Rocky tops granite and marble are the best. Their prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. Ask for Lee when you when you arrive, he is very helpful knows his business and always returns your calls if you have questions. The install crew was on time and ready to work. They did my install in a timely manner cleaned the area where they worked, gave me some care tips for the granite and asked if I had any questions. We are going to have our bathrooms renewed and we will definitely be using Rocky Tops.

You can buy countertops from anywhere - and I did shop around. I checked out the big box, small locally owned and large industry franchises. I learned that price comparisons are not always full comparisons. For instance, the same product that appears to be sold cheaper per sf is actually the same or higher once their long list of fees (i.e. demo, removal, install, sink, cutouts, delivery costs) are factored in. Some distributors refuse to even offer to do the demo of existing countertops or remove the demo'd product - who knew? Rocky Tops does it all - and Scott doesn't nickle-dime nor does he misrepresent the price to make it up in fees later. The other reason I chose Rocky Tops is because they hire quality talent. His guys have been with his shop a long time and they are a skilled bunch. You won't have people who are careless, who damage your property or do an unsightly install among Scott's team. Scott is a pro - he is always honest, respectful, candid and helpful at every opportunity. He addresses any/every challenge and insists on doing things right all the way down the line. It's his business - his livelihood -- and he is intent on being the best and letting that speak for itself. Not once did I ever feel pressured over the blocks of time among several trips and pouring over different surfaces before going with my original choice. :oP I wanted to be able to just pick something out and let someone else handle the details of making it happen. Glad I chose Rocky Tops because I got the personal service that I could only imagine celebrities get, from start to finish and even have after-install support when I'm ready to upgrade my cooktop. If you want quality products and service that exceeds expectations -- keep it simple - go to Rocky Tops.

I couldn't be happier with my new countertops. The staff was delightful and proved that they really cared about me and my job when an issue arose - they stopped and figured out how to deal with things to my complete satisfaction - you just don't see that every day. Professional, knowledgeable and able to solve problems. The counters look amazing. Will recommend highly whenever I get the chance!

I had these guys come out for a kitchen countertop job years ago. The owner, Scott, came and took measurement. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions with confidence. I felt very comfortable with his quote and suggestions. In one day he had the job done. His staff were also very polite and clean. The counters still look like new. I've had them out recently to re-seal them. And wow, do they shine. Feel comfortable calling on Scott at Rocky Tops. Tell'm Matt sentcha. ;)
