We had the pleasure of working with Gil at Sanoma Kitchen & Bath on two different projects. We renovated a master bathroom and cabana bathroom. Both remodels favored a clean and contemporary design with modern elements. Gil was supportive and available throughout the entire renovation. There was a high level of professionalism with his team. The process from the initial consult to completion was timely. Contractor Juan and his crew did a fantastic job to ensure quality work. The crew was always prompt, courteous and professional. We were very happy with the final results in both projects and were satisfied customers. We recommend working with Gil and his staff for remodeling projects.

Update: So apparently Gil added a response AFTER we spoke. I saw him once during the process. Apparently writing a negative Yelp review will get him to repeatedly contact you. I raised my review, at his request, but apparently he felt the need to add the response below regardless. This interaction sums up my experience with them perfectly. Perhaps if you are doing a very large project that warrants his time you will be fine. I highly advise against using the company if you are doing what they would call a small, say under $50,000 or under project. I met Gil twice: once briefly during the presentation and again during the one time he was on-sight, during which he was highly condescending. He assured me that despite the massive time delays and poor work quality the work would ultimately be done to “their standards.” Clearly we have different standards. They used subcontracts for the majority of my renovation and ended up firing them after half of my new floors had to be torn up and redone. I will be redoing paint touch up over the holidays. I spent five weeks in a hotel. I have a 600sq foot condo. This should have been a super easy and fast project for them; instead it dragged on for months. Update: it’s so much worse than I thought at first. My grout is already crumbling!

Super pleased. After looking at about 8 different companies to remodel my kitchen and bar area which included removing walls, ceiling, trenching for new water pipes, electrical, new cabinets, new lighting, matching previous home marble floors for kitchen area. We decided to use Sanoma. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. You get what you pay for and we are super happy to have used them. The results are spectacular. We started the process with the owner Gil who provided much needed guidance in what was a very complex project. They have a great showroom in Davie, FL. We knew this construction projects was going to be done correctly when we met with the project manager Branden, who explained every step of the construction schedule. He was always there in the morning to guide the workers as to the tasks that needed to be accomplished. At the end of the day he would stop by or Gil would stop by to make sure things had been completed and what trades needed to come in next day. Had a question contacted Branden he always replied or if around the area would just come in. Communication is key for me. From day one we saw the care they took to protect the rest of the house from the major construction that was underway. They cleaned up every day, removed debris every day. The workers all did their work professionally and very respectful. The finishing work came our great, from floors, to the ceilings, to the new walls. They have great talent in that team. My wife and I are super happy with our new kitchen and bar area.

I decided to make an appointment at Sanoma Kitchen & Bath after talking to a good friend who highly recommended Gil and his team after having her kitchen remodeled by them. I had a 22-year old master bathroom in desperate need of full renovation. Although Sanoma Kitchen can develop a plan for a complete project from inception, in my case, I already had a design envisioned by the talented Renata Sallowicz and needed a company that would make it come to life. I was looking for a team who takes pride on details, from the perfection of floor installation to the smoothness of the walls, from the custom-made vanities and mirrors to the impact-proof windows. I was looking to have knowledgeable and polite people working at my house, so I took my friend’s advice and hired Sanoma Kitchen, and today I can confidently say that for the first time in our lives, my husband and I are completely happy with a remodeling project. I wished I had known Sanoma Kitchen and its crew earlier!

Sonoma Kitchen and Bath turned my dream kitchen into a reality. My husband and I cannot say enough about the way our remodel went. Gil and Brendan came to our home, took measurements and listened while I shared my vision for my kitchen. In a couple of days, we had a quote. In a couple more days, I went to their showroom and picked out what I wanted. Beth, their designer, listened to me and helped me find my perfect cabinets, tile and countertops. Every worker that came to do their part of the job, from the demolition to the final completion, were absolute perfectionists. So are we. We were amazed by their workmanship. When the job was finished, I could not keep from jumping for joy and squealing. They also stuck to the budget. It was the best experience we have ever had doing remodeling. We will use them again anytime. They also gave us good advice for replacing our patio ceiling and a good price. All the laborers worked hard and were so friendly. I'm in the process of remodeling my house and ended up choosing Sanoma Kitchens to do the work for us. What a breath of fresh air! Throughout the entire process they were professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were always happy.
