disposal and sink with the new and latest products. For starters, SemBro has a huge warehouse you can visit to see various layouts and products. Importantly, SemBros crews are not subcontractors but work for SemBro. Each task had a different crew of 2 workers minimum who specialized in the work required assuring quality work. Each crew took no breaks (besides quick lunch) and worked diligently to complete each phase of the job. Another plus is that SemBro cuts/forms the countertops "in house" with their own equipment which is a huge plus! We highly recommend SemBro Design who not only did a fantastic job with our kitchen but proved to be cost effective as well. Give owner Yuriy a call...you won't. be disappointed!

From start to finish Sembro went above and beyond. From the design meetings to picking out the finishes, to the work being done everyone involved in the project was very professional. The hardest workers I have ever seen. I would absolutely recommend this company for any project. Sembro transformed my 1950s ranch into a modern beauty. They gutted the kitchen and bathroom, removed a wall so the kitchen flows into the dining room, renovated a half bath, refinished the hardwood floors and painted the interior all within the timeframe and budget established. Yuri, Pasha and the rest of the guys are the best. You will not be disappointed!

Our project consisted of a complete tear down and renovation of our kitchen, dining room, office and half bath. Completion of the project by the SemBro team exceeded our expectations in every way and we couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the cabinets and other supplies used was excellent and the craftsmanship of the work performed was exceptional. It was a pleasure to work with the entire team. Paul and Mariya did an excellent job on the layout and design and Dan, our Project Manager, was helpful in every step of the process and handled any issues that arose promptly and efficiently. Everyone was fully responsive to all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. The project was completed much sooner than the initial estimate and all inspections were passed without issues. They even handled an unrelated electrical issue that occurred after the project was finished, which was much appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend SemBro and will use them again for any future projects that come up.

From the moment I stepped into their showroom I was hooked. Such a beautiful setup and it gives you a chance to see items in a real way. They were very professional and Mariya, Paul and Dan were all so helpful. I would change my mind, but they were very patient. Yuiry from Sembro just finished a renovation for my son’s house and turned out amazing!! The crew was very professional, polite and goes the extra mile to make sure that u are totally satisfied with what u get .Yuriy is vey pleasant to deal with , has a good eye for design so u can trust his recommendations, never heard that we have a dead line to finish the project by , waited patiently when the sconces we liked are on back order and have to find an alternative, that takes the stress out of the renovation process . We had SemBro renovate our kitchen and first floor. We were initially impressed by the responsiveness and helpfulness of our design engineer David who patiently walked us through the process. Equally we were impressed with our contractor Pasha and his team. The project was completed on time and within budget. Good craftsmanship and they cleaned up when the work was done. We're a year in to our renovated home and absolutely loving it thanks to an incredible partnership with SemBro. They took on some major projects including constructing a gorgeous full bathroom from scratch (first photo), raising our ceilings and adding beams & skylights (photos 2-3), and a remodeling a bathroom with beautiful tile and flooring (photo 4), among others. Every bit of work they've done has held up perfectly over the past year with no issues at all. The team was patient and flexible with us at every step, including helping us figure out where we could take on tasks ourselves to reduce costs to fit our budget. We were also particular with our design choices and they were always accommodating. We interviewed several companies for our full kitchen remodel. We hired SemBro Design and Supply because they matched the design, cost, timeframe and professionalism we were looking for. David, the designer, was our initial contact with SemBro and he could not have been more professional. He provided design options and helped us navigate the entire process. Pasha, the project manager, was equally professional. He kept in close contact with us and was quick to address any concerns we may have had. The workers were talented, worked quickly, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. We had a wonderful experience with Paul and his team; from start to finish. The process was smooth and the demolish/install was quick. For our project we just had the counters and cabinets replaced. We have been DIY’s enthusiasts for a time but deep in our hearts we knew we could not pull off a kitchen project with three active boys and tons of sports. We found SemBro Design & Supply and never looked back! From our kitchen table to their Cleveland office, these guys are top notch professionals. They were patient with us, listened and confirmed our requirements, and gave us multiple design renderings of the end product. They simplified the choices for us, made it exciting to see our old kitchen come down, were cordial and extremely meticulous. They also maintained a clean environment during and after each work day. They came within the timeline we agreed and were very honest when they suspected delays. A good example, a countertop was cut out of missed specifications and they proactively reached out, provided us with options to keep at no cost, or wait for a replacement, and at the end delivered a stellar product. My wife has never been happy like I have seen her in her new Kitchen. She’s already prepping a future bathroom project with SemBro. We wholeheartedly endorse their workmanship, their product, their attention to details, expertise and above all a listening ear and active engagement throughout the project. From the start, Sembro was very professional. Their manager came to our home for a personal inspection of our old bathroom. He then gave us a 3D rendering of what our new bathroom would look like when finished rather than just 2D drawings. It helped my wife to visualize how the bathroom would eventually look. Sembro also gave us several ideas which we eventually incorporated into the final design. Sembro also gave us a written Quotation with a detailed budget. The budget gave us allowances for some of the material which we could then either purchase from them or source ourselves from other suppliers. We really appreciated the flexibility of being able to select what we wanted for our bathroom so that if it was something that was perhaps either less expensive or more expensive than what was in the initial budget, we were free to do so. At the end, all of the items and services that Sembro provided came in at the costs quoted in their original Quotation. During the project, Sembro's manager came to our home at several key times to ensure first that the project started off right and stayed on course. He also helped to arrange urgent repairs like when I unexpectedly discovered that a mouse had chewed through the old electrical wiring! The best part of the project was Sembro's in house crew. They have their own very talented craftsmen to do drywall, tiling, painting, carpentry and other miscellaneous installation work of fixtures, etc. We had very crooked / wavy walls in our old bathroom that they did a great job of straightening out. Their 2 man team who did the tile work, both on the floor and the surround for the bathtub, did a fantastic job! Also, their painter was excellent. One thing I really appreciated was that since Sembro had their own painter (who are difficult to find), they could coordinate the installation work with the painting. Several years prior, we redid our kitchen and had a great deal of difficulty coordinating with the painter who never seemed available when needed which held the project up. The other thing that I really liked about Sembro's team was that they would work until the job was done. Often they would stay until late in the afternoon or early evening in order to finish up a specific stage of the job. In the past, we had workers in our house who would leave at 3:00 PM, regardless of whether or not they were finished. Sembro's team always worked hard and fast too! We bought a house that needed a lot of work while living across the country. We needed the house remodeled before we moved in which felt like a daunting task in managing it from afar. We engaged 3 contractors to receive a bid. Sembro's took the longest to receive but for good reason. Theirs was the only one that included 3D designs. It was also helpful that they had a show room to see products in person. Paul was great to work with. Construction started and ended relatively on time. Near the end of the project we nitpicked several items we wanted addressed before officially closing the project which they took action on fast. Absolutely no problems in getting them to come over and address any issues or concerns. Very happy with all the work that was completed and would not hesitate to hire again. Only gripe I would have is how they handled the referrals we passed along to them. One project they closed on and completed a kitchen remodel. We never received a "thanks" or acknowledgment of the added business we provided them. We also passed them onto another friend to provide a quote and they ended up being ghosted. Really odd.
