We love this place and highly recommend you check it out. Rocky Tops is great. We met with Chasity Taylor and really liked her a lot. She was knowledgeable, listened to our needs (and more importantly, our wants!) and helped us to pick out the perfect stone tops for our kitchen and 3 baths. We checked out other suppliers, but Rocky Tops had the best selection and price, too. Chasity was icing on the cake! We are so excited and can't wait to see our finished project.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Anneliz is fabulous! Great communication, was patient with helping me pick out the color, and completed the job within the time frame she quoted. Everyone from the sales person, to the guy that came to measure and the installers called with an ETA and showed up when they said they would. They were great! They installed and cleaned up after them selves. Very professional crew and I highly recommend.

We are so thrilled with our countertops! Chastity was our representative, and I don’t know if she’s an interior designer or not but WOW she knows her stuff! She asked questions about our style and decor, as well as our goals for our kitchen, and was able to lead us to slabs that were just right for us! She made the decisions easy to make! Installation was painless! They had someone come measure our cabinets to make sure the tops would fit seamlessly, and guess what, they did! Before they bring your slabs, you get a simulation to look at and approve. We felt one of our slabs was from a different stone and Chastity helped make sure it was right before proceeding! We appreciated the effort she took to give us excellent customer service, her excitement for us in this process, and the patience she showed us as well during the construction set backs and so forth. We highly recommend the folks at Rocky Tops Custom Countertops!

We chose Rocky Tops because they had great customer service with the best quote and with the fasted lead time. On the day we went in, Jasmine helped us, she was knowledgeable and friendly and listened to what we wanted and took us straight to the countertops that we envisioned for our new kitchen. I loved that you could go and see the exact slabs that would be installed, rather than a tiny sample on a wall. The install crew was great and they came when they said they would come and did what they said they would do. I literally have zero complaints and will absolutely use them again for my countertop needs. So thankful and grateful for this company.

I am thrilled with my new beautiful Perla Venata quartzite countertops and backsplash from Rocky Tops in Chattanooga. I worked with Randall Gregory and he was attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. He was able to have my selected stone shipped from Atlanta and it was handled very professionally. Greg templated the job, and my installers worked hard. When we had an issue on the job, Chris managed the situation in a very professional manner. My backsplash is amazing, and the installers went above and beyond to make our job perfect. I can highly recommend the entire team at Rocky Tops. Oh, and the best part, the price quoted was the price we paid. Great service!

She made herself available to us every time will called or visited the showroom, she was prompt with answers, and was very patient while we were choosing our stone. The installers, Jose and Chris, were great to work with also. I suppose no job site is without a couple of issues. These 2 guys took care of everything in stride. Upon recommendations from my mother in law and aunt and uncle in law, my husband and I decided to check out Rocky Tops Countertops. From start to finish, they were outstanding! My wife and I recently purchased some gorgeous granite (red rainforest). The entire team was very professional and so easy to work with. Jennifer, our initial contact, was very helpful, as was Sarah. "Marcelo", who did the initial measurements, was very efficient and very knowledgeable. The installers, Alberto and Josh, were very skilled in doing the tear out of our existing countertops. They made the new install look easy but it's definitely a skill. They didn't rush and the job looked fantastic. They cleaned up after they left and you couldn't even tell they were here. I would recommend them without hesitation and will tell anyone who's in the market for granite from a truly outstanding company.

The Rocky Tops crew did a good install job considering the un level floor on which my cabinets sat. There were some small un calculated areas that should have been seen before installation. Two things: NEVER let anyone cut granite in your house without the device made to connect to the saw the collects the massive amount of white dust! As the result of not using the right equipment and not sealing my kitchen off it took me three weeks to clean all I could see on surfaces then hire someone to get to fabric,baseboards, blinds, shades and windows. Warning two. Tell your install crew not to put any cans, brushes or rags on your furniture. One of the installers left a rag soaked in a caustic material on my antique ponderosa pine table, causing it to cloud into the wood. The table top had to be completely refinished. My Rocky Tops agreed to pay for that but since the job in April, keeps telling me the "woman who writes the checks" hasn't. I paid for the refinishing in hope that the woman who writes checks would come across the payment due to the customer subjected to carelessness causing damage. These were nice people to deal with and they accommodated me by finding a granite that matched my budget. They just need to be more aware of what they are doing while in someone's home and stand behind their word Now, no one wants to return my call

Worst experience ever. I saw one other person experienced bait and switch techniques, refusal to answer questions, and generally a bad attitude. I cancelled because I won't spend 10,000 on quartz countertops and be treated with such rudeness. I saw one other person had the same experience I did with an outburst from Matt, the salesperson. I am so glad I was in a position to cancel with no financial issues except for the 350.00 for the template. Think twice, maybe more.

We were sold a top of the line product being as stain and heat resistant. It is not. They came out and resealed it and we have resealed it twice since. It stains horribly and I am constantly vigilant now when anything is being cooked or opened. If I open a can, the surface will scratch, I have cup rings and numerous spots that remain. I have asked for a full refund as my counter is set with my new tile backsplash. 5K for a beat up counter. What happened to my life time guarantee! They no longer response to my inquiries. They seem to only get 5 stars if there were no issues. They fail when things go wrong.

In 2018 we purchased a granite outdoor countertop from Rocky Tops. The countertop was installed quickly, started to droop in one area where there is the most amount of overhang, and then proceeded to crack. This was quite surprising to us as we have never experienced this kind of performance failure with a solid surface product made of rock. We contacted Rocky Tops to make them aware of the problem and they sent someone over to inject epoxy into the initial crack. Subsequent to this, the countertop continues to droop and additional cracks are continuing to develop - there is a defined area that is well on its way to calving off from the slab. We have repeatedly contacted Rocky Tops as well as sent over pictures so that we could work together with them to correct this obvious product failing, but they will not return our calls or emails to address this matter.

we had a new countertop installed by this vendor in May 2019. there were a couple of issues with the install since then. The sealer used on the countertop stained the new stainless sink, Rock Tops ignored the issue and nothing was done with it. I paid them all but $295 of the balance owed by check and would have paid the balance if the damaged was rectified. Second the seam on the sink portion came apart and again a call to this establishment on 6/28/19. No response as to their intentions to repair. So today 3/30/19 I look at my checking account and the $295 was charged to my debit card without my authorization. This is not the way to do business. I would not recommend this company. My countertop cost me over $4K!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!
