Right now it’s one star. When project is corrected and complete I will either stand behind this or change it. I had beautiful cabinets installed and then they came in and banged up at least 6 cabinets that I now have to wait 6 weeks to be replaced. A back splash that was mutilated and has to be replaced before I can have my actual back splash put in. They brought my counter shaped in an L, in one piece to a very small area and tried over and over to put it in instead of cutting it each time hitting my newly installed cabinets. Then tried to cut out a place for my outlet that was a disaster. No apologies. Just told by Gabriel that these things happen.

Renovate installed a kitchen and bath countertop about 4 years ago. Recently had them come out for a minor repair, they were quick and professional. Jennifer and her amazing staff took great care of us! Friendly service and great customer service. We were referred to Renovate from Total Floors, and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Communication, professionalism, and punctuality were top notch. Jennifer was a delight to work with, and answered any question we threw at her. During the install, it turned out there was a wonky wall, and they were quick with a solution and it looks amazing. We will sing their praises to anyone who will listen, and we look forward to working with them again in the future as we continue projects on our house.

We used Renovate for a home remodel and ran into so many issues with them. When buying by all the slabs they did not mention there being issues with any of our wishes for the project but when they finally sent someone out to see our kitchen 7 weeks later, we were told several items couldn’t be completed as promised. We worked with them on this and waited months to get everything installed. In this time we realized that a large piece of quartzite that was supposed to be installed wasn’t even secured at all and was cut incorrectly and had to have a team out to repair it. Many on their installation team don’t seem to know what they’re doing. When we received our final pieces we decided to have cut from the slabs we bought there were several issues again including pieces cut incorrectly (2 inches short). I was told they would get a new piece and deliver it because it was their mistake on stone we’d paid for. Nothing was said but when we received the “new” piece it wasn’t the new piece but the old piece they’d sloppily glued 3 pieces on to. They’re ok with doing sloppy, unprofessional work. If you look at all the corners throughout our stone, it’s not cut at correct angles and they use a bunch of epoxy to slap it together. After spending close to $23k with them, Jennifer said sorry there’s nothing more they can do to help. They gave us some credits we asked for along the way after the numerous issues we had but sadly seems like they don’t care about leaving a customer with a hack job of stone now that they’ve been paid. Jennifer was kind and helpful when helping us pick out stone and securing our business and the overall look of a lot of our stone is beautiful. We just left the experience shocked at the number of issues and lack of care around the quality they provide. They tried blaming us numerous times but if they’d simply sent someone out to measure, checked before cutting or had a person look at overall quality it could’ve been a much different experience.

If you're looking for a reliable countertop contractor, don't hesitate to support this local business! I had a PHENOMENAL experience working with Gabrielle, Rubi, Armando and the team at Renovate. They were able to offer a great selection of high quality countertops for a reasonable price for materials, demo, install and even sinks. Super happy with the quality of the countertop! They were flexible to work with and went above and beyond to match our renovation timeline. It's not often a contractor exceeds expectations, but this one did! The pics don't do the work justice - will try to update with pictures after the renovation is complete

Great service, price, and quartz selections. Our kitchen countertop was purchased and installed by Renovate in May 2022, and all we experienced were friendly and knowledgeable staff, rapid and clear communication, fast installation (a week after template), and very reasonable price (slightly lower than the big box stores for the exactly same quartz). They had a good selection of stones and samples to look over. Sarah in the office helped me to design and choose materials and she was knowledgeable, quick, and very transparent. We communicated with a couple others in the office to set dates and Gabriela for scheduling the installations and all communications are clear and accurate. We cannot avoid having a seam in our quartz countertop, so we were a bit worried on how the seam was gonna look like. But their crew did such a good job at the installation that the seam is not noticeable (see the fourth picture attached). They also produced window sills for our kitchen using left over materials from our slab, which helps the kitchen to look cohesive. Renovate is definitely one of the best and hassle-free contractors we have used during five long years of renovation. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with Renovate. I picked a remnant from the yard for our powder room, and they called to let me know it was stained and gave me options instead of just plowing forward. I ultimately went and picked something new and they were able to keep me on the same timeline for install. The team demoed our old backsplash without ruining the drywall and install went well. Renovate stays in their lane (they don't do tile or drywall repair or plumbing) but they do what they do really well and I really appreciated that. Pricing was very reasonable.

I went to Renovate after seeing a sale on remnants on Facebook Marketplace. I met with Sarah and looked at several remnants for a bathroom counter top. Jennifer also suggested an alternative as the one I originally chose had a small flaw. I decided to go with the alternative remnant. I enjoyed working with both Sarah and Jennifer. I was able to purchase a fairly large remnant for a more affordable price. Gabriela scheduled the template appointment and installation. I believe everything went very well. My project is still in preliminary stages, so I haven’t used the sink as of yet. The only disappointment I have is that I requested to pick up remnants so my contractor could make shelves for the bathroom. I was told that when they cut the slab the pieces break. I had recently worked with another company that brought me the sink cut out from the countertop in my kitchen and it was not broken and they were happy to deliver it at no cost. However, I really enjoyed working with renovate and would recommend them to anyone that wants a decent price. I’m just sad that I was unable to get my remnant pieces. Jennifer did however, offer me a small piece of remnant that was leftover from another project, and I do appreciate that. I just wish I could’ve had my extra pieces of remnant, it was in the contract that the pieces were available for pick up. I would work with renovate again. I appreciated the prices and the customer service. I just feel if you purchase a remnant slab it is owned by you, and the pieces should be available if it says that in the contract. All in all, I couldn’t have had the job done for a much better price I would imagine. Thank you very much. I am happy with the project so far.

Excellent experience and a very fine product. We chose a piece of quartz from their inventory and picked out the sink style we wanted. Also, we picked out the beveled edge we wanted on the counter. When they delivered and installed the countertop it was exactly what we had chosen. Outstanding workmanship. Very good installation. A big "thank you" to Jennifer, who helped us in every step. Gabriela was amazing! She was super helpful and very patient with me as I was shopping for slabs for my kitchen remodel. She was so fast at responding to all my questions and quote requests, which I really appreciated. Her customer service skills were top notch! She made the countertop shopping process so easy with absolutely no sales pressure. The ONLY reason why I went with another fabricator was because of timing. Renovate was booked out for a month (for good reason) and I needed to get my kitchen finished ASAP since I was expecting out of town visitors soon. I highly recommend getting in touch with Gabriela at Renovate. During a complete kitchen remodel, she was by far the easiest (and friendliest) person to work with.

Huge selection of granite, quartz and all the stones. Jennifer is so helpful and kind! She will literally do all the work for you with a smile and all you have to do is pick a stone color. The showroom is gorgeous and they are so family friendly. Install and all communications were professional and prompt. Prices are unbeatable. Everything was beyond excellent. My whole experience with Renovate was excellent. The pricing is standard but competitive. I would use them again and recommend to anyone. My project included a full kitchen and two bathrooms. It came out great! The install team was skilled, knowledgeable, and cognizant of grabbing my attention before making any changes to my home. Be aware that they do not connect the plumbing or faucet(s), this is commonplace. Other companies came to my home for an estimate but I knew I was going with Renovate after meeting with Jennifer. She did not leave any question unanswered and also informed me of important matters such as that my existing kitchen countertops were very thick and the granite/quartz will not be the same. Call me simple but that honesty was refreshing. Communication throughout the entirety also deserves a positive mention. I am a very satisfied customer. -Kevin

She was always very polite and patient and helped me pick out some beautiful granite that I really love. She was great about communicating with me every step of the way. They were able to install both of my vanity tops very quickly! I'm not as happy with the installers. But Jennifer has been very responsive in helping me resolve any installation issues.

We hired this countertop company (Renovate, LLC) to fabricate and install a new kitchen countertop and window sill in our newly remodeled kitchen. We visited their showroom to view their inventory and make a selection of quartz. All seemed well as we paid our initial deposit for the material and even scheduled a measuring so the stone could be cut to spec. Fast-forward about a month, the countertops were finally installed. Although we were out of town, we did have someone here to let the crew in and sign off on the job. Jennifer (who we'd been dealing with through the entire transaction and process) called that same day for the remainder of the payment. As I authorized this payment, I did let her know I was out of town and would not have eyes on the counters until we returned the coming weekend. She welcomed a call once we returned if there were any issues or questions. Low and behold, the first sight of the project we had upon arrival back at home was the incorrect countertop and damage from installation! I immediately called Jennifer to report these issues and was given the option for a refund of the difference or a full countertop replacement when they had time. We decided to live with the wrong countertops for a few days while we made our decision, which we chose to keep and opted for a refund of the overcharge during my next call to her. Now, clearly, we were charged a higher amount for a better quality countertop even though they fabricated and installed the wrong material. In the past 6 weeks since the installation, I've made numerous calls to their office and have spoken to Jennifer quite a few times in order to get the refund initiated so we can complete our kitchen remodel, which she has assured me twice were being processed. The most recent update I received is that their office cannot, in fact, issue a refund of a specific amount. What a joke!!! They aren't even familiar with their own purchase/refund policy! As far as I'm concerned, our kitchen remodel is not able to be completed until we finally get our fair refund and repair from this company. Please save yourself the headache and financial stress by not hiring Renovate, LLC for your next countertop purchase. This is predatory business practice at its best! Sadly, we were referred to this company by the cabinet company we used, so perhaps they are in cahoots. Either way, there are better and definitely more professional companies out there!

Horrible experience. Did finish work in my house. The edge was not finished in the shop. The installers said they would use a vacuum cleaner so there would be no stone dust in our house. They did not tent off the area. It took us 4 hours to clean our house and all Jennifer could say was sorry you thought you had to clean your house that well. Stone in our outdoor kitchen was cracked in one spot and cut incorrectly in another. The installers tripped the breaker and never said anything. As a result there was no power to our refrigerators and we lost a lot of food. Phone calls were not returned timely. I could never in good conscience recommend this company for stone installation.

Very disappointed that Jennifer never followed through with me last Friday, after early am emails, texts and a phone conversation about granite choices for a Kitchen. We have used them before and was interested in doing additional granite work. She told me she would send me info and also said she was available after 2 pm on Friday . I never Got a Response on Friday or Saturday either! I thought she would have shown more responsibility by responding back with at Least a call, text or email response . We never heard anything ....poor Communication for sure!

Owner Jennifer is rude and unprofessional! I would call C&W granite and always ask for references and call them to make sure of workmanship! My granite install was a horrible experience! They cut my granite wrong, made the seem off! And cut the hole for kitchen sink incorrect! Do not suggest using Renovate!
