We had our old Formica countertops replaced with granite. After looking at a few installers we chose Rome Granite in Allentown. We worked with Hemi who helped us choose our slab and the design. His brother Hassan and Chris did the installation. They do not subcontract! In a day we had new countertops, and a new sink and faucet. Their prices are excellent, but most importantly, their customer service is top notch because they genuinely care about their customers. We highly recommend working with them. They have a large selection of granite and other materials. All of the work is done in- house by their own employees.

These are the nicest people I've ever met. Hasan is a real professional. My counter tops are beautiful! He did an amazing job and it was a quick installation. If you're looking to make changes, I know you don't know me, but trust me when I tell you, Rome Granite is where you will want go. Great selection and prices. They take pride in their business and are extremely honest. I wish there were people in the world like they.

I can’t say enough great things about Rome Granite! I would recommend everyone to use their services. Hassan was wonderful to work with. He communicated in a very timely manner; very honest with us about the different products available and their wear/tear and up keep. Very flexible with availability to come out and measure existing countertops as well as the installation process. We had brand new gorgeous countertops in record speed. Amazing!!!!! Look no further. Amazing team from first contact. Measured in my home ( custom counter we wanted).. came out and remeasured after we built support! We went to Rome by a referral and am I glad we did. Right from the get go Hassan was great to talk to, accommodating and made me feel like family and not just a customer. I highly recommend Rome Granite and Tile! They’re work is very high quality with outstanding customer service and pricing is excellent! I just had my kitchen completely redone and it was a very stressful project. When it came time to order the Granite, Hassan insured us his business provides exceptional customer service, quality work and we would have no issues. He was right. Again, I can’t emphasize enough and compliment the quality of work, customer service and feeling like family with Rome Granite and Tile. These guys are amazing. They have a great attitude and can really deliver. I am a contractor and always refer my customers to Hasan. He is persistent and knows what he is doing. In the photo they measured and installed the vanity top, the shelving in the niche, the top of the shower bench, and the curb in the shower. Not shown in the photo are the bedroom transitions from the same slab. Highly recommend this company for all things custom!

What can we say about the team at Rome....they are exceptional! They work quickly, neatly and make sure that the job is done correctly....They are perfectionist. They do what they say they are going to do and more. We had them install new quartz countertops and full backsplash in our new kitchen. Hass and Andy took great care of us. They do it all templating, fabrication and installation. You deal directly with them from day one to completion of the job. we could not be more happy.

The absolute best customer service out of all of the surrounding granite places that we went to AND had the best prices! (We got quotes on the same color/level at all 3 places.) Hemi was thorough in explaining the differences in levels of granite, personally walked us around and showed us what was available and never pressured us into a deposit before we left with our estimate. Install day went super smooth, they explained how to properly care for the new countertop and were in and out way faster than I had thought it was going to be. Last year, when our daughter and son-in-law were searching for granite for their new kitchen counter tops and island, they did a lot of research. They ultimately decided on Rome Granite. Knowing how picky our daughter is (and always looks for the best prices and quality), we took their advice and went with Rome Granite for our new kitchen counters. We are now in the process of remodeling our master bath and have gone back to Rome, due to the wonderful experience we had with them last year. Installation is scheduled for next week and an update will be posted. The owners and staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Their prices were and still are excellent. For one project I ordered the wrong sink and they made appropriate adjustments to make it work which took additional time on their part but without additional cost. We highly recommend Rome Granite! These gentlemen did not miss a detail. They helped us pick out the countertops to go with our new white cabinets, and the match is perfect. Great experience from start to finish. We had visited nearly every granite place in the Lehigh Valley, including one more in KOP. Nobody was willing to do the job we wanted without putting a horrible seam in the middle of our large L (90x100!!!) in our outdoor island...except Hasan at Rome! Pair that with the BEST price (trust me...we got quotes from everywhere) and the most honest explanations and measurements (some places calculated our job at more than 15 square feet over what it was!), we knew we picked the right company. We couldn't be happier with our piece. Thank you, Hasan, for taking a risk with that large piece and boy, did it pay off! We can't wait for everyone to see it! The install today was smooth and the 4 men who came out did a wonderful job. (Check out pictures. The L with seating is ONE solid piece with tiny seam behind grill! Every other company said a seam AT the L was the only way. NOT Hasan!)

We just had our kitchen granite countertops installed by Rome. We selected Rome after checking other companies in the area. Rome had the best prices, and included a free sink. They explained everything, took their time with us and were very professional. Everyone was totally nice and we did not have to wait long for the installation. Simply put, I don't know where to begin. I originally made a "deal" to have another granite dealer supply and install my granite countertop, All Tile & Stone in Allentown, PA. ATS made some poor decisions as a business, never returned my phone calls and in the end, I'm out a good amount of money which I'll probably never see again. As it turns out, Rome Granite was the actual cutter/installer of my original order. ATS was just a middle man. When Hasan, with Rome Granite, came to install the original countertop, he informed me that the dimensions which Rome Granite were supplied with, were wrong. Hasan, one of the top guys in Rome Granite, along with the other owners of Rome Granite, tried taking the issue up directly with ATS in my behalf, but never had their phone calls returned. In addition, ATS bounced a check to Rome Granite to pay for the first cut/installation. Hasan and his team worked directly with my family, "took the bull by the horns" recut another slab (at the best discount they could offer), and installed it within a week, during the week of 2015 Christmas. The turnaround time of their service was not required, not needed, but they wanted to make a wrongly treated customer corrected. They simply took care of us! The countertop is PERFECT. All dimensions are correct, the hand craftsmanship is excellent, their response was incredible, and their entire installation crew was outstanding. I cannot say enough about this company, honestly. If you want a beautiful granite countertop, with good service and craftsmanship, my suggestion would be to consider Rome Granite as a top choice. Their team is originally from Russia, and this company is founded like companies used to be in America. They want to earn your business, and use their customers as their future references.

First the granite is nice ALL granite is. The price we were quoted in November was $800 dollars less than in March. We didn't mind waiting. They came to install late. The one piece had a measuring issue which was replaced. Two of the pieces were installed one a very large piece even thought they did not fit correctly on the cabinets. They shoved the large piece INTO the wall. Now we have have a hole there. They could have said there was a problem with the cabinets or the wall and did not. NOW we have to find some one to come in and lift the granite fix the cabinets and replace it. It looks like CRAP!!!! RUN!!! If you can somewhere else. It cost $800 more NOW its gonna cost even more to pay another contractor to fix it.

Very disappointed with their service !! I signed a contract with them on March 18, 2017. We have a small galley kitchen. So many problems, ++ I was given the wrong edge which we paid for and never a mention of a credit for that. The owner's response was: they couldn't do the 1/2 " bevel ( then why did he take payment for it and it was stated in the contract ) ++ The overhang was incorrect, one end of the counter was 1 1/2", the end of the other the overhang was 1/2" . The owner's response was: they were old cabinets and out of square. We do have an old farm house however the cabinets were installed 2004. He never took a template ! The installers actually pushed the granite into the wall hard enough to do damage to the drywall. ++ The grain of the granite on the other side on the stove was going the wrong way. The owner's response was: some people don't mind that the grain is going in different ways It wasn't until May 27 that some of the mistakes were corrected. Because of some many mistakes and the length of time we waited to have these corrected it was promised that the backsplash would be done for free. I was very happy with that agreement and a worker from the company came out on July 9 to do the work. did a nice job... however, he never came back to do the grouting. I have sent many text messages, phone calls, emails to their worker and the owner but have never heard back from either so last week, September 12, we have to hire someone else to do the grouting. I am a very patient person and not a complainer but they did me wrong and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I went through. I would never recommend this company !!!

I contracted Rome Granite and Tile to instal my kitchen counters. The product we chose was granite in the color of black tans creams and white. When they came to install the granite it was purple grey and off white with a slight hint of tan. We brought it to the attention of the installer and even showed our sample to them and put it against what they brought. We tried to get Turkay to come to our house to see the problem he did not come. He called the next morning and still would not come to the house. His solution is for us to go see the pieces that are left from the cut slab. What purpose does that serve I have the pieces they left at my house. The installer stated as he was leaving that in the morning we would realize it was the right product. So we are now out $1360.00 deposit and have to uninstall what they left here and have a kitchen that is not finished.

They did a faulty installation that was not level and left a gap between my cabinets and the counter. They said my cabinets were not level and that was the reason. The cabinets and floor were checked and were level and since the counter was higher on one end than the other and was and is still not level, it could not possibly be the cabinets causing the gap. They did come out twice and could not resolve the issue, saying that if they had to rip it out someone would have to pay. They kept telling me that they do so many big jobs and mine was so small that that they did not care if they messed up a small job as I was only doing this once (52 square feet and backsplash). They also were very sloppy and did not clean up. This is after they did not show for their appointment to measure and after they measured and showed up with the counter ,they had measured wrong and would have to order more stone to redo the install while I waited another week to complete this sloppy job. if you are a homeowner looking for a great job at a fair price I would recommend that you look elsewhere. I am sure that they do many jobs without incident but the true test of a concerned business owner is how they deal with their customers when something goes wrong. These guys look to point the finger at everyone but themselves and will not stand up to their committment for customer satisfaction as they say and advertise on their website. So take your chancesand beware if you deal with them.
