I worked with Leslie at the Roseville store. She was excellent in picking out a Cambria quartz countertop and backsplash that would work with our cabinets. The install was in 2 phases and the install/measure teams were very professional, clean and friendly.

I could not be happier with my experience with Select Surfaces in Roseville. I was worried about my odd kitchen layout but everything worked out fabulously! From sales, measuring, layout and installation everyone was so professional and interested in giving me what I was expecting. The quality of the people and product could not be any better.

The best way to capture the experience we had was, this is the "A" team. From the sales floor through site measurement, prep, removal of the old counters, installation and follow through on a factory product flaw, each and every team member was professional and...happy. That last measure is a great indicator of a solid culture that recognizes that good, motivated and well treated employees is the path to satisfied and repeat customers.

We came to Select Surfaces after a bad experience with another countertop company. Everyone we dealt with at Select Surfaces--including multiple store personnel, the scheduler, and the installers--were professional and understanding and very helpful. We are so happy we found them!

I randomly walked into Select Surfaces in Roseville Mn. My project was a small kitchen, I also had no idea what I wanted. With great confidence Julie Woltjer listened drew up the plans and I asked her what She thought I should go with in my choice of counter tops, perfect right. Julie had given me expert suggestions and I gained more space using old cabinets. I can not tell you how kind the installation team was. They did an amazing install very professional. My Cambria countertops were installed by Liam, Josh, Matt and Alex. By far, the best ever. Their mathematical accuracy was supreme. They went above and beyond to protect my floors and other surfaces during the installation process. I appreciate their professional skills in dealing with a difficult measurement issue. They made sure it got done correctly. They were very polite, respectful and always on time. The five stars I am giving them are definitely “GOLD” stars.

We remodel our kitchen after looking at other companies and products we choose Select Surfaces and Cambria Counter tops. Our sales person Heidi was great to work with, she took the time to understand what we wanted and provided ideas that meet our likes. Their communication with us during the sales and install was spot on! The install team arrived on time and cleaning up after when they were done. Service after the sale is another reason to choose Select Surface, Cory and Tony do a great job should you ever need it. We recommend Select Surfaces!

I could not sing enough praises for Select Surfaces. Everything about our experience was great. We walked into the showroom in Roseville with an idea of what we wanted, and Julie and the team were so helpful in walking us through all of the options. We got to take samples of countertops home to see them in our space, which was great. When we signed on the line, again, Julie and the whole staff made sure we were very clear on exactly what was going to happen and when, and we were surprised by how quickly they got our counters installed! On install day, there was an issue with the cut of one of the pieces, and they came back within maybe 2 days tops to finish the whole project. All in all, highly recommend this business. The quality product, service, and speed were all outstanding.

Could not feel worse about my experience with select surfaces. Customer service and experience was awful. Don't send them any money (that is when the disappear and start screwing with your project). Hope this helps!

These guys are the best in the business! Initial installation of our Cambria countertops went flawlessly. Very professional and perfect results. In addition, my son dropped a pan on the countertop corner, knocking a small chip off the edge. I made one call to seek advice regarding repair. Their response was to send a tech out, in spite of the fact that this was not covered under warranty, and repair the countertop at no charge. Can’t say enough about their service and expertise!

Sometimes just changing out the old desktop changes the entire appearance and feel of your daughter’s work space!!!

The Select Surfaces showroom is absolutely amazing! Love the large display samples and variety of options available. Plus, all of the team members are incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

I seldom post but I attended an open house tonight that was amazing. Select West Their showroom is lovely and it’s just around the corner here in Plymouth. I worked with their home office, Select Surface of Roseville where I selected my bathroom counter tops. But after seeing all the beautiful displays, I can’t wait to bring my colors back and pick out new kitchen counter top from Select West.
