Danny and Pierre were extremely helpful as we chose our carpet. Leonard did a great job measuring and he was very nice. Rudy and his cousin installed our carpet and were very skilled and respectful. I would highly recommend using Savon for any flooring needs. Reasonably priced as well ☺️

From our very first visit to Sav-On Carpet and Tile, my wife and I knew we had found the perfect place to do our business. We were replacing all the carpet on the second floor of our large house, and we had purposely chosen Sav-On because they had such great reviews AND because they were a family-owned business. Mike is the owner; Pierre, the manager, is a cousin; and Danny is a brother. (I think I have these relationships right!) We were treated like family throughout the entire process, the installers were excellent, and we ended up with a high quality, professionally installed carpet. If that were the only reason to buy from Sav-On, that would be enough. But what we were REALLY amazed by happened four years later when a manufacturing defect showing up in the carpet in every room upstairs. We called Danny and Pierre, who immediately contacted Mike, who immediately arranged for a claim to be filed with the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent out a flooring inspector, who confirmed the defect, and within just a few weeks new carpeting for our entire upstairs was on its way. There was no charge from Sav-On. I'm pretty sure the manufacturer did not pay for the re-installation, so Mike and his business must have absorbed that. All I can say is that I have rarely seen a business operated with such concern for quality and with such integrity. Sav-On Carpet and Tile is the place that we will return to again and again and that we recommend to our friends and family.

I really can't say enough about everyone at Savon Carpet! I had no idea I would meet some of the nicest people! They are not only reasonable,they measured my whole house at no charge and when they told me the price I couldn't believe how low it was to buy and have the carpet installed! I've also never seen anybody work faster! They are on point and focused to get the job done. Shout out to Pierre,Danny,and Leonard!

Absolutely recommend!! I was about to replace my carpet upstairs and on the stairs with Vinyl Plank Flooring. I removed all the carpet and then was faced with the daunting task of installation. After about of week of research, I decided to go with a professional installer. After price hunting for a week, I came across this store on one of my trips to the hardware store. Pierre, the Store Manager, greeted me and instantly put my mind at ease. He was very engaged and understood all of my needs. He quoted me a great deal that was thousands of dollars less than other quotes I received. I later spoke to Leonard, a Sales Representative and he discussed my floor plan and design in great detail. Danny, another Sales Representative, called me as required throughout the entire installation process to ensure I received the best support. Finally, Jose installed the flooring and did an amazing job. Not only did they install all of the new flooring that looks beautiful, they even discarded all of the old carpet that I had previously removed. Great store! Great work! Great customer service! Great Price!

Customer service is great! The selection of quality flooring at more reasonable prices is very large. I found the different floorings I was searching for in a no pressure environment.
