Great experience. I personally thought it was reasonably priced. I got the Quartz and of course had to pick one of their most popular slabs. Quick install, got the countertops installed in less than 3 weeks since setting my first appointment. The cuts were perfect and I KNOW my walls were not perfect and without needing a backsplash piece, I'm very happy! Will recommend to others!

Select Stone in Billerica was great from assistance with walking the showroom and selecting a few stones. Patricia helping us (my wife and I) in the process once we selected our stone with edge detail and getting our counters to us very quickly, less than 3 weeks from template to install!! My wife and I came here looking for a match between our flooring and cabinets, holding samples to match. We were introduced to Isadora, who was very helpful. She was able to assist us in a perfect match for our kitchen. But she worked to accommodate our time lines for needing to have the stone installed. The whole process of selecting the stone to the removal of the old counter top and installation of the new one was great. Gisele at Select Stone showed us several slabs to choose from. The guys who removed our old counter top were careful and cleaned up after. Measurements were spot on for the new one. They did a great job on installation and did it in a timely manner. All in all a good experience from Select Stone. Highly recommend them.

These people are on top of the project! Isadora was very calm, patient, and informative. Celio came to do precise measurements and took my sink to attach it to the stone. A week later two men in a truck showed up and installed my new countertops!! I'm very happy! Days away from having the rest completed.

We had such a great experience with Select Stone. Daniele was responsive and very helpful from beginning to end. We upgraded our countertops from an older granite style to more modern quartz and she helped recommend what would look best with our cabinets. From removing our old cabinets to install of the new ones it was 12 days (including weekends) and the install was quick and seamless. I noticed a scuff mark a few days later that you could really only see in a certain light and Daniele answered my email immediately after and her and another employee were at my house fixing it that same day. Outstanding customer service; I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Absolutely horrible experience. We drove out from Boston looking for a granite remnant for our kitchen remodel. We were helped by Josadack (goes by Joe) and he immediately kept trying to talk us into buying new granite instead of a remnant. He finally stopped badgering us, and we found 2 remnants we liked. But then when we tried to follow-up the next week to make arrangements for delivery and install, he would not answer our calls or emails. He even answered once and then just hung up. We ultimately bought our granite from another place, and would encourage everyone to absolutely avoid select stone.

I never write reviews but was so impressed with Select Stone's quality and service, and had previously looked at Yelp and was hesitant to use them since there was just one review and it was negative so I wanted to counter that with my experience. I was painting my cabinets and wanted a new counter/sink so I did not have a contractor and no idea what I was doing - Patricia at Select Stone was so patient with me, answered all of my questions and walked me through choices, and alerted me to things that may/did come up in removing the old counters and trying to keep my existing backsplash well before I got into that stage so I was better prepared. The stone could not be more beautiful or flawless, and I needed to do it in 2 pieces and the installers did an outstanding job at piecing them together so the seam is nearly invisible. In addition - I received 6 different quotes on the granite and the prices fluctuated quite a bit, but all were 30% higher than at Select Stone!! And the other places did not seem as willing or helpful to someone like me that was doing a lot of the work themselves. I highly recommend them for their quality, price and customer service - they were the perfect package!!

Select Stone installed a granite bathroom vanity top when we built our new home in 2018. Using a partial slab left over in their warehouse the price was great (slightly better than the contractor the builder used for the rest of the house), the template and install very good. Was totally pleased with their work. In August of 2019 I wanted a long granite counter in the 3rd floor studio and made several trips to view their inventory and finally found 3 partial unsold slabs left over in their warehouse that would work. After dealing with Patricia and more than a few follow-ups requesting a price I was quoted $1300 for only one of 3 options. This was $400 over 2 different quotes that I had received from fabricators in Hudson, MA--Obviously I went with the guys in Hudson, the install was perfect, and I got exactly what I wanted. Seems like Select Stone wants to compete with Garrity Granite on having the highest prices and worst customer service in the Eastern Suburbs. Stay away.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, but accuracy and quality are not high on their list. They ordered the wrong kitchen counter top causing a 2 week delay to the project. Then they broke a bathroom counter top while cutting it, forcing me to select something quickly that I did not like as much. The installation is not the best - sometimes it's difficult to tell these are new counter tops. I would not use them again

They cracked the stone upon installation. It had taken me 1 1/2 years to find a stone I loved that would work in my particular kitchen; no other slabs of that stone existed in the northeast -- I spent hours upon hours checking. Then, I was told they'd located a stone. I drove down there, almost an hour from home, only to find Select Stone was wrong. The original stone was repaired and I accepted the repair (they did do a good job of this), but after they'd done the whole installation with the repaired stone, I noticed two backsplashes were also cracked -- and they glued them together without telling me. I'd already paid. They dripped epoxy on my new sink and also on the cabinet below; the epoxy, of course, was hardened by the time I noticed.

They did a fantastic job with my kitchen. However, I am trying to get my bathroom done and they are not great at returning calls. I left a voicemail and was told that they never received it. I then reached out through their website and received a call back. They were going to check to make sure the stone was available and call me back. Again no call. I left another voicemail. No call. I have referred them to people several times. Unfortunately, I can no longer say that they are customer service focused.
