Scheduling was kept and always communicated. If you need quality products and services with great customer service, Renew Surfaces is the one to go to. I was so nervous about my choice of countertop knowing that once it was cut it was mine. I went with a non-traditional pattern that I really liked. The care that they took in placing the cuts in just the right places for the design made me so happy. The install turned out beautiful. I couldn’t have designed this the way that they did. And I couldn’t have imagined that it would turn out sooooo perfect. And they gave me a cutting board to match my stone. They referred someone to install my new backsplash, and a plumber to reconnect my plumbing. Best thing about that is that Renew Surfaces also inspected that work to ensure that I was pleased with it. This project was so stress-free and made all the difference in a busy life. I absolutely love the look of these countertops and will always keep Renew Surfaces in mind for any future projects or referrals. Everything from beginning to finish was over and above all expectations. Jose was spot on in every aspect of the process. He found us several options to choose from and even the perfect sink, all within our budget. His installers were very personable and professional. In case you’re reading this just to get a one sentence review…Renew Surfaces is amazing and you shouldn’t hesitate to use them for your countertops, cabinets etc. For those still reading and comfortable with a longer review…I’m a pretty handy guy, but there are some things you leave to professionals - countertop fabrication and installation being one of them. My wife and I decided to replace our kitchen countertops and went to 2 or 3 places to discuss the project. Our last stop was Renew Surfaces where we met Rubi and Suri. Rubi helped us throughout the project. She had our initial quote/design within just a couple of hours of getting our kitchen’s measurements. We are still waiting for a quote from 1 of the other companies (and it’s been a few weeks). Rubi gave us 3 granite/quartz/etc. places to look at (apparently they work with more than that if needed). We ultimately found two slabs we loved and Rubi coordinated to get them fabricated and installed within a week - we were amazed how quick the turnaround time was. Additionally Rubi and Suri had us come in to pick the layout of the stone - using the template that Eric (one of the installers and also a super nice guy) had made on our cabinets, we were able to get two slabs to have a seem that matched perfectly and gave us a chance to see exactly how the countertops would be cut, etc. Installation was performed within a week…took only a few hours (they are meticulous with getting the counters to be level and any seams almost undetectable). Eric and team were also very thoughtful about protecting our hardwood floors and cleaned up throughout the job and once they were finished. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, the price, and the quick turnaround time. We are so pleased that we will be using Renew Surfaces to replace our primary and guest bathroom vanities and countertops just after the holidays. I don’t write a ton of reviews, but Renew Surfaces is one of those companies that does things so well and is so helpful and pleasant to work with that I couldn’t not return the favor by letting people know.

Best experience I have ever had with a granite install. I had picked out a slab with some markings on it and wanted to make sure that those markings showed after install. Jose allowed me to come to the office and design exactly where I wanted my sinks so that I could best display the markings. He and his ENTIRE crew were kind and helpful. I am very impressed and will definitely use them again!
