i'm a professional kitchen designer and have been working with Russo Tile and Marble for the past 15 years. Both brothers, Rick and Gino are a pleasure to work with. I have found their craftsmanship to be excellent and they are happy to do a level of detail that others shy away from. They meet their deadlines and are always willing to work with me if we have an interesting field condition etc. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of quality stone fabrication.

I can’t say enough good things about the quality and their employees. Rick and Mallory and the whole team were seriously the best. They really care about the final product and made sure I understood everything before they made cuts. I appreciated their expertise on design to make it look high quality instead of just cutting corners on a quick fix as most other vendor may do. They worked really well with my contractor and were able to collaborate together. Seriously top notch! You could tell the level of detail that they are experts in their craft and work. They treated me with the same care that they would for their own family!

One word...WOW. These guys are true artists. Our countertops have tons of veining and they were able to match it within our constraint of the slabs we had. They have to be the best of the crafts we hired for our remodel. They really think about every single detail and how it's going to look. Truly top notch. So glad we hired them. Not the cheapest bid but you get what you pay for. They also extended their discount through Arizona Tile which certainly helps. When it comes to difficult countertops, it is so important to protect your investment with a great fabricator.

There are Not enough superlatives to describe my entire experience with Russo tile and marble from start to finish. Rick Russo, the owner and his assistant Mallory are extremely personable and knowledgeable. Every step of the process was explained I was given estimates and suggestions on where to find my countertop material as well as Pros and cons of every surface I was considering. Ultimately my choice was Cambria, a manufactured quartz product and Russo did an amazing job fabricating my countertops. So incredible, that almost every single tradesmen who has been in my house since I began my remodel and come by to complete various jobs have all commented on the quality of the craftsmanship of my countertops. The seams are almost invisible and it is almost unbelievable how they were able to carry the pattern at my backsplash around my entire kitchen. I have a lot of angles and curves in my kitchen, I am sure it was difficult but Russo's expertise shines! I cannot recommend Rick and his company highly enough. You will not be disappointed in anything they do. They take great pride in their work and it really shows. Can't wait to have them do my next project!

Rick just finished our countertops in home remodel. Of all the subcontractors we used we had the best experience with him and his company. They came when they said they were gonna come and have no excuses. There were some challenging angles on our job and it came out perfect. One point I would like to draw attention to is that we paid him in full but yet there was a couple of changes that needed to be made after because of plumbing and cabinetry issues unrelated to his work. He didn't delay or put us off and immediately came and fix the problems and changes without complaining. Plus he was very professional and very nice to deal with. We highly recommend him and his company without reservations and will for sure use him on our next job.

This company was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. We were putting in a newer type of countertop material (Neolith - manmade but more durable - and expensive... - than marble/limestone) and were referred to Russo Tile. These guys definitely know their stuff. I had a lot of questions and Rick, the owner, was always prompt and thorough in replying. He even thanked me for the great communication :) And Jeff, the fabricator and installer, and his crew were just great. They took their time with everything - from prep to clean up - and made sure we got the exact look we wanted. They never seemed impatient and were very professional the entire time. And the office staff was very helpful and friendly. Very impressed with Russo Tile!

Russo Tile & Marble are the real deal when it comes to fabrication and installation of granite! Rick is great, reliable and well respected in the industry. When we visited slab yards and said that Rick Russo was our installer, every one said, "He's great. You will be happy with his work!" and gave us extra special attention in picking out our granite. He was helpful with design suggestions and took the time to explain the details of the work involved to get the look we wanted. Kacey was great in maintaining communication, scheduling and follow up. Mallory was also very supportive throughout the process. The installation crew was professional, on time and efficient. We even got to meet the fabricator and place the templates on the slabs to take advantage of the colors and flow of the slabs we chose. The whole team is just that; a team! The best part is that you can just pick out your Granite, Quartz or Quartzite and not worry about the results; it will look beautiful. Competitively priced, but not cheap, the results will look better than amount of money you paid!

Russo Tile installed quartz countertops in my kitchen and I would highly recommend them. The process was so easy! I have never renovated a kitchen before and Mallory (Office Manager) and Kacey (Secretary) provided me with advice regarding the timeline of my project and what to expect throughout the process. They also provided me with recommendations on where to shop for Quartz and a list of installers who could work on my backsplash. They were very quick in responding to all of my questions and I felt comfortable and reassured throughout the process. Upon install, Jeff and his crew worked efficiently and neatly. The counters look amazing and I am very pleased with the entire process.

I purchased my granite and marble from Surfaces USA. I know nothing about natural stone, marble to be exact (it's not my job) so after the marble slab that I wanted was dropped from the device that helps move it, in my presence, I didn't realize that the integrity of the stone could have been compromised, even though it didn't show any visible signs of damage at the time. My fabricator, Rick Russo, one with a fabulous reputation (Russo Tile & Marble, Inc) came to take delivery of it and when they got it back to his shop, the piece was cracked diagonally across the center of the slab. In no way could it be used for my kitchen island piece! In transporting, the slab was sitting on the very top of all the other slabs in the truck so there was absolutely no other stress applied to this piece. I had already taken delivery of the granite - 2 huge slabs - used for the perimeter of the kitchen, that I absolutely love, but I wanted a credit for that cracked marble slab. Rick, our fabricator, even tried returning the broken slab and Surfaces USA would not take it back. Surfaces USA was willing to let me come pick out another slab, but there were no other pieces in their warehouse that I liked! I was in a time crunch and had to purchase a slab elsewhere. After weeks of getting the run around from Surfaces USA to months (almost a year) of disputing the charge, I learned that I was out of luck getting any sort of credit from Surfaces USA. Rick Russo told me from the beginning that he would cover it, if Surfaces USA ended up not doing the right thing. Sure enough, as soon as he got the word that I wouldn't be getting a credit, a check was cut! I cannot speak highly enough of Russo Tile & Marble! The professionalism, customer service and quality work that were all a part of our project will always be remembered and appreciated! We chose a leathered granite and a calcutta marble with a 2 1/2" square edge and Russo's workmanship is impeccable on all our surfaces!!!

The two owners, Gino and Rick Russo, provide top quality work. I decided to remodel my home and was fortunate to hear about how good this company is. After bids from numerous companies I decided to go with Russo Tile and Marble. I liked that it is a family business and both owners are very personable. Gino was able to get the granite I needed for a discounted rate. He also finished my kitchen, barbecue, and bathrooms in a very timely manner. Ultimately, I am very happy I chose this company and I recommend it to anyone remodeling or installing a new kitchen.

I lost my husband to Cancer Jan of 2013 and really felt the need to remodel my home. I contacted Rick Russo July of this year for his assistance in redoing my kitchen and bathroom. His office manager,Ashley, was a great deal of help in this matter. I picked out Granite from a different company and had it delivered to Russo's shop. They cut it, matched it and delivered it in a timely manner. There was a bit of a mix up on my measurements and when it was supposed to be installed it did not fit. Rick took total responsibility. He fixed it right away and told me he would rather have a customer for life and make the situation right then anything else. He is honest, helpful and a wonderful business man. I dealt with many companies through this remodel and I am being completely honest when I tell you that Russo's Tile and Marble is the finest business that I hired. I highly recommend them to you and hope you have as wonderful of as experience as I did. I will never do any tile, granite or marble work with anyone other then Russo's company.

Rick and his staff are hard-working and normally pleasant. Their stone goes in well, the edges smooth though in my job, the stone was cut wrong in all three rooms (once was the contractor's fault), and I've had to live with compromises, one of them very costly. The problem is the way they finish their seams which are not sealed at the cuts. I have stone around and in back of my sink. Every time water gets on this seam, the area turns dark gray. It goes away after a few days, but is very worrisome. This is even with re-sealing those seams. Worse, if you get a drop of oil on a seam, the dark color NEVER goes away. I had the best in town come out for a half-dozen visits to try to bleach these spots, but they have never changed a bit. The seam was not well sealed, and the oil apparently got down into the side of the seam, not sealed, and then entered the stone along 8 to 10 inches of seam. My beautiful kitchen has a huge blemish! Rick has refused to take responsibility and became aggressive about it all.
My advice, if you need to use him because your contractor works with him, make sure you triple check your drawings, and be there to make sure the stone is not cut wrong, and, most of all, don't design your stone to have ANY seams, or you'll be sorry.

It’s important to note that situations like this are not uncommon: contractors may be overwhelmed with work, prefer to discuss project details in person, or choose not to disclose information during the initial contact.

To get up-to-date information, we recommend contacting the company directly through our website — submit a request, call, or message them to receive a personalized quote and clarify current pricing.
Does Russo Tile & Marble offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Russo Tile & Marble performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Russo Tile & Marble provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Russo Tile & Marble, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Russo Tile & Marble in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
