We had Rich install granite in our kitchen and bathrooms...fast forward 20 years and we are still loving it. Have referred several friends and clients and will continue to do so!

We hired rich murray to make a counter top for our kitchen on the advice of a co worker and our interior decorator. The stone is beautiful however, the cut of the stone was not at all what we had spoken to rich about. We asked him to round the end that had been squared on our old countertop. However, what we got was a squared end. After it had been cut, even though the cut was incorrect and his fault...there was "nothing he could do about it". Not only that but the stone had been cut so poorly that they actually CUT INTO MY WALL to recess the corner of the countertop. These people had come to us so highly recommended that we didn't even look any place else. BIG mistake! I have called and called him since the installation. Finally he came to my house 2 months after the installation looked at it and said "let me think about it". I gave him another month and then I called him. I was told "nothing I can do about it". So buyer beware...you will get, not what you want, instead you will get what he chooses to give you. And then let YOU pay for it. Shop around...dont be duped like I was. Next stop...the attorney general.
