Every morning I flip on the light and take to heart our new kitchen and floors with gratitude; it just feels good to look at it — from the texture of the hardwood, to the color of the cabinets, to the spaciousness that was once closed up. One of my favorite things: closing the cabinet after getting my coffee cup (soft close!). This was a total remodel. We could not be happier with the result or with the process. We found Royal Kitchen and Flooring on Yelp, and their positive reviews led us to visit. We immediately appreciated what seemed a genuine warmth from both Vic and Armin. As weeks passed and we worked closely with them in all kinds of situations, it became evident the warmth and caring are genuine. Vic and Armin, and their entire team, provided experience, expertise, good judgement, and talent. The prices were competitive (much lower than some estimates), but importantly, never were we up-charged or “nickeled-and-dimed” for anything. Royal said what the price would be for various options, and never changed that (except to pass along a discount they were able to get). Vic and Armin (and Tonya) stand by their word. Armin designs the kitchens and is able to show computer renderings. He never lost his patience with us even going through dozens of iterations over weeks, and he was responsive in a way that seemed like it was 24 hours a day seven days a week. We are so thankful we found Royal, so thankful we worked with them instead of piecing together different vendors. Vic organized the actual work and it happened just as he said it would. He can organize installers he works with or accommodate your own contractor for parts. It all went smooth and fast. Vic's teams of installers each worked hard and efficiently, staying late if needed. They were respectful and easy to have in our house for a few days. The cabinets are high quality and it is a joy to open and close them — good, solid craftsmanship. We have only accolades for Royal and not a single complaint. We consider them, and they us, our new friends.

After shopping at three other stores, I walked into Royal and was received with warmth and professionalism. The prices were reasonable and the product high quality. Armin allowed me to order sample boxes of floors to try out in my home. He was patient with me as I took my time choosing a floor. Once the choice was made, everything moved with efficiency and speed. The workers he hired were excellent craftsmen with polite manners. We had two large crews who worked back-to-back in a short amount of time. I absolutely love my new floors, carpet, and baseboards and enjoyed every moment of working with Armin and Vic!

I went to 2 other showrooms to purchase new wood flooring and carpet for 3 rooms. Then I visited Royal kitchen cabinets and flooring. Armin helped me stay in my budget and still get what I wanted. I strongly recommend Royal Kitchen and Flooring. Vick is so professional and accommodating, and he is not at all pushy (or salesman like). He and his staff did an excellent job getting us what we needed for our insurance claim. Tonya was very helpful when we were piecing together the new look for our home, and it came out beautifully. The crews that installed the cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and flooring (throughout the house) were all very friendly and professional, and everything looks amazing! On top of all of that, their prices were significantly lower than the other company we spoke with, and they finished all of the work in an extremely short amount of time! You will not go wrong with Royal Kitchen and Flooring.

Armin and Vic were great to work with and my kitchen came out beautiful. They were both patient and attentive during my kitchen renovation. They were the only ones to put together a CAD drawing for me free of charge and without me asking for one. When I could see the vision laid out in a drawing it made all the difference in the world. They were also very accommodating in the specific cabinet color that I was looking for on my island. In a nutshell, my kitchen came out beautiful, the customer service was excellent and their prices were more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Selecting Royal Kitchen was easily the best decision I made on my remodel. Vic and Tanya were so wonderful to work with. I've never done a remodel before, and they walked me through the entire process, and installed brand new kitchen (countertops, cabinets, and helped me decide to remove the soffit which made a HUGE difference) and also installed all the flooring (hardwood, carpet and vinyl in the laundry room) in my house. They were quick, and their prices and quality of products beat all the other bids I had gotten. I couldn't be happier.

We had a second kitchen leak within a 5 year period and had to remove all our downstairs wood floors for a second time. Not fun. We decided to replace the glued down wood with snap in place- waterproof CORtec luxury vinyl flooring. We visited Armin on a Sunday and he came out for an estimate just a few days later. Of all the people we met with, my husband felt Armin was the most knowledgeable and thorough in answering his questions. And their prices were very competitive. He was easy to work with, always available, very responsive, patient and stuck to my budget. He delivered everything we originally contracted to do with very few issues or delays. I would change my mind on things several times, Armin would just go with the flow, always doing everything he could to make me happy. There were very few hiccups and their timing was great, finishing my full kitchen and master bath remodel in just under four months. They were reliable, efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend Royal Kitchens and Flooring. I recently remodeled my kitchen, master bathroom , powder room , and all the flooring throughout my entire home. I worked with Armin who helped me pick out materials and everything just turned out to be absolutely gorgeous. I used Cambria quartz in my kitchen and so glad I did even though it costs more. It came out absolutely beautiful. Once the job began , everything flowed day by day to the finish. No downtime. Great communication between all involved. Great selection of materials. We had our kitchen, bathroom, fireplace remodeled with new floors throughout the house and even converted a large closet into a laundry room. All within our budget and on the promised schedule. Vic and Armin were a pleasure to work with and were very accomodating, professional, and patient with us through the design process. Their main concern was that we got the kitchen of our dreams. Once the designs were finalized things really started moving. The crews were very professional and efficent, and we had our house completed in 7 weeks. A few weeks later we had a very minor issue and we reached out to Armin. The next day they wre at our house fixing the problem. All-in price was very competitive and they worked long, hard days to get everything done in only 3 days which means we got our house back in no time. After months of searching and talking to people, we finally decided to go with Royal Kitchen and Flooring for our cabinetry work. The reason why we decided to go with RK&F is because of Armin (and great pricing, of course!). From the very beginning of meeting Armin, it was evident that he's thorough and wants to make sure we stayed within our budget. He walked us through the entire design; making sure we had all cabinet and countertop samples we wanted to test out. RK&F's team of woodworkers, plumbers, electricians, and countertop guys are fantastic. They took care in their craft and made sure we were happy with the end results. We worked with Armin for our kitchen and flooring remodel and had a great experience. It took us months to complete our remodel from picking the flooring and cabinets to completing the install but Armin walked us through the entire process and was very accommodating, professional, and easy to work with. He made multiple renderings for me until I was happy with the layout. He was flexible and let us bring in our own sub contractors for some parts i.e the countertops. He was never pushy and I believe gave us a very fair quote for the work. Once we signed on the dotted line, demo and construction started on time and finished in the estimated timeline. We were very happy with the subcontractors who did the demo and the floor too. Armin was very responsive for updates and questions while construction was going on. There were NO surprises in the budget and we paid exactly the amount on our quote. All in all, we were very happy with our experience with Royal Kitchen and will not hesitate to hire them again for future work!

Royal did a major remodel of our kitchen and dining room last year, and I'm finally getting around to putting up some pictures and comments. The house was built in 1998, and we wanted to change from a peninsula kitchen to something with an island, and a LOT more cabinet space. We were essentially converting the original kitchen + family room into a large kitchen + dining room. We started planning in Oct '21, Ordered appliances for delivery in January (the dealer was, shall we say, optimistic), so Royal started work in Mid Jan. They had to fill in a doorway, move a window, remove the peninsula (and old cabinetry), extend some little walls, and fill in a "interior window". AND install a bunch of new electrical circuits (new Bosch induction cooktop, more appliances), move the sink from the middle of the room to the wall with the window, etc. That was all pretty much done by the end of February (the inspector liked the quality of the work for the electrical and plumbing). A plumbing complication was that we had to move pipes under the slab, but that got done without much trouble, once we knew where they were. Then drywall and mud. The electrical was kind of a pain, because they had to run all those circuits in the ceiling of the first floor (2 story house) all the way from one end (kitchen) to the other (garage), so there were a few holes cut in the drywall ceiling in the rooms on the way so they could see to fish the wires through. The holes were patched, and unless you know exactly what to look for, you'd never know. Countertops (Cosentino Dekton - great stuff, indestructible and pretty) and cabinets were in by March, Most of the appliances in in April, and the final inspection was on May 20th, held up waiting for the Blue Star oven to arrive (yeah, promised in January - I guess they had to mine the iron ore ship it from Minnesota to Ohio and make the steel first to ship to Pennsylvania to make the oven). Somewhere in there, we had the painters in. Royal was the general, hiring the specialty trades - The trades were great - I'd hire them again any day. Royal dealt with the permits and arranging the inspections. The inspectors were happy with the work (one of the inspectors was impressed with the rough electrical and plumbing, and gave some advice on making the next inspection go well - spacing between drywall screws).

My husband and I decided to renovate our kitchen, and it was going to be our forever kitchen. We met with Vic first at our house and liked his personality and confidence in his trade. Then I started to work with Armin, our cabinet designer and project manager. Armin was very generous in spending time on the cabinet design. We had to deal with a few issues to accommodate our existing footprint, which Armin never gave up until a solution was found. Armin's timely response to all my emails reflected his professionalism and genuine care to his clients. He made me feel that I was his only client even though I knew he handled multiple projects at any given time. Once our cabinets were on their way from the manufacturer, Armin sent his demolition crew, which I have to rave about! They went above and beyond to protect our hardwood floor and furnishings. As soon as the demolishing was done, the electrician, plumber, and cabinet installer came one after another, without any idle time on our project. Every tradesman was very personable and skilled. Armin and Vic came every few days to check on the job site. The entire project was delivered on time. I am a perfectionist and it was not easy to make me happy, but Royal Kitchen did! Armin and Vic make customer satisfaction a priority and they have the resources and a great team to deliver that! I highly recommend this company based on my personal experience.

Our kitchen was 22 years old and in dire need of updating. On a whim, my husband suggested looking into Tile Stores near our church. We found a gem, Royal Kitchen and Flooring. The amazing thing was the tile I had been looking for was on a kitchen display in their showroom! Amazing! We spoke with Armin, so knowledgable and helpful. He helped us pick our countertop to go with the tile and it was perfect! He also suggested bringing the countertop up into the garden window above the sink. Fantastic! Once we decided to go forward, our kitchen Reno journey went into high gear. They started demo on Thursday and by the following Wednesday our kitchen was complete. It is just beautiful, it's more than what I had hoped it would be. Armin was a joy to work with, he is beyond helpful. His communication skills were epic. It was quite devastating as we didn't budget for redoing our whole kitchen and master bath immediately after moving in! Armin helped us with our kitchen countertops. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I like to take time to make decisions, and he was not pushy at all, very patient. I went to the store a few times and he was always busy, with calls. On the day I went to finalize my contract, he was on a call with a customer who needed their trashed hauled that day even thought it wasn't scheduled for that day. After they hung up, I was siting in front of him, he called someone else, and asked someone at the store, to get it taken care of that day. Everyone seemed busy but he really insisted to get one of his guys to go do the clean up. I wanted to point that out because the customer on the other end probably doesn't realize he had to shuffle his crew/schedule to address the same-day request. On top of that, he was very polite and professional to his team when asking them to get it done, it didn't sound like he was ordering them around, but more like asking them for help. For our kitchen, we weren't sure what the schedule would be, but he knew it would be inconvenient for us to not have sink / stove with a baby. He did his best to make it work for us. The team came and spent half a day demo-ing the existing counters, and came back just the next day to do the installation. It was a very quick turnaround, we are very pleased with the work, well done. Highly recommended business. We will go back to them with our future needs.

My neighbors had recently put in new flooring so I asked where theirs came from, that's how I heard about Royal. I was very please with my interactions with Vic & Armin. I was ready to place the order but wasn't sure the total flooring estimate was accurate, based on other quotes. Vic came back out to make sure he hadn't missed anything. Turns out if I'd followed the other estimate, I would have over ordered by quite a bit. Francisco & team came out to demolish my old flooring & install the new flooring. I couldn't believe how quickly they demo'ed the old flooring. They completed, in a manner of hours, what others had estimated days. While quick to complete the installation, they did a really nice job. I was particularly impressed with how they finished off corners of the baseboard. Some were rounded corner pieces; others were nicely squared off, even in areas there was only an inch or so to work with. When I'm ready to redo my kitchen, I'll return to Royal.

We live 4 hours away from my husband's mother in Camarillo. She was talking about wanting to replace her carpet so we decided we wanted to give her a gift of new flooring. Working long distance with Armin could not have been easier. He was always available, answered all of our questions and was very helpful when coming out to measure her home. She had SPC Stone Polymer Composite waterproof flooring laid in all but the bedrooms and she had carpet laid in the bedrooms. We also replaced all the baseboards. She could not be happier with how it turned out. She said it feels like a new home. The installers were all very professional and did an excellent job. The SPC was done in 2 days and the carpets were done in one day.

Vic and Armin helped me with my kitchen counter tops. It was a challenge to change the shape of my island counter top from an oval to a rectangle. They received me with warmth and proper suggestions every time I had concerns. Vic was very thoughtful and from heart to suggest proper changes including backsplash, sink , and island posts. I highly recommend Royal Kitchen and Flooring. Vic, Armin and Tonya are all amazing to work with and did a fantastic job from start to finish . I recently gutted and remodeled my kitchen and was not sure what floor plan to do to make it look good and function well. Upon contacting Royal Kitchen and flooring Vic came out and gave some great ideas to a layout. After that I worked with Armin who helped me design the perfect layout online and was so patient with the many changes I made until we had perfected the design. The installation was seamless and they made sure that every single detail was met and was perfect. Royal Kitchen and flooring is one of the most professional, caring and nicest companies I have worked with . They made sure everything was perfect and done right. Many thanks to them for everything .

I have never written a Yelp review before but I was compelled to write about Royal Kitchen in Thousand Oaks because of the extraordinary service and very competitive pricing they provided for my kitchen remodel as well as carpet, hardwood and baseboard installation throughout my house. I'm thrilled with the results. The whole process took place over the course of 9 days with one day off. DAY 1: The old upstairs carpet was ripped out and the new one installed. DAY 2: Baseboards were installed upstairs while downstairs, the old carpet, wood flooring AND the kitchen cabinets were taken out. DAY 3: The new hardwood arrived and was installed in the living room. DAY 4: The rest of the wood was installed in the other rooms downstairs. DAY 5: Baseboards were installed downstairs and the cabinet installers arrived with the cabinets and took out the stove, oven and sink. DAYS 6,7,8 : The cabinets were installed. The fabricator who will cut the stone for my countertops arrived the next day. Due to other commitments, he took 2 weeks. Then the oven, stove and sink will be reinstalled. However, from everyone I've ever talked to about home remodels, even with the additional 2 weeks this will have been exceedingly quick. Royal Kitchen's trio - Vic, Armin and Tonya have been very responsive and accommodating and the workers they sent were first-rate. Many thanks to all three of them.

I purchased a new condo and wanted to remodel the kitchen and replace the floors before moving in but the purchase was a probate sale so I couldn't commit to placing any orders until the court approved the sale. I shopped around and most places weren't interested in assisting my situation or said due to the pandemic it's going to take weeks or maybe months to get it done. Royal Kitchen and Floors wasn't fazed by my situation and agreed it was smart to start the process early - I first met with them in Sept. Vic came out and did all the measurements and made great suggestions and committed to working with me on the timeline around the probate sale. I worked with Armin on the design and he was great in making sure what I was interested in was in stock and if wasn't came up with alternative options. They are very accommodating, and I was able to get multiple samples of flooring and cabinets to finalize my design. Once the court approved my sale in early Dec and I closed a few days later, they were out to demo the day after I closed, and I had my entire remodel done in time for move in mid Jan. They are competitive in their prices and while there was a miss communication around installation of the backsplash Armin was quick to provide me my options and support my decision on what was within my budget. Their installers are great and very accommodating to scheduling, professional and informative on how best to care for the products they installed. Even after installation when a minor issue was uncovered Armin was quick to respond and have the installer come back out to resolve. Everyone at the store is very helpful and willing to answer "all' your questions, provide suggestions and share their knowledge without being pushy or condescending. Armin was always available to answer questions and respond to my emails at all hours. I don't think he sleeps :-) Their customer service separates them from the competition, and I highly recommend anyone to Royal Kitchen & Floors and look forward to working with them when I remodel my bathrooms next year.

We recently had some water damage and needed to replace our kitchen cabinets and countertop. We looked at several companies and most were quoting a minimum of 6-8 weeks before they could get the cabinets. With Royal Kitchen we were able to start work within 2 weeks. It was great for us to get back to normal as quickly as possible. We mostly worked with Armin and found him responsive and helpful. When a minor issue was noticed after installation he had someone out there the same day to fix it. I would definitely recommend Royal Kitchen & Flooring to anyone looking for cabinets and countertop.

Royal Kitchen and flooring just installed our new wooden floors and I cannot give these guys enough praise. The process was smooth and easy, the installers were polite, friendly and VERY good at the jobs. I am probably not the easiest client in the world, as I am very keen on every detail being just right. These guys delivered beautiful work all the way through. I highly recommend Royal Kitchen and Flooring and will use again in the future for any flooring need that will come up. And guess what - their price was the best too!

Every morning I flip on the light and take to heart our new kitchen and floors with gratitude; it just feels good to look at it -- from the texture of the hardwood, to the color of the cabinets, to the spaciousness that was once closed up. One of my favorite things: closing the cabinet after getting my coffee cup (soft close!). This was a total remodel. We could not be happier with the result or with the process. We found Royal Kitchen and Flooring on Yelp, and their positive reviews led us to visit. We immediately appreciated what seemed a genuine warmth from both Vic and Armin. As weeks passed and we worked closely with them in all kinds of situations, it became evident the warmth and caring are genuine. Vic and Armin, and their entire team, provided experience, expertise, good judgment, and talent. The prices were competitive (much lower than some estimates), but importantly, never were we up-charged or "nickeled-and-dimed" for anything. Royal said what the price would be for various options, and never changed that (except to pass along a discount they were able to get). Vic and Armin (and Tonya) stand by their word. Armin designs the kitchens and is able to show computer renderings. He never lost his patience with us even going through dozens of iterations over weeks, and he was responsive in a way that seemed like it was 24 hours a day seven days a week. We are so thankful we found Royal, so thankful we worked with them instead of piecing together different vendors. Vic organized the actual work and it happened just as he said it would. He can organize installers he works with or accommodate your own contractor for parts. It all went smooth and fast. Vic's teams of installers each worked hard and efficiently, staying late if needed. They were respectful and easy to have in our house for a few days. The cabinets are high quality and it is a joy to open and close them -- good, solid craftsmanship. We have only accolades for Royal and not a single complaint. We consider them, and they us, our new friends.

There are a few things I want to make clear at the beginning of this review. One is that I started this project by interviewing three different companies. Second, I have very definite ideas of what I want and I'm not easily swayed. (This knocked out the first competitor. They make a very pretty, very similar kitchen for every client. They didn't have samples, but a small booklet with very few choices of colors and finishes and absolutely no customization.) Thirdly, this is not my first renovation. I have learned the hard way to only work with professionals who are responsive and timely in returning calls, etc... (This knocked out the second competitor. They were two hours late for the first meeting and although they promised a quote within the next couple of days, did not get back to me for nearly a week.) Armin from Royal was on time for our meeting, asked thoughtful questions and their showroom is a dream!!! When I went in to make choices, I met Vic and Tonya. I truly felt that they wanted to give me exactly what I wanted and that we were a team! I wanted something very high end and different. I had a vision and they helped me to bring it to life. I ended up not choosing a sample for cabinets, but showed them the color and gloss that I liked and they created a sample that was "spot on"! I also have high ceilings and wanted the cabinets to go all the way up. That is exactly what I got. I have the kitchen I pictured and "my team" worked with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Royal Kitchens and Flooring. They are professional and they go out of their way to ensure that the customer is happy at the end of the project.

Royal Kitchen and Flooring was amazing, from start to finish! They did my entire kitchen (cabinets, countertops) and all my flooring (wood, carpet and laminate in my laundry room). It looks incredible, and the entire process was seamless. They were quick too! I am very detail-oriented, and they were patient with me as I worked out the layout, and how everything would look. Vic recommended that I remove the soffit in the kitchen, and we took his advice and I am THRILLED with how it looks. I will use them again for future house projects. They are a delight.

I can't say enough great things about Royal Kitchen and Flooring!! They helped us design a brand new kitchen and installed our new flooring. Their prices are very reasonable, along with great service. From the moment we first met Armin, who helped design our kitchen, we knew we were in good hands. He was so nice and professional. We were having trouble with our refrigerator location but he figured out a solution. We then went to meet with Tonya to help with choosing our cabinets, counter top, etc. She is so nice and helpful. she's very patient. She helped us through every step. There is also Andy, who helped coordinate and deliver our products. Again , he is so nice and professional and concerned about everything being done professionally. Vic the owner is awesome. There were a few things that came up along the way that we weren't expecting and he took care of them, no charge. He does not overcharge you for every little thing like some contractors do. They go out of their way to help you have a great experience during your remodel. They were so fast. Everything was done within 2 weeks. We shopped around the Thousand Oaks Area, and wandered into Royal by sheer luck. Armin was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient, as we changed our mind as to which style of vinyl flooring we wanted. He answered multiple phone calls full of frantic questions (we may have taken home 20 samples all told, after multiple visits). Never pushy, he offered advice only when we asked him for it. And when some unforeseen repairs were needed in the middle of installation, he displayed the same patience as during the sales process. This company clearly makes doing a job right a high priority. Their pricing was super-competitive and the work was top notch. Highly recommend.
