RT fabricated and installed granite countertops in our kitchen a couple years ago and I have to say they were top notch in every way. The owner came to the house and personally created the templates to the tightest precision. They beveled the edges at no extra cost for which their competitors charged extra. The install team was spot-on and did a superlative job. I cannot overstate the excellent outcome and recommend Rocky Tops without exception.

Unreliable. They failed to respond to email and messages about a project after requesting and then receiving specs. From one contractor to another this way of conducting business is so unprofessional.

We looked at several countertop fabricators in the Triad and ultimately went with Rocky Tops. It was the best choice we could possibly have made. Why? One... they were highly professional yet friendly from the very start. They gave us great information about the best places to select our stone at and what type of edging would look nice. Two... for all new granite kitchen countertops they were the best priced of anyone we met with. Three... they allowed us to come there and help decide the layout of the countertop templates on the slabs. While this is standard practice for them, other companies policy is to lay it out on their own, then ask for layout approval, and charge $250 if you want to make any changes. Finally... the fabrication and installation were impeccable and the countertops look fantastic! Simply put, they are the only company in the Triad we will ever use for any cabinet top work. We have already contacted them about doing more work for us!

I visited numerous companies before choosing Rocky Tops. They undoubtedly gave me the best price on a granite that I love, and they don't nickle and dime you on every stage of the job. The installers were super nice and respectful and did quality work. I will definitely be recommending Rocky Tops Inc to friends.

I personally visited the company and spoke with the owner. He wrote an order detailing my information. He said he would give me a call, come by my home to measure for a template, etc.! I never heard from anyone. I am very disappointed because I was impressed with the products and the showroom!!

Fabulous company to work with!! I am a local interior designer and rocky tops/Brian does ALL of my work. He is honest and is on time every time for my jobs. Very very little issues. If there is ever an issue, they are back on site to clean up any problem. Brian is a great guy to do business with, hands down.
