Great experience. I personally thought it was reasonably priced. I got the Quartz and of course had to pick one of their most popular slabs. Quick install, got the countertops installed in less than 3 weeks since setting my first appointment. The cuts were perfect and I KNOW my walls were not perfect and without needing a backsplash piece, I'm very happy! Will recommend to others!

Working with Patricia from Select Stone was a very positive experience. From the very start she helped us match our cabinet colors and floor to the perfect quartz slabs. Whenever we had a question , she got back to us promptly. The team that installed our countertops and backsplash were professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company as they were helpful from the beginning to the completion of our kitchen project.

I would highly recommend Select Stone to anyone looking for a granite, quartz or stone contractor. Throughout the process our sales representative Gisele was helpful and very knowledgeable. From sales to template to installation the process went smoothly and efficiently. Select Stone has a wide variety of stone to choose from at their office/warehouse streamlining the process even more. A one stop operation!!

Select Stone in Billerica was great from assistance with walking the showroom and selecting a few stones. Patricia helping us (my wife and I) in the process once we selected our stone with edge detail and getting our counters to us very quickly, less than 3 weeks from template to install!! They have great prices and would definitely use them again.

The whole process of selecting the stone to the removal of the old counter top and installation of the new one was great. Gisele at Select Stone showed us several slabs to choose from. The guys who removed our old counter top were careful and cleaned up after. Measurements were spot on for the new one. They did a great job on installation and did it in a timely manner. All in all a good experience from Select Stone. Highly recommend them.

These people are on top of the project! Isadora was very calm, patient, and informative. Celio came to do precise measurements and took my sink to attach it to the stone. A week later two men in a truck showed up and installed my new countertops!! I'm very happy! Days away from having the rest completed.

We had such a great experience with Select Stone. Daniele was responsive and very helpful from beginning to end. We upgraded our countertops from an older granite style to more modern quartz and she helped recommend what would look best with our cabinets. From removing our old cabinets to install of the new ones it was 12 days (including weekends) and the install was quick and seamless. I noticed a scuff mark a few days later that you could really only see in a certain light and Daniele answered my email immediately after and her and another employee were at my house fixing it that same day. Outstanding customer service; I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Everyone here was so great to work with. Jennifer helped us find the perfect match to our tile & Patricia organized everything with our contractor. We were worried that a few pieces wouldn’t be ready on time but they finished & delivered it to us so we wouldn’t miss our deadline! Amazing customer service & we love our stone!

Absolutely horrible experience. We drove out from Boston looking for a granite remnant for our kitchen remodel. We were helped by Josadack (goes by Joe) and he immediately kept trying to talk us into buying new granite instead of a remnant. He finally stopped badgering us, and we found 2 remnants we liked. But then when we tried to follow-up the next week to make arrangements for delivery and install, he would not answer our calls or emails. He even answered once and then just hung up. We ultimately bought our granite from another place, and would encourage everyone to absolutely avoid select stone.
